Maybe I’m just not informed enough but what happens to her Senate seat if she accepts the SOS job. Does his Emminence decide on who replaces her or does she get to pick someone to replace her, or does New York have some kind of run-off? I never really cared about this type of situation before but the United States population has done something that I never thought could happen in this country, basically converting to socialism/communism.

I guess this finally means the death of the middle class… Anyway, it is only fitting for her to take the post, I mean the pictures of her at the Glamour Awards did bear a striking resemblance to Madeleine Albright.

Think about this kids, Obama is “vetting” Hillary for the SOS job. That means also vetting Bubba. So all that money that he has been raking in for a) his foundation, b) his presidential library or c) his own personal checking account (I chose Door C) guess who will now have all that information that the whole nation has been trying to get it’s hands on since 2001? But Obama is walking a percarious tightrope.

On one hand, he can give Hillary the SOS job and will have her under his thumb, basically not only ending her presidential aspirations and her Senate career in one wide swoop, with the Bubba Secrets locked up safely in his Oval Office desk along with a typed copy of her resignation or

He can learn that Bubba is just too hot to handle and has been treated very, very kindly by some nations that seem to have little regard for the U.S. and withdraw the offer. That means that he will have slammed the door in her face, not just one, but twice. And that will not set well with the 18 million that voted for her when ‘12 comes along. Like it or not, Hillary still has some political clout.

Has anyone noticed how quiet Bill Richarson and John Kerry have been since the election? I guess it takes some time to get the tire tracks removed from the back of their suit coats. I am sure both of them were counting on the SOS position. Maybe they should have talked to Alice Palmer before they backe “The One”. She could have filled them in on how it feels to be thrown under the Obama bus.

Plenty could bring back the formidable duo of Robert Reich and Janet Reno. The combination of the vertically challenged Reich and the visually challenging Reno would be about like Master/Blaster in ‘Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome’.
