Charles Whitman, the university of texas at austin. He was killed by two police officers responding to the scene, backed up by a bystander who was armed and went up with them. The entire facade of the tower was lit up, however with bullets of other people who basically shot at the tower to make him keep his head down. It worked, because Whitman was forced to take cover and shoot from the rear of the place, rather than when he first started he walked around the entire observation deck and commanded a view of the entire area, picking off many more victims.

Like most other rust belt towns, they probably need to shut down the tattoo parlors, liquor stores and lottery ticket sales, put factories in everybody’s back yard, and de-unionize. Then they’d probably do alright.

rattle snakes, are rampant. Wild animals trying to kill you or your stock. Drug cartel. Austin College, where that guy went on the clock tower, shot and killed
at around 30 people (can’t remember) . A couple a guys in a truck with rifles hanging in their windows, drove up, climbed the clock tower and took him out.

Mercury lightbulbs now considered weapons. lol. Glen Beck was doing a stunt threatening his guests by holding up one of the new lightbulbs. These new lightbulbs would be great presents to hand to greenies. Deliver a truckload to Al Gore.
Crack me up, Glen Beck, has a crew in hazmet and gloves, that broke a new lightbulb in public to show the steps in cleaning a broken bulb up properly.
I hope it’s a fake lightbulb, cause he might be fined or jailed, along with any American that breaks a lightbulb. Now when you try and sell a home, you will have to pay an appraiser to take mercurty testing wand through the house, before bank will give loan.

This photo was a one day fog, from Floride emissions. At least this is the second link I found saying it was a one day smog. Claims of 5-19 died, 200-500 became ill. It was linked to Zink Works Stell Plants owned by U.S. Steel Corp.

AP’s wreckless use of this photo implying that PA is comparable to a communist country’s news, like North Korea. The missle was a success, and we are listening to musical lyrics…..I still have relatives in Pennslyvania. My greatgrandfather who passed away was a coal miner. They have and continue to all live in their nineties. But, I’m sure it’s genes. He never got black lung, and lived to 92, and then my greatgrandmother passed the same year. Still have great aunts, uncles, and cousins still living in the same coal town.

DONORA, Pa. – When the killer smog rolled into town here in late October 1948…

The Donora smog gained national attention and helped lead to some of the first local and state pollution-control laws and, eventually, to the 1970 federal Clean Air Act.

“We want people to realize Donora was a big part of the environmental movement,” said Don Pavelko, a Donora councilman who came up with the idea for the museum.

The two plants that caused the smog closed by 1966, and Donora today is a struggling town of 5,653.”

I can’t wait until this regulation passes, and we look back after sixty years and sum up the results as, all the businesses in America closed by 2015, and the U.S. today is a struggling country of 5,653.

Update: the site I was looking at had the pre-regulation population of Donora as 14,000.

Homebuilder Lennar Corp. disclosed on Monday it has been named in a class-action lawsuit brought on behalf of homeowners who bought houses built with Chinese-made drywall and claim it emits gasses that make people sick. The lawsuit, filed last month in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, is one of several that have been filed in several states against Chinese drywall manufacturers, builders and suppliers. The plaintiffs claim they bought two homes built by Lennar that were made with the Chinese drywall, which they contend emits sulfur gasses and other fumes, Lennar said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
