Plus travelling and speaking only to blue state audiences really drastically reduces the chance of a South Carolina crowd yelling “You Lie!” in unison. Something like that wouldn’t fit with the image of the beloved Dear Leader that we got from the DNC convention or the Hyde Park celebration, or the worldwide apology tour for that matter.

That says it all.

But there is an eentsy tiny bit of good news creeping in here and there. The simple fact that the AP filed this report indicates there is at least one “journalist” who is sayin to himself “WTF?”. And that’s one more than yesterday.

This is all he knows how to do. He has no experience in even running something as big as a tiny village in the middle of nowhere let alone a country with 300 million people.

If the absolute worst happens and this butt monkey gets re-elected in 2012 what will he do for his last four years in office since unless he gets the 22nd amendment repealed that will be it for him? He might actually have to do his job. Man, that would sure suck for him wouldn’t it?

This is exactly what FDR and his band of communists (er, I mean, his administration) did with the New Deal money. Most of those fabulous public works funded by the New Deal (think Hoover Dam and the like) were located in the West because that was the part of the country FDR needed to sway in the next (3) elections. The South, where there were just as many people jobless and starving, didn’t get nearly as many projects because the South was a lock for the Dems at the time. I point this out not because I think O-blah-blah and his henchpersons learned from history but because the rest of the country damn well better start learning from history. All of this has happened before.
