2008-04-24BALTIMORE - One teenage girl was sentenced to a juvenile detention facility and four others to home detention Wednesday by a juvenile court judge who called the December bus beating of Sarah Kreager one of the most troubling cases he has seen in 23 years.
“It reduced me to tears,” said Baltimore City Juvenile Court Judge David Young during a long, emotional speech. “I just wonder what has gone so wrong, so wrong in our families, our community, our churches, our schools.”
Young’s comments came moments before he sentenced Nakita M., 15, the vice president of the Student Government Association at Robert Poole Middle School, to a secure juvenile facility, telling her she was the leader of a pack of students who brutally beat Kreager, 26, and her boyfriend Troy Ennis, 30, on Dec. 4 as they rode home from school on a Maryland Transit Administration bus.
Prosecutors revealed Wednesday that Nakita M. has six documented incidents of violence.
One of those incidents — in which a girl was stabbed with a knife and beaten unconscious — resulted in her being convicted of assault in juvenile court and sentenced to probation, which she was on during the time of the altercation with Kreager, prosecutors said…
Young sentenced four other students found involved in the attack to home detention…
Just before the sentencing, two middle school students who were acquitted of beating Kreager filed notice Wednesday they plan an at least $5 million lawsuit, alleging their constitutional rights were violated when they were arrested, suspended from school and banned from riding the city buses.
The two 15-year-old students filing the suit had their charges dropped by prosecutors after completing 15 hours of community service…

Thanks to our highly-trained color-blind journalist, you would never know from the article that the nine perpetrators are black and their victim is white.

In the end the bottom line is this – the vicious thugs get a slap on the wrists, more coddling from their racist parents, friends, and politically correct society, and the victim, who is scared for life now, ends up being the villain here and ultimately is the one who has to make the adjustment in life as she will definitely have to move from her home for good.

There are so many excuses for so many years for the ugly.
Just considering the tragic loss of the impressive Eve Marie Carson, it becomes truly painful.
And there are those who justify this mindless criminality.

So am I reading (between the lines) this right that black teens (with records) beat up a white woman and man - get almost no punishment at all?
What a crock - and no it is not liberalism - it is a pandering attempt not to hold a particular race responsible for the violence, increased taxation and utter mayhem that they are doing on America - and no one has the guts to stand up and lock these sub-human animals (for what reason was this assault committed - anyone, anyone?!?) up for the rest of their lives - to improve the state of being of the entire community.
And of course the Sharptons of America will help these craven little thieves steal even more through lawsuits from a situation they themselves created…

A local radio station (WCBM) reported that the lawyers for the two acquitted students will sue the bus driver, Maryland Transit Administration and the city school system. The amount was stated as $10 million for each student. If that sounds too outrageous to be true I can vouch that it isn’t in Baltimore. I got my Baltimore phone book a couple months ago and it was covered inside and out with advertisements for trial lawyers.
Another case that just rapped up here was about a mother who overdosed her 2 year old toddler on methadone (BTW – that’s a heroine substitute that the state provides to addicts. It’s just as addictive and dangerous). The child died from “a substantial amount of methadone coupled with blunt-force trauma to the abdomen”. The mother, Vernice Harris, received 5 years probation. Witnesses “supplied taped statements that Vernice Harris would beat Bryanna Ashley Harris all the time for no reason other than asking for food or to be held”. They also testified that Ms. Harris regularly gave the child methadone but because they couldn’t “prove” that she was the one that gave it this time, they had to plea bargain. Her attorney stated that the plea will finally allow Harris to receive the” treatment she so desperately needs.”
When I tell people Baltimore is run by criminals I’m being literal.

She won’t receive anything close to the treatment she needs–unless you allow me discretionary power to do as I see fit. I can guarantee she would never lay a hand on or "shoot up" another child…….ever! She would only need my treatment one time. End of problem.

(for what reason was this assault committed - anyone, anyone?!?) It was committed by these little snots for the simple reason that they KNEW they could beat that woman senseless and get away with it. They had no problem doing it, they didnt even give it a second thought. “who do these people think they are anyway, arresting us for beating a white woman?” they say…..”we are entitled by the virtue of our color to beat white people at will”…..that….is what they have been taught.
Lets visit their stinking racist lives about five years from now…..and see how they have become model members of society. They are immune, and they know it. Lets see five whites beat the crap out of a black woman on a bus….lets see how long they stay “immune”…..it is appalling that it has gotten this far.
Anyone who says racism is not a problem in America need only look at these girls…..racism, bigotry, and an unbelievable sense of entitlement show that racists live all over the country…..the only problem being…..whites are still blamed for the racism of their forefathers, while black racists run rampant throughout society screaming about being “victims”.

The Two who had the charges dropped did community service in order to get the charges dropped. This isn’t the same thing as being found innocent in a court of law and I can’t believe the charges were dropped with prejudice. If the charges were dropped without prejudice the prosecution could and should restart proceedings if they insist on suing everyone.

I hate to sound like some nutty conspiracy theorist, but when you look at what our liberal “betters” in the government, the courts, the schools and especially the media are doing, it’s like you suggested -it couldn’t be planned any better.

Why is someone who is obviously predisposed to violent acting out, someone with six previous violent incidents including one stabbing, someone still on probation from this previous conviction in juvenile court, not tried under adult statutes? Who appointed this idiot to the bench, and why isn’t he voted out or impeached?

Makes me sick. I live in one of the most bend over to please the poor black folk cities in America, Cincinnati. First off, when the city was torn down by out of control fine citizens back in 2001, the media was not alowed to call it rioting, but CIVIL UNREST was acceptable. Second, people pay outrageous property taxes in the suburbs while their schools are falling apart only to find that several STATE OF THE ART schools are being built downtown in all the shithole neighborhoods, oddly enough these new schools already have busted windows and graffiti painted all over them. Third, my wife and I were driving home from work and witnessed a 40+ year old white women getting the shit kicked out of her by 4 black women, al the while honkey and white bitch insults were flying, and the Cincinnati po-lice were watching the whole thing. I stopped to tell them and they assured me they were monitoring the situation. As they were monitoring the situation, a group of crotch grabbing black MEN joined in, leaving this women unconscious at the end. NO ARRESTS. Then to top it all off, I was forced to take a diversity class at work that amounted to 2 days of telling me how awful white people are. Oh well. By the way, the so called students mentioned in the above article beat this lady half to death simply because she wanted a seat on the bus. The waste of breath youths were on a field trip and the actions were encouraged by their teacher, who was also with them.
