Everyone that does not pay federal income tax has been unjustly receiving government services and benefits at the expense of those of us that pay taxes. It is time for some equity and fairness. Lock up the free-loaders democrats.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the rest of the judicial system works that way, too. Too often it’s “Guilty, just in case.” It’s not about the truth anymore.

But if an average American chooses not to have health insurance for any reason (that includes millions of us), we risk a $250,000 fine or 5 years in jail.

In case it got by that wrinkled snag bag ‘d douche, what the Obama administration proposes, regardless of all of their legislative power, is flat out unconstitutional.

The only way the “jail option” will succeed is if the American people vote to ratify the constitution and ask to be jailed for non compliance. Nancy is comfortable in thinking that people arent aware of that huge obvious violation of our constitutional rights.

She is probably making the large mistake of thinking that we have the same mindset of her voters and minions under her thumb in Congress. She, as ususal, has no clue what she is up against with those of us who retain a working knowledge of our constitution, and will fight to retain it.

Pelosi is used to drugged out slobs and foaming at the mouth leftists who stroke her fragile ego constantly like one of those huge fat queen termites……only she pumps out millions of stupid attempts at control instead of eggs….but both have the same goal in mind…..to create armies of mindless drones who work tirelessly to serve her needs.

For my own part, I say that jail for Pelosi is fair.

But not anyplace really nice like Guantanamo.

Is this why Obama gave all that stimulous money to Indians to build jails? Poor people will end up on Indian reservations doing slave work?

And not a single one of the one hundred who were prosecuted was a member of the Obama administration. Why is that? There are more admitted tax-cheats, per-capita, working for the Moron than anywhere else in the country.

Our “Plastic Fantastic Speaker” must have had another type of operation as well. It takes a huge pair of brass ones to make a statement like that.

I’ve paid an average of (at least) $4,000 per year in health insurance. I wouldn’t have a care in the world if I had saved that money instead of buying the insurance.

Now they are going to put me in jail if I don’t pay about $7,500 per year.

I think there is going to be a lot of violence if they try to enforce that.
