Ah I love the InterNet (thank you AlGoracle) - this Just in. The Supreme Court ruled against Sotomayor in the Ricci v DeStefano case:

5 - Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Kennedy (who wrote the majority opinion), Justice Alito, Justice Scalia, and Justice Thomas were for Ricci.

and

4 - Justice Ginsberg (who wrote the dissenting opinion), Justice Souter, Justice Breyer, Justice Stevens voted against Ricci.

Oh my - what is she up to now - 80% of her rulings that go to the Supreme Court are overturned?!? Is that a Judge who should be sitting on the Supreme Court?

I guess this is the All Barack Channel/WashPo's attempt to diminish the Latina woman comment.

And of course since it was more than 2 weeks ago, since that comment was discussed (very little) in the <del>msm</del> State Media - it will probably work.

God Help America.

btw - her ruling on Ricci is about to be heard - interesting to see if the Court can remain concerned with it's mission to uphold the Constitution or will be swayed to uphold the incoming Justice.

As I said - God Help America.

ABC News/WashPo polls consistently overestimated the margin of Obama's lead over McCain. If I remember correctly, these are some of the polls that showed only 21% of America was Republican (or was that CNN?)

The Wall Street Journal poll, published a few weeks ago, found support for Sotomayor's confirmation somewhere in the 40% range, because they counted the large subgroup of people who didn't know anything about her and had no opinion (I think it was around 35%). The number of people opposing Sotomayor was under 20%.

But there is a catch here. Americans are showing they really don't care about race either way. They aren't racist against Sonia Sotomayor's heritage, and they aren't offended by her comments about white men. The good news for us is that Democrats are not going to be able to get too much capital with Latinos from the Sotomayor appointment. By the time the midterm elections come around in 2010, Sotomayor will be a long forgotten issue and Latinos will be choosing who to vote for, based on how their financial situation is going and whether Obama can actually solve the unsolvable immigration debate.

Well, it has been said that The Moron's broad support is based on his supporters knowledge that he was lying about virtually everything he said during the campaign. Example, queers voted for him because they knew his statements about being opposed to "gay marriage" were flagrant lies.

Indeed, it's been said that his supporters take great joy in knowing what a liar he is. Apparently, it's a confederacy of thieves.

So, who should be surprised that a poll of Red Sonya's supporters (and since it's WaPro, we can be sure that they selected only her supporters for its"scientific" poll) will be delighted to have a new ruler who is as prejudiced about white heterosexual men as they are themselves.
