Most black criminals prey upon black crime victims. In fact almost 90% of black murder victims are killed by black criminals. Rather then wonder why 1/2 of America’s imprisoned murderers are black you should ask why the low conviction rate results in only 1/2 when over 1/2 of America’s murder victims are black. Do those black crime victims really matter? Not when you are selling racism.

Well, if we got to have racially equal numbers, that means we got to throw more black people on death row. They’re disproportionately under-represented among death-row criminals, and we don’t want to be unequal….

So Soros’ plan, I mean Holder and Obama’s plan, to right these ‘injustices’ is… If a black man commits a crime, and is convicted and sentenced to prison, then the Soros/Holder/Obama trio correct this ‘perceived injustice’ by randomly selecting (by lottery, of course) a white man to serve the sentence instead…? I really wouldn’t doubt it. I’ve said since the beginning, Obama will set back race relations by 30 years (at least) and Obama will virtually eliminate any chance blacks had for advancing out of their trap of poverty. Of course, I’m sure I’ll be called a racist by someone for saying (writing) so.

A long time ago I did a paper for a JD (that’s juvenile delinquency not law) class, I was in one of my idealistic phases and insisted on doing a presentation that race had nothing to do with JD stats. My professor would only approve if I accepted that if at midterm, I did not have enough sources I would come and change my topic stance (he did not believe I would ever find enough proof). Well I did the research and guess what – all these years later Ann was right.

The 3 main sources I had were The Chicago Study (how ironic is that?!?) which had been going on since 1920 ( I do not know if it is still going on, no longer in that profession study and I do know that both of the original researchers are dead) – that proved it was not racial but socio-economic status that affected crime. The Pittsburgh Study that showed that families with a female dominated house-hold had the most JDs and The University of Maryland (I thought it a nice touch that the very college I was going to was about to prove him wrong) which also proved that stable two heads of house families were less likely to produce JD.

Not a thing – even when some of the researchers tried to adjust – had to do with race. Go figure.

And if you are set-up from the gitgo by your ‘cultural standards’ – is that anyone (or any other race’s) fault?

The reasons for the stiffer punishment on crack cocaine has nothing to do with race. It has been far more found to lead to immediate dangerous crimes when the user, uses it. It is a quick high, and quick down, and so the criminals are more apt to go right and robb or kill someone. There absolutely should be stiffer penaltie for crack, just as a less crime for marijuana. It’s just very difficult for police to do something about this rampant problem mostly seen in the afro-american community. If Obama wants crack out of the hoods, he might havve to take stronger police action, but then the blacks might call this racism and infringing on their privacy and rights. They really need to do something about it. It is extremely dangerous, addicting. Criminals get out, and go right back to it.
