this is the Obey-me administration (and the whole of the liberal movement’s) ploy to put the Bush administration on trial. think of the witness request list; Bush, Rove, Cheney, et al all under oath. & I can see all the whackos salivating over the discovery list: secret wire taps, torture, secret prisons, kurans flushed, weapons of mass destruction, blood for oil, etc. they believe they will be able to use all the info. obtained to prove the republican’s culture of corruption and drive the final nail into their coffin. then in 2012 Obey-me, as hero, will ride the anti conservative tidal wave into reelection. it is an ok plan if the terrorists are stupid and fall into line as hoped. but terrorists aren’t stupid or easily manipulated. they will more likely use all their new rights to have the trials thrown out- no Miranda, coerced information and confession, torture, etc. or tie it up indefinitely- change of venue, jury selection, etc. or pick a jury full of simpletons and be acquitted (O.J. anyone?). plus they will use it spout islamist propaganda and call for more terrorist attacks on the west. after a few more shootings or bombings on U.S. soil, or the terrorists go free, the Obeyme bus (filled with his minions) will drive off a cliff in flames.
as for Obeyme getting the conviction he wants? it’s going to be a VERY long judicial process (no doubt into 2012) and the verdict will be dependant upon what Obeyme and the dems is beieve most needed at the moment. if they can blame Bushies for his acquittal and win reelection- he will aquit. if more political hay can be made thru conviction- guilty. a death sentence is also tricky. libs are staunchly against a death sentence on a post-birth person, but it could prove how tough they can be in the arena of national security.
this is truly a spectacle to behold.

Gotta disagree with my mates on this one.

The timing is off to release the naughty boy.

It will come to a head before the 2012 election cycle, and the boy king knows that releasing the little curmudgeon means certain and overwhelming defeat in 2012. It won’t be close enough for Acorn or any other con game to make a difference.

And since the Moron has already demonstrated that he places his opinion light years above our inadequate judicial system, he will get the verdict he wants. Nothing will stop that. There is simply no chance that they would take the political risk of letting 12 plumbers decide the Moron’s political fate. No chance at all. It doesn’t require a vote, you know. And the idea that a judge can’t control a jury is ludicrous. If the Moron wants a verdict, he’ll get it. Indeed, it’s probably already planned to convict poor KSM in the summer of 2012 to maximize the impact.

Now, if his Cabal figures out how to impose martial low before 2012, all bets are off.

Confidence level in prediction – extremely high.

You mean congratulatory words for making sure those terrorists’ “rights” aren’t violated while forgetting there was how many thousand Americans wiped out that one day? I was so disappointed in “the Bug” for writing “The Prosecution.” I don’t buy anything he writes nowadays.

“Helter Sketer” is one of my favorite books. I cannot believe in my lifetime something like this happened—what a skeevy, unlikely leader Charles Manson was. I don’t think I’d have fallen for his line. I was 12 when the murders happened and knew the difference between a cute longhaired guy (George Harrison) and a creepy one (Manson).

My parents raised me right, in more ways than one!

I recall reading “Helter Skelter” by Vincent Bugliosi(sp). He was the lead prosecutor in the Manson trial. In it, Bugliosi was in effect, appalled that the president could commit such an egregius legal error and hoped that it did not destroy his case… I wonder if this very same author of “The Prosecution of George W Bush for Murder” has any words of rebuke for Obama….

I know it would be declared “Cruel and Unusual Punishment” but this POS has already said he is guilty and wants to be executed. A fitting method would be to take him to the top of the Empire State Building, douse him with gasoline, set him on fire, and give him the choice of jumping to his death or burning to death. I know this sounds terribly vindictive but I wouldn’t feel sorry for him either way.

* Nixon also bowed to the Japanese Emperor.
* Nixon also had an enemies list.
* Nixon also declared a major criminal defendant guilty before the trial.

Does this whole thing begin to smell of a set-up to insure that these terrorists are set free (never forget – with them coming here – there is the double jeopardy ‘right’ having been bestowed upon them) – terrorists who are not even nor have ever been American citizens.

Can’t one of these courts in the US – prove that this empty suit is not legal to be POTUS and the whole past 11 months can be just a bad nightmare of what happens when the Thugs, Unions and Criminals join forces to enshrine one of their own as POTUS?
