I’ve been thinking about this statement. And I know what he meant, but if you really delve into it Bush was a governor, then President. He never voted in the congress, he only has veto power. They only votes he cast were in general elections. And of course he will vote with Bush 90% of the time. But they fail to mention Obama votes with his party 98% of the time. But remember, it is Obama who is “reaching across the isle.” At least that is what the people who are responsible for disseminating information want you to believe.
