Petitions To Deport Justin Bieber Top 100K Sigs

From the Politico:

Deport Justin Bieber petition tops 100K

By TAL KOPAN | 1/29/14

Washington may be buzzing about Tuesday’s State of the Union, but many Americans are concerned about another issue facing the nation: the immigration status of Justin Bieber.

Nobody is ‘buzzing’ about Tuesday’s State Of The Union speech. In fact, it got the lowest ratings since 2000.

The young pop star, who is Canadian and in the country on a temporary work visa, was arrested last week on charges of driving under the influence and resisting arrest. A petition was created the same day, urging the White House to revoke his permission to be in the country.

“We the people of the United States feel that we are being wrongly represented in the world of pop culture. We would like to see the dangerous, reckless, destructive, and drug abusing, Justin Bieber deported and his green card revoked,” The petition reads. “He is not only threatening the safety of our people but he is also a terrible influence on our nations youth. We the people would like to remove Justin Bieber from our society.”

Two competing petitions to not deport Bieber had a little more than 1,800 signatures combined as of 9 a.m. Wednesday, as the deportation request neared 101,000. By 9 a.m. Thursday, the petition was up to 184,000 signatures, and a second petition to deport the pop star was over 21,000 signatures. Three don’t-deport-Bieber petitions totaled more than 5,000 signatures combined.

What’s this? Where is the compassion for those poor people who are ‘living in the shadows’? Who are just in this country trying to make a better life for themselves and their families? — Oh, that’s right, Master Bieber is in the country legally. And he’s not even a victimized minority who deserves reparations. So to hell with him.

But Master Bieber really doesn’t have anything to worry about, anyway. Being under the tender age of 30, he is automatically included in Obama’s DREAM amnesty, which he ‘enacted’ by executive order.

Moreover, Master Bieber has still yet to be convicted of any major felonies. And Obama’s immigration department is only deporting illegals who have been convicted of major felonies, when it deports anyone at all.

  1. Right of the People says:

I think he should be deported just for his crappy “music”. To me that’s reason enough.

  2. canary says:

Politico intentionally left out Obama had Justin Bieber sing at the White House and wouldn’t dare
deport him especially now that he hangs with rappers and drugs.

  3. bousquem25 says:

Maybe if someone tells Obama that Bieber is a closet conservative, though that may only get him auditied by the IRS.

  4. Rusty Shackleford says:

One could, I suppose, draw a parallel to Justin, his immediate and obvious lack of maturity and sudden rocketship to fame with the expectant (expectorant?) results of potential jail-time and other serious charges along with what happens when you have a similarly mature president, hippies at his side, who are all angry at the conservative “establishment” for 60+ years, finally getting their way, unfettered and un-metered by rules and boundaries.

The obvious difference being that the latter won’t ever be called to task but the similarity will be that they aren’t, in any way, responsible. (See: “Bush’s fault”, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013).

His latest escapade is a literal manifestation of what P.J. O’Rourke said about giving whiskey and car keys to kids, with the addendum of pot and other recreational drugs.

I remember the episode of Star Trek where Spock was “deep in the state of the Plak-Tow” and the episode was named “Amok Time” and the word “amok” intrigued me so I looked it up. But even in Spock’s state-of-mind, he was nowhere near the Websterian definition of teh word:

a murderous frenzy that has traditionally been regarded as occurring especially in Malaysian culture

Hmmmm, that part about Malaysian culture though, some 40 years later, strikes a chord. Where’s Barry from again? Indonesia? Wasn’t Indonesia part of Malaysia in the 60’s? Seem to recall….island of Borneo….etc. Oh well…no matter.

Barry was an Indonesian who undoubtedly still sees the world though his immature, pot-tainted eyes and is unable to accept his own clear limitations and is also a fool because of the way he can’t see that the homegrown socialists who all hate his guts anyhow are using him. Birds of a feather and all that but see how quickly they abandon him for political expediency when he is proving to be bad ju-ju based solely on his “pen and phone” attitude.

  5. Rusty Shackleford says:

Just like Obama’s “composite” girlfriend of the age, one can easily construct a similar composite “son” for him.

TRAY-von, the guy who hacked up the British soldier, and hapless Justin Bieber. Put them together and you have an angry, irresponsible, untrustworthy, violent individual who cannot reason, think or understand.

  6. Mithrandir says:

HE WILL NEVER BE DEPORTED for one very important reason, he is part of the satanic forces that run……well, pretty much everything. The music industry is so godless, they will surely protect one of their own.
