Pakistan Killed 250 “Miscreants” In Last Month
From a disappointed Associated Press:
Pakistan: 310 killed in militant fight
By BASHIRULLAH KHAN, Associated Press Writer
MIRAN SHAH, Pakistan - A month of fierce fighting near the Afghan border has killed about 250 militants and 60 Pakistani troops, the army said Friday, hours after the deaths of six soldiers in a suicide attack and roadside bombing.
Pakistan, a key ally of the United States in fighting terrorism, has deployed about 90,000 troops in the border region to try to contain al-Qaida and Taliban militants and their local supporters, who often target security forces. President Gen. Pervez Musharraf is under growing pressure from Washington to crack down on militants in the area.
Violence has surged in the region since July, when militants scrapped a September 2006 peace deal after accusing the government of violating the agreement by deploying more troops and targeting their hideouts.
“In the past one month, we lost about 60 soldiers in suicide and other attacks,” Maj. Gen. Waheed Arshad told The Associated Press. “We security forces also killed about 250 miscreants during this period.” …
Yes, but is Barack Hussein Obama satisfied with their efforts.
That is the only question.

Miscreants? Is this Pakistani general really calling these brave “freedom fighters” evildoers, infidels and nonbelievers? Kudos to him….

President General Pervez Musharraf has made a good start on ridding Pakistan’s border area of those troublesome miscreants who have their hateful destructive intolerant noses shoved up the rear ends of ugly osama and similar hate-crazed nuts. If you want to speed up the Orkin Man pest removal process of these crazies, declare that Pakistan-Afghan border zone is an American ghetto convenience store, dress the Pak troops out in clerk smocks, tell them osama’s people are shoplifting and driving away paying customers. It works. Ask any responding city cop here. By the time they roll up in front of any Pakistani’s war zone convenience store, the crackheads, drunks and other assh*les have either fled or are grateful to be arrested and put into the safety of a cruiser’s back seat where the screaming hyper incensed register jockey or night manager can’t endanger them any more.

“….near the Afghan border….”
This seems to mean a lot of al-Qaeda and Taliban are fleeing our offensive at Tora Bora.

Perhaps Pakistan heard the Big O is sending in the Marines, so they got serious.
