COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) — The Ohio Supreme Court has upheld a weeklong window in which new voters can register and cast an absentee ballot on the same day.

It was the second court decision Monday validating instructions by Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, who told counties to allow the window. The early voting period begins Tuesday.

Unless they were, of course, Republicans, then they're "not voters" the same way Sarah Palin is dismissed by her critics as "not a woman." She's <b>defending</b> rights by trying to dissuade those who "would take away <b>others' rights</b>," that's all. How easy it often is for the left to legitimize any point they wish. Oh come on, the Democrats would never disenfranchise voters.
