Planned Parenthood Ads To Target Romney

From a cheering New York Times:

Planned Parenthood Ads to Target Romney

By MICHAEL D. SHEAR
May 30, 2012

… [T]he Planned Parenthood Action Fund is unveiling one of its biggest-ever political advertising campaigns aimed at using Mr. Romney’s own words to undermine his support among women — a critical voter group among whom he already trails President Obama.

Isn’t it wonderful how a government funded and tax exempt ‘charity’ can, by simply establishing another front, campaign for a political candidate?

Meanwhile, the news media and the rest of the Democrat Party constantly tells us how terrible the Supreme Court’s Citizen United ruling was because it allows corporations to donate to political campaigns.

In a new ad that will run in three battleground states, the political arm of the women’s health care organization accuses Mr. Romney of wanting to deny women access to birth control, abortions and equal pay for the work they do.

“When Mitt Romney says, ‘Planned Parenthood, we’re going to get rid of that,’” the ad says, “Romney is saying he’ll deny women the birth control and cancer screenings they depend on.”

Were these ads made back in January, when the Obama’s lickspittle minion, George Stephanopoulos first brought this ridiculous charge up out of the blue?

That statement can be misleading. Mr. Romney was answering a question about what federal funding he would target for elimination or reductions if he is elected. His campaign has said he wants to end federal funding of Planned Parenthood, not the organization itself

What’s this? The New York Times is admitting that the ad is a lie?

“This is just the beginning,” said Dawn Laguens, the group’s executive vice president. “This is a very small down payment on what we intend to do to make sure people are very clear where the candidates stand.”

"Down payment" is exactly the right phrase. Planned Parenthood has to find some way to pay back Obama and the Democrats for helping to make them rich. That is, in addition to their political donations and foot soldiers, of course.

But speaking of the so-called ‘War On Women,’ Planned Parenthood has just declared that it is in effect non-judgmental when it comes to gender-based abortions.

They say they aren’t going to discourage anyone who wants to kill their baby because it is the wrong sex, unless it happens to be illegal in that state. Which at this time are only Arizona, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Illinois.

From LifeSite News:

Planned Parenthood fires employee, but admits it won’t refuse sex-selection abortions

by Kathleen Gilbert
Tue May 29, 2012

May 29, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The Planned Parenthood worker caught counseling a woman how to obtain a sex-selection abortion in the latest Live Action undercover video has been fired for not following an undisclosed protocol, said the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.

The video is posted above, if you have not seen it. And, thanks to our guardians in our mainstream media, you probably haven’t.

At the same time, a spokesperson for Planned Parenthood told The Huffington Post that the abortion organization provides “confidential, nonjudgmental care” and would not deny a woman a sex-selection abortion, except in states where it is explicitly illegal.

Planned Parenthood quickly issued a statement Tuesday morning against the “hoax campaign” after the undercover pro-life group released its latest video showing a Texas clinic counselor helping a woman obtain an abortion based on the baby’s female sex. The counselor gave advice on aborting a child old enough for its sex to have been determined, and abusing Medicaid funds to pay for an ultrasound as if the mother were bringing the child to term.

[Planned Parenthood] said the counselor was fired and the staff at the Texas clinic scheduled for “retraining in managing unusual patient encounters.”

The group condemned “gender bias” as “contrary to everything our organization works for,” but stopped short of endorsing measures to outlaw such abortions, stating: “Planned Parenthood condemns sex selection motivated by gender bias, and urges leaders to challenge the underlying conditions that lead to these beliefs and practices.”

In the video released early Tuesday morning, the counselor can be seen telling an undercover investigator posing as a pregnant mom not to let her OB/GYN know about the sex-selection abortion, which would take place after about 5 months’ gestation, because “a lot of doctors will place judgment because the brain is already developed, a lot. Pretty much everything’s already developed.”

It’s hard to believe, but even in this day and age a number of people still don’t want female babies.

But it’s Republicans who are waging a ‘War On Women.’ Not an organization that won’t even try to stop people from aborting a child just because it’s the ‘wrong sex.’

I had heard the sotry about that video somewhere, but it kind of got lost in my mind. I admit I had never watched it until now. I have long regarded PP as an absolulte instrument of pure evil, going back to a personal experience in my life back in high school, but that video still shocked me. That is one of the most vile things I have ever witnessed. I just want to go home and hold my daughter until this horrible feeling in my stomach subsides.

Back on topic, here is another gerat opportunity for Romney to stand up for something other than the economy. He ought to point out everything mentioned above and stand up for what he said about ending funding for planned parenthood. If he had the scrotum to respond to their adds by using that video in an ad and simply saying “yeah, I AM opposed to this organization”, think what an endorsement that could be for him. I mean, in all actuality it is obviously not fair to catagorize every single employee of Planned Parenthood as being so disgusting as that unterminated preganancy was, but it’s just as fair as taking a few of Romeny’s words out of context regarding federal funding to show how he hates women.

Planned Parenthood. Founded on the everlasting principles of eugenics. For those of you in Rio Lindo, eugenics means eradicating as the negro race.

So, government abortions falls right in line with that mandate.

What twisted minds they have at PP. Somehow they believe that murdering children is ok, but eliminating government funding for said mirders is an unspeakable affront to mothers. What kind of polluted morality is necessary to embrace that position?

Obama’s Planned Parenthood caught gendercide selecting discrimination aborting female babies.

ABC News: Lawmakers, Activists Target ‘Gendercide’ Sex Selection

By Terry Moran May 30th 2012

In the style of activist-filmmaker James O’Keefe, an anti-abortion group has released an undercover video purportedly showing a Planned Parenthood counselor in Texas assisting a woman who says she’s seeking a sex-selection abortion.

“I see that you’re saying that you want to terminate if it’s a girl, so are you just wanting to continue the pregnancy in the meantime?”the Planned Parenthood counselor asks on the tape…..”

At the close of the conversation, when the woman who says she’s pregnant thanks the Planned Parenthood counselor for not “placing judgment” on her choice, the counselor replies cheerily, “Good luck, and I hope that you do get your boy.”

The video can be found here.

Planned Parenthood has denounced the video as an effort to “promote false claims about our organization and patient services. In highly unusual and scripted scenarios, hoax patients sought services related to sex selection.”

“Gendercide” – the practice of killing baby girls or terminating pregnancies solely because the fetus is female – is estimated to have produced a “gender imbalance” of more than 100 million girls around the world.

Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland and the Netherlands have laws banning sex-selection abortions.

    The United States does not.

The Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act (PRENDA) of 2012, sponsored by Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., is scheduled to come to the House floor as soon as today under suspension of the rules.

The measure is expected to be approved in the House, although it’s unclear whether the Democratically controlled Senate would follow suit.

Gay women should be raising heck about this as it narrows their pickings.

Gay men are thrilled as it broadens their pickings.

Dear Lord. Do not judge our entire nation based on the actions of a few.

Instrument of evil about sums it up. I was at a mall one day and I saw a guy w/a couple children and his wife. He was wearing a worn PP t-shirt and it made me want to throw up. The idea that my tax money goes to them sickens me.

  6. yadayada says:

the beginning of the video shows several PP store fronts on different dates.
meaning that LiveAction.org attempted this operation more than once. PP claims to have already “fired the worker” in the video and claimed it’s a one-off. if other vids are released showing similar activity……..
hopefully they did a Breitbart style op and have more than one clinic on tape conspiring to commit the gender based murder. one to be released after each denial.
