The Turks may indeed have slaughtered a great number of Armenians due to more aggressive, powerful forces, but they did NOT commit genocide, regardless of the intent of some of the commanders. If it was a genocide, there'd be no one around to be talking about it all the time. Every group has been brutally beaten by someone else at some time.
