Meanwhile, Intelligence officials say a suspected U.S. missile strike has killed at least five people in a Pakistani village close to the Afghan border.

We just had millions of brave protesters here vote for BHO and reach there hands out for cookies.

  2. David says:

What on earth is the unemployment rate in Pakistan that this many males could have the time to protest for “biscuits” (did you notice they had to sit and stay first?)

  3. Reality Bytes says:

    “Good protestors. Now Sit!”

SG -Is my satire rubbing off on you?

  4. Reality Bytes says:

CALL THE PENTAGON I GOT IT! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO TO WIN IS RUB THEIR BELLIES!!!

  5. sheehanjihad says:

If you look at the pictures closely, it’s all about the cookies, not a protest! Just take a peek at what’s really going on.

Picture 1) All of these men are taking part in eating an oreo off the floor. This photo was taken just before the starter yelled “akhbar!” and they all start to munch furiously like rabid ground squirrels in heat.

Picture 2) this photo shows the disappointment of elderly men who couldnt bend over far enough to eat off the floor looking pensively at their empty hands and wondering why they were left out of this week’s “MartyrPalooza” festivities.

Picture 3) This representative of the “Vanilla a Waffirs” sect of the Naa b’ isco tribe is crushing a Fig Newton in his hand as a show of solidarity with other elders who are still unable to bend over comfortably.

Picture 4) This is the father of the famous “Rage Boy” from protests past, hailing his son as a martyr as he learns the boy died from eating sixty boxes of Keebler’s “Sahara Sandies” in less than ten minutes.

Picture 5) This man is pointing the way to the competition for the long famous tradition of wrapping American cookies in Islamic slogans hastily written for them on butcher paper by the only two literate men in the entire city.

Picture 6) These men are enjoying a bit of levity while waiting at the rope line to catch a bag of “Mohmammed’s Nuts”, a favorite treat enjoyed nationwide with warm teabags.

Picture 7) These people are eagerly grabbing at what they think are “Jihad Jellies” creme sandwiches, not realizing they are made entirely of bacon fat and pork rinds during the grand prize ceremony at the conclusion of “Whos yer Mulla” day.

Now you’ve gone and done it, SJ. I just spewed coffee all over my keyboard and monitor. That’s gonna leave a mark! :-D

  7. mrfocus says:

    Obama lied people ate cookies.

  8. gipper says:

“Picture 1) All of these men are taking part in eating an oreo off the floor.”

Do you even know how hard it is to untwist an Oreo with your mouth only? Especially while saying “Dirka, dirka, Mohammed jihad!”? ;)

  9. BigOil says:

I’ve always thought the Muslim call to prayer was a coordinated mooning of the Western World.

  10. Confucius says:

How is this helping our image in the world?

    • sheehanjihad says:

The world hates our collective guts. They are chomping at the bit for us to fail. Our so called “world image” and “world opinion” is responsible for 90% of the mess we are in. Pandering to “world image” is folly. This helps us laugh at the virulent plague that has sworn to kill you, and every last one of your family, my family, everyone in the country. It may help our image to spit in their God _____ faces, because I dont give a damn what the world image is. They hated us for being great, and they will hate us just as much after we fall. Image. Screw image.

  11. Confucius says:

    Agreed.

Notice how no one ever asks us what we think of them?

  12. DW says:

The world hates our collective guts. They are chomping at the bit for us to fail.

…Sigh. OK, we’ll go over this once again (and SJ -I’m not singling you out, my good friend, but this misconception does keep popping up and it needs to be stepped on).

First off: who says the entire world hates America?
Answer: the press. So they lie like rugs about everything else, but this we must take as gospel?

But wait a minute: don’t the CBC, BBC, Al-Jazeera, the APF and every other non-American media outlet also claim that their respective citizens all hate the US?
Answer: Yes. So they lie like rugs about everything else, but this we must take as gospel?

But wait a minute: I was in Canada/Britain/Iraq/Venezuela/France/wherever and some people were yelling “Yankee go home!” Isn’t that proof that the whole world hates the US?
Answer: Sure -if you’re willing to accept that in all of Canada/Britain/Iraq/Venezuela/France/wherever there are absolutely no assholes who just like to have someone handy to hate (because you just know that in all of the US there are absolutely no assholes who meet the exact same description… -point taken?).

Pandering to “world image” is folly.
This is very true. But it doesn’t just apply to America. Just ask Israel, or, for that matter, any Canadian veterans of the Balkans or Somalia.

Outside the US, as well as inside the US, there are both anti and pro American factions. For the most part only one side has a voice that is heard.
Care to guess which side that is?

Enough already. The battle lines have been drawn and, with apologies to the potential martyrs on the site, they have little to do with what flag flies over your head.

    I have spoken.
    It is thus.
    OK?

    • GuppyNblue says:

I have to agree. For many Americans the only view of the world they can get comes from the media. They intentionally distort this reality like so many others. They make savages look like victims and portray Americans as bigoted imperialist. They want us hated, demoralized and self-doubting.

    • Liberals Demise says:

As did the Lame Stream Media about Obama.
      Nuff said and point taken.
      I thank you!

    • sheehanjihad says:

There is scarce a way that anyone, eloquent or not could refute your superbly put argument DW…as usual, the velvet hammer of Manitoba comes down again…lol. Hey, to be sure, what you say is really the truth, I just get steamed when someone worries about our “world image”. No, the world doesnt hate our collective guts, they are being taught to by the media and opportunistic governments.

I was in Paris France…..and being an American was great as long as you spent lots of Francs…..most of the time, it was enduring rudeness and open hostility. I fastened a Mapleleaf to the collar of my overcoat, and got treated much better by the service sector.

I went to Normandy, and there, they still remember American sacrifices, and they dont let any American forget it either. All along coastal France, Americans were warmly welcomed, even thanked because their fathers had given so much for their freedom.

The same goes in the other countries I have visited, and the most hostile to Americans country to date is San Francisco…but I digress. So dont mistake my angry response as believing the entire world hates us, they dont. Most admire us, and that is why so many try to move here permanently.

They have lived the folly of socialism, and the opportunities this country used to offer hard working immigrants was a beacon for decades. Once the new arrivals discover that we have adopted their own form of socialist government, they will no doubt think twice about staying in a mirror image of their own failed society.

So yeah, DW is right. And I respect his opinion. Anybody has a problem with that will have to meet Mr. Taterstick. ;-)

    • JohnMG says:

Group hug. Group hug. (Knock it off, you two!)

    • DW says:

I’m trying to think of amusing, kick-ass lyrics to put to “We are the world”, but that’s more SJ’s venue.
I see my point was taken. I’m glad. It’s interesting (and telling) that those agreeing with it all served in the military (including this non-American who brought it up in the first place).

    • Liberals Demise says:

Give a listen to the song, “MONSTER” by Steppenwolf written in the late 60s

Once the religious, the hunted and weary
Chasing the promise of freedom and hope
Came to this country to build a new vision
Far from the reaches of Kingoms and Pope

Like good Christians some would burn the witches
Later some brought slaves to gather riches

But still from near and far to seek America
They came by thousands to court the wild
and she just patiently smiled and bore them a child
To be their spirit and guiding light

And with the tides change the crown had been broken
Westward in saddle and wagons they went
Until the the railroads linked ocean to ocean
Manys a life that had come to a end

While we bullied stole and bought our homeland
We began the slaughter of the Redman

But still from near and far to seek America
They came by thousands to court the wild
And she just patiently smiled and bore them a child
To be their spirit and guiding light

The Blue and Grey they stomped it
They kicked it just like a dog
And when the war was over
They stuffed it just like a hog

And with its’ past deeds and share of injustice
Kind was the spirit in many a way
But its’ protecters and friends have been sleeping
Now it’s a Monster and will not obey

The Spirit was Freedom and Justice
And it Keepers seemed generous and kind
It’s leaders were suppose to serve the country
But now they don’t pay it no mind
Cause the people grew fat and got lazy
And now their vote is a meaningless joke
They babble about Law and Order
But it’s all just an echo of what they’ve been told

Yeah there’s a Monster on the loose
It’s got our heads into a noose
And it just sits there watching

(This song goes on and I’m not sure about all the words as it has been YEARS since I last heard it but the ending goes)

      America, where are you now
Don’t you care about your sons and daughters
Don’t you know we need you now
We can’t fight alone against the Monster

Although this was recorded 40 years ago it seems to fit in quite eeriely today!
