Even if the elections were somehow honest, the rampant disqualification of real reformist candidates and women shows that Iranian elections are little more than a front for a dictatorship by the unelectable supreme leader. To choose an "Islamic" system at all is to choose tyranny. Should we be surprised that many of the so-called reformist leaders want to continue the Iranian theocracy as it is?
