History – if recorded with accuracy and truth – will show this dillusional fool as irrelevant and damaging to the good of the country as he seems to think his opposition is.

    Sickened and arrogant jack_ss!!!

    • canary says:

AND this JackA** show in MO, cost us another million bucks. No telling the evening state of address show cost.
Obama has spent more in his first 100 days, than Ronald Reagan spent in his entire 8 years as President.
Obama has made more public speechs & anouncements, in his first 100 days, than the total of both Clinton and Bush’s number in their 8 year terms.
And the JackA** is laughing at Americans who provided for him. Wonder what
children missed out on prestigous schooling, because of Obama’s selfish-unappreciative, complaining, never enough cuttting and bumping off others.

  2. MinnesotaRush says:

All from a dude who was going to “be a president for everyone”.

    Count me out ya dip!

  3. BannedbytheTaliban says:

“I am happy to have a serious conversiation about how WE (i.e. the government) are going to……”

How come the left just doesn’t get it? The tea parties aren’t about tax burdens, stimulus bills, or out of control budgets. It’s the underlying problem that they, the government, keep telling US what they are going to do. It doesn’t work that way. It is WE who tell them what to do. No taxation without representation. It is time the politicians; both democrat and republican stop representing themselves and start representing US. The government has gotten out of control and it is time that we take OUR country back and the politicians start representing our agenda and not theirs! There is no I in team, but there are three of them in politician.

  4. IdahoGal says:

“There is no I in team, but there are three of them in politician.”

Wonderful comment! And didn’t Sen. Specter just prove that adage!

  5. catie says:

Sean Hannity is playing this now. He is so bitter and so hateful. I’ve never seen a President who acted like this. He’s nothing more than a petulant child who was raised by people who told him the sun rose and set on his head, he does nothing wrong and of course that “he has a gift”.
Why is he in STL? What’s the carbon footprint on this little trip?
Here’s some bad news for you Barack. There were millions who didn’t vote for you, who don’t like you and hope you fail. Also, we were told that dissent was patriotic when Bush was in office, why is it not patriotic now? This has been the longest 100 days of my life.

  6. Howard Roark says:

This little boy has shown the world a lesson in leadership. Or, rather, what leadership isn’t: in essence, this juvenile-in-command thinks that the Presidency is all about him. We here at S&L called it LONG ago, after he catapulted to the national stage during his campaign. But he has demonstrated this very point of mine at least two times since taking the helm of my precious country.

While in Latin America, when the third world dictators were gathered, there was a long speech about how bad America has treated its southern neighbors for many years. Instead of using the moment as a chance to take up for the millions of citizens who send not only tax dollars to their countries in the form of foreign aid, loans, peso rescue programs, debt forgiveness, but also blood, sweat and tears in servicemen who patrol and defend their extended waters…this f***ing no-class punk actually says, “I hope you don’t blame me for this America–I wasn’t old enough to have done anything about it yet”.

And the other instance of ego-instead-of-leadership is witnessed here in this clip. He has to couch Fox news covering the Presidency as “that channel where they don’t like me very much”. Well BOO HOO, you soft, little crybaby! Grow a pair and quit trying to engender sympathy for your poor, bruised ego, you egomaniac.

PR is right: this tyrant-in-disguise is merely laying the groundwork to be the World President after he ruins us, and he is taking every chance he can to sacrafice any American necessary to inflate his Bono-like image. This time, it was we Tea Partier’s. It will continue to be Conservatives who get thrown overboard until he’s done. He isn’t an American President, he’s a rock star. And before it’s all over, he will have whipped up hate and loathing against not only American CEO’s, but those of us here at S&L, too. All I can say is, ration your ammo, and keep your weapons oiled.

  7. JohnMG says:

What an arrogant, arrugula-chomping, elitist son-of-a-bitch! This charade took place about 45 miles from where I live. As for hard-working Claire McCaskill, she needs to have her lips surgically removed from his ass. I have a response to a question-and-comment e-mail I sent my dear Senator that I only wish I could share with you all. Basically it said, thank you for your comments and concern, but I’m doing what I want to do, regardless of your input. Tough! Now, run along.

So much for representative government. If I have anything to do with it, Claire McCaskill will be a one-termer. Pompous shrew!

  8. Sharps Rifle says:

Seeing as Hussein has contempt for the Constitution, the military and the American people in general, his attitude doesn’t surprise me in the least. He’s an entitled, spoiled, affirmative action brat who doesn’t have the talent to scrub toilets in O’Hare Airport.

What truly makes me sick is that so many people voted for this contemptible Indonesian fraud.

  9. IdahoGal says:

Oh, he makes my blood boil. Yeah, he’s going to fix health care – kill the young, the old, and the sick. That will leave health care for the healthy – it all works if you’re a Democrat!

  10. proreason says:

Tea Party attendance estimated at 935,000. I’m a little embarassed because I predicted 6 hundred something (but I did say that the estimate was conservative).

But little Barry has the mental age of a 17 year-old boy, so I’m not surprised that he throws spitballs when a million people disagree with him. Look at the smirk on this bitter little boy’s face. Rush is right. This guy is so filled with hate and the desire for revenge that despite 20+ years of practicing self-control, he can’t help himself. He just hates us too much.

And of course, he is contemptuous that people would protest legally, since his entire life is based on avoiding, twisting and breaking the law. He can’t understand why everybody isn’t like that. No doubt, he also thinks WarMonger Infidel is a nut and a fool: http://sweetness-light.com/archive/uaw-get-55-of-chrysler-for-concessions#comment-144529 Imagine…..a person who takes an oath seriously. In little Barry’s mind, it’s no wonder that the military has been the ruination of this country.

    • Barbie says:

How ironic. One thing prez Barry doesn’t like – his background in community organization encourages community action and participation by the oppressed to overthrow the oppressor. WHOA Barry is oppressing the taxpayers (along with oppressing those who just have good old common sense), we’re fighting back and commie obommie doesn’t like it. This is a scenario he never thought of (not surprising, he’s not exactly a thinker).

You are correct. This is a little, narcissistic boy who has never and will never grow up. No wonder he’s all in a huff – He doesn’t want Tea Bags. He wants Commie Flags.

    • RightWinger says:

Barbie – well said. Maybe that should be the thing to do. Don’t send Tea Bags to the White House, send him old style Soviet commie flags. Except he would probably like that.

It’s obvious Lil’ Barry is getting upset by the tea bags being sent to him that he had to bring it up (like the little boy with thin skin does). Agreed with everybody this is the longest 100 days in our country’s history.

  11. badcrow says:

I seem to recall that old King George had mocked and disparaged the original Tea Partyers… “King” Obammy does so at his own peril. Maybe if he read a little real history, instead of the “Chavez-approved” revisionism taught in our schools today, he would learn something…
The folks at these demonstrations are thoughtful, peaceful patriots. They are the producers of value and wealth, they are the people who pay the taxes that feed and clothe Obammy’s supporters. So go ahead Mr. President, ridicule them, marginalize them. You only prove that you are not the real POTUS. Only the President of ACORN, intent on looting real Americans and giving their hard fought, honest earnings to leeches who add nothing of positive value to our society. Keep pushing and the TEA parties will grow and develop into a movement that will deliver swift and drastic change that real Americans can truly believe in.

  12. BillK says:

Isn’t it amazing that he’s able to get away with the “serious discussion” line time and time again when Republicans in Congress aren’t even allowed to bring their proposals to a vote?

    • JohnMG says:

He’s at a public high school in Jefferson County Missouri, Bill. He has a captive audience, the students’ heads have mush for brains (for the most part), they have been indoctrinated by liberal teachers, and have been selected (those behind the cameras) and told to be on their best behavior because they will be on TV. It takes no courage to prattle on with platitudes and party-line talking points in a venue where you know you will never be challenged face-to-face, and that the MSM will carry the water for you. Although I must say, the response to the applause lines was somewhat tepid.

One of the reasons Obama’s in Missouri is because he didn’t carry the state during the presidential elections, several of the new office holders barely eked out their wins, and with Bond retiring there is an open Senate seat to be had. Nothing like stumping for the party faithful at the taxpayer’s expense.

That, and he needed to get out of that “stuffy, confining oval office” and once again be at one with “the people”.

    • philipspace says:

Well, it was that or work “dilligently” on his reform, as opposed to posing for endless photo ops.

  13. Liberals Demise says:

Does this putz do ANY business for the people? All I’ve seen is him on the campaign trail, here, Europe, Central America and Mexico.

  14. canary says:

Obama displayed a fictitious gesture cranking his arm out in front, waving an imaginary tea bag. Didn’t see anyone in here or across America do this. Instead

Folks arms were reached up high, waving the United States of America Flag, feeling good, after being sickened for so long of Obama’s attempt to change our flag shape, colors, stars, and stripes. He does not know the young men, who endured and died to make sure our American Flag waved high and did not touch the ground.
Good thing I wasn’t sitting in that room with those grown children, who giggled at Obomi’s anti-American, provocative, obscene hand gesture, mocking the waving of our American flag, the one he historically refused to salute during the campaign. I might have snapped, and wacked his naughty fingers til he placed his right hand over his heart and saluted the Stars and Stripes.
NewWeek said Obama hated hearing the Stars and Stripes. I’d have made him start singing. Don’t think Old Glory would even consider that enough justice.

  15. proreason says:

Check out the youtube video about the impact budget-cutter Snidely Obama is having with his tough-as-nails directive to cut $100 million out of our already strapped federal budget.

We got a good one when we elected this guy. He certainly knows his numbers.

    • gipper says:

That is an excellent video, PR. Many people cannot contemplate million, billion, and trillion.

  16. philipspace says:

I dunno, I for one would LOVE to have an intelligent conversation with the prez on a range of issues. Kind of hard to do when he marginalizes or ignores anyone who disagrees with him.

Funny how he talks about “tax cuts for the wealthy.” You never hear them referred to as “employers” or “investors” or “business owners”, just the “wealthy” and “rich”.

One thing I know from selling bread; when you raise the cost of baking it, you raise the cost of buying it.

    • canary says:

philipspace, ‘ I for one would LOVE to have an intelligent conversation with the prez ‘

..bro, … so would those closest to him. His talk and walk for small crowds seem’s draw out his “sassy hip” persona side.

  17. VMAN says:

One thing I hope happens when this boob falls flat on his face and he will is that he takes the MSM with him for their sycophantic coverage. I do have a feeling though that those cowards will piss and moan and say “we were never really with him”.

    • Rusty Shackleford says:

VMAN, the sad thing is, when he falls, the press will find oodles of excuses for him. They are enablers as well as sycophants.

  18. wstuga says:

Hasn’t the govt tried to fix health care? How is that working out for us? Come to think of it, hasn’t the govt tried to fix everything?

    • U NO HOO says:

Remember when government fixed cable television rates?

      Several times.

And rates went up every time.

    • canary says:

I heard be prepared for fuel, natural gas, electrical costs skyrocketing because Obama is raising taxes on them.

  19. TwilightZoned says:

“…tightening our belts in an intelligent way…”

Riiiight. That’s what all this spending and “fixing” (sarcasm) is doing. And true to left-wing loons, if someone criticizes-name call and belittle. There’s real maturity and intelligence. It’s gotten to the point I’d rather stick needles in my eyes than listen to this egotistical, arrogant, pompous-assed windbag talk out of both sides of his mouth and crack-side. A pseudo-intellectual is incapable of having an intelligent conversation. Until he’s out, there is no such thing as time flying by. Every second of every minute, of every hour, of every day, of every year will seem like an eternity. Welcome to hell.

  20. BatK says:

Well to anyone who could listen for more than 10 seconds of that, I salute you.

  21. woodmanthered says:

To see the president of the U.S. stand in front of our children and act this way is truly sad. I don’t care which side of the fence you stand on. You would have to come to the conclusion that our president has some personal issues. There is noway you can help heal this countries great divide by making fun of one side all the time. I really thought some where in the MSM a person would have stood up by now and questioned this man about what he is doing compared to what he said he was going to do. If this man is as smart as they keep telling us he is how can anyone truthfully say this is the man to bring our country back together. Some where there has to be a news person saying to themselves, I can’t keep lying to the American people. The questions need to be asked and the truth needs to be told.

    • JohnMG says:

That would presume someone of moral character and a sense of ethical behavior. When you find someone like that, let us all know.

    • curvyred says:

These childish gestures are really getting old – I expect it from college students not from the leader of the United States – during the campaign when the whole “scratching his face” issue was at hand – I thought perhaps I was wrong to think he actually gave the middle finger salute to McCain – but the more I watch him the more I honestly think he did – it speaks once again to his level of class or lack thereof.

    • Howard Roark says:

Well said, Curvyred. I’d almost forgotten about the “one finger salute” thing. It all adds up to an embarrassment for our great nation.

In case everyone here is a little exhausted with the over-hype of Barry’s first 100 days in office, I offer a small chance to chuckle for a moment: http://girdingmyloins.blogspot.com/2009/04/little-levity.html

  22. wardmama4 says:

Wow – I passed on this gem last night – don’t watch anything (if I can help it, sometimes I get caught by surprise) that this guy says. I can’t stand a speaker who will not look at the camera (i.e. the people he is supposedly talking to). It bothers me to no end (probably because of being physically forced to do it my entire childhood, talk about torture methods).

Anyway – here’s what I got from that clip:
    1) talk in colloquialisms to convince the locals that you are one of them (while those with common sense & real intelligence know that you are insulting them)
    2) make fun of and insult anyone who disagrees with you – marginalize them at every chance you can get.
    3) qualify (incorrectly) the way/situation you will ‘listen’ to the other side (notice he would talk with any enemy without preconditions – but to listen to ‘the other side’/’dissenters’ it has to be ‘intelligent discussion’ which since he set up the qualifier – he gets to decide what is ‘intelligent discussion’)
    3) and wind up ‘claiming’ once again to ‘protect’ the working American families’ yet it is exactly those working American families who are going to be financially hurt by the increasing tax rates to fund all these earmarks, pork, deficits and bogus government programs.

I predict that now that The One ™ and the Klownposse in DC have their vaulted ‘filibuster’ proof voting block – that they will over reach (like they haven’t already!?!) and finally push the one vote that will cause the exact thing they don’t want – We The People to rise up and physically get them out of office.

I don’t think that America can wait until 2010 – but if it can – I will bet all of the Klownposse in DC (and locally) are in for a big surprise.

  23. OneMoreRound07 says:

He needs to get off the campaign trail…

  24. SonoraRebel says:

Obama is the greatest single political mistake in the history of this Republic. He’ll prob’ly also be the most expensive as well. Narcissist is an understatement. He’s been ‘on the tube’ ’bout every day since being mistakenly elected. (No… I voted for the American… ) His entire political ideology is that of Saul Alinsky… and apparently views the United States thru the windshield of a S. Chicago taxi. This administration will not end well… ‘Prob’ly the most devisive and disasterous first 100 days in history. It scares me to think what 1460 days will bring.

  25. EddieG3 says:

Such haters!!! The teabaggers are discontented, misguided, Fox News/Republican-led sheep. President Obama is trying to fight FOR the people, to stabilize our economy, to lower healthcare costs, to educate our children so that they can compete globally, and to make sure our children have a more stable environment (clean air, less voilitive climate, etc.). He is trying to keep the promises that he made during the campaign. I know you don’t care about these things. You just want to hate. President Bush (aka, President Cheney) did not care about the people, just war. President Obama is trying to take care of home, as well as attend to war.

    • proreason says:

…..by doubling the national debt, destroying private industry, bowing to foreign despots, lieing to the American public, disarming our nation, releasing known terrorists into the country, gutting the CIA and FBI, holding witch trials for his prececessors, threatening private citizens, and abusing the Constitution.

Other than that and a few dozen other things, The Moron and his criminal cabal is on the side of the people.

and uuh, regarding “hate”, have you watched the Uberdumpkoff show recently? or watched your President snear in contempt at the honorable Americans who protested his illegal and criminal action in the tea parties? or listened to Eric Holder call Americans cowards? or listened to the words that came out of this incredibly stupid man’s mouth in foreign countries?

This ignorant little boy is the greatest hater that country has had in high office ever. His whole life is based on hatred.

    • Rusty Shackleford says:

Tell ya what I hate. I hate your ignorance. I hate your inability to realize that when a government takes over a corporation, that it’s called socialism. I hate that you cannot recognize when a presidential candidate says he aims to “redistribute the wealth” means that he’s a socialist, with very clear plans on how ot punish the rich. I hate that liberals think that the rich are to blame for the nation’s problems. I hate that this coming year my taxes are going to have a giant sucking sound that I probably won’t be able to afford. And no, I don’t make over 250,000 a year. No where near it in fact. I also hate that he intends to “give” medical care to “everyone” and that is not in our charter as a nation. I hate that people like you do not understand the Constitution and constitutional law. I hate the this nation has a huge population of people who think they are entitled to a car, a house, a job, money, medical care, clothing, condoms, drugs, and all paid for by people who actually WORK.

There is a reality Eddie and it’s not the one you think you see. Turn off the MSM and the Obama worship hour and try to think for yourself. Everyone here on this blog is an independent thinker who has come here of their own volition and shares a viewpoint that was arrived at independently…not by hypnosis or “good feelings”.

  26. catie says:

Pro, I guess the leftist folks have decided that they need to come over here now and really infiltrate especially since Rush has mentioned it a number of times lately.
Talk about haters, there has never been so much hatred as what shows by the left. The president does not want to educate the people he wants to indoctrinate the sheeple, like you Eddie to swallow, hook line and sinker what he’s selling. Why don’t you look in the mirror Eddie or Richie or whomever you are, you people are the haters. Besides, we were all told for 8 years that dissent was “patriotic”. Just giving you a taste of your own medicine, I guess you don’t like it do you?

    • proreason says:

      Bring em on Catie.

They are so used to yelling with each other to the same melody that they skulk off like yellow dogs after actually hearing an opposing viewpoint or two.

And do you notice they can’t open a discussion without a good slur.

Invective, slander, disinformation, slavelike worship of idiots: It’s their lives.
