Tulsa World: Muslim convert to Christianity sues Tulsa church

    June 13, 2014 – By Bill Sherman

A Muslim convert to Christianity is suing First Presbyterian Church and its pastor, the Rev. James D. Miller, alleging that church leaders published an announcement of his baptism on the Internet after assuring him they would not do so.

The Tulsa County resident, identified only as John Doe in court papers for his own safety,

alleges that because the news of his conversion appeared on the Internet,

he was kidnapped on a trip to his native Syria by radical Muslims seeking to enforce Shariah law.

According to the filing in Tulsa District Court, he was bound, beaten and tortured for several days, and was forced to spend 18 hours a day in a 55-gallon electrified drum.

He also was stabbed several times, shot, and threatened with beheading.

When Doe was taken out to be beheaded,
he managed to free his hands,
grab a firearm from a captor,
kill one of them, his paternal uncle,
and escape, according to the court filing.

Tulsa attorney Keith Ward, who is representing Doe, said the case is one of the strangest he has seen.

He said Doe, in his 40s, went to Syria to pick up his bride.

Doe had lived most of his adult life in the United States, and was close to getting his U.S. citizenship.

“In mid-January, Doe was confronted by radical Muslims in Damascus who told him they had read about his conversion on the Internet.”

As a U.S. non-citizen how did this Syrian rebel get back into the US alive?
Just saying it’s known many U.S. Americans and other countries aiding rebels and al-Qaeda and ISIL over there.
He must be rich to afford such trips and hospital bills during a civil war.
Was he going to tell his mail-order Muslim bride he was a Christian?
Which tribe of “radical Muslims in Damascus” just happened to read about his conversion on the internet?
How can he win a lawsuit, with not one witness?
I seriously doubt long distance affidates to Muslim terrorists in Syria would be answered.
No medical records could actually confirm how he recieved his injuries.

Yahoo News: Muslim reporter describes being ridiculed at the Texas GOP convention

Republican chairman: ‘Would the state party ever condone that? Absolutely not.’

    By Jason Sickles – Jun 14 2014

The Texas Republican Party’s annual convention ended a week ago, but it’s still managing to make headlines.

The GOP gathering first attracted national attention by fast-tracking a new platform that includes endorsing “reparative therapy” for gays. Some of the more moderate Republicans in attendance had hoped to address the matter, but the anti-gay topic was never allowed to come up for debate.

Now, a reporter who was covering the convention says she was targeted and taunted because of her Muslim headdress.

Heba Said, a senior at the University of Texas at Arlington, is the opinion editor of the school paper, The Shorthorn. The 22-year-old said she applied for media credentials and attended the convention hoping to share with her readers what it was like to sit in on panel discussions with delegates.

Instead, Said writes, “I discovered a cult-like hatred that is simply disgusting.” From her report:

As I walked through the halls, people stopped in their tracks and frowned and shook their heads at me. Panelists threw the word “Islamist” around as if it were perfectly OK, and one man even asked if I felt alone at a meeting. I was referred to as “you people” and “y’all Muslims” more times than I can count.

The worst part was the way delegates looked at me, as if I were something to fear when I approached them.

“I did not observe any of this,” said Steve Munisteri, Texas GOP chairman. “I never heard a single anti-Muslim statement, and I never saw any anti-Muslim activity.”

Said wanted to capture a few photos of the U.S. senator from Texas as well, but instead she had to worry about being profiled by police.

I found five police officers behind me, hands on holsters watching me intently.. If I was the biggest threat at that convention, then I must be seriously underestimating myself.

Said will graduate next year with a degree in political science and a minor in Arabic.

..Said finally spoke up and asked about their interest in Muslim voters.

He asked me where I was from. When I responded, “Texas,” he asked me where I was really from, as if there were no way it could possibly be from Texas.

“On my mom’s side I’m thirteenth generation American,” she told Yahoo News.

Her picture in full Arabic garb would certainly be of concern since she may have had a bomb under her head piece
    or dress.

Further, it is a fact, the vast majority of Muslims vote Democratic in this country. While they acknowledge Democrats are more liberal and sinful and anti-Muslim sins and antics, because Muslims say Democrats feed, cloth, house, & pay health care. As one would expect abortions are legal for Muslim and not against the Quran.

As far as the ‘ya all” and “you people”; it is a cultural thing and it does not matter what race, religion color, religion.

Ya all played great. You people are the greatest.

It offends me to see Arab women who wear make-up and lipstick in order to attrack men yet, are all covered up.
It offends me more to see the snotty, haughty, rude Arab young women, who wear their head scarfs, but not only glob on the make-up, but where skinny tight jeans, pencil tight skirts, thin curvey tight shirts.
And I would think she would have taken pictures and footage of what she claims happened.

And any radical Muslim woman that dresses like this one, would never go anywhere alone. I’ve never seen them alone with this heavy of garb.

Obama’s Personal Film Production Team Now Posting Selfie Video’s on White House Gov Site for the Public

Yahoo News: This is how President Obama pronounces ‘GIF’
Obama goes all in for the hard ‘G’

    By Chris Moody – Jun 13 2014

The president announced his decision during a meeting with Tumblr CEO David Karp at the White House on Tuesday.

“That is my official position,” Obama said, before posing for a GIF with Karp, who was in Washington to host a discussion on student loan reform. “I pondered it a long time.”

The word’s pronunciation has been a point of contention for years. In 2013, the man who invented GIFs, Steve Wilhite, said the word should be pronounced “jif,” although his announcement did little to quell the linguistic debate.

It remains unclear how this debate will shake out in the upcoming 2016 presidential race. Twitter messages to possible candidates former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie about how they pronounce “GIF” were not immediately returned on Friday.

This article shows the biase of Yahoo News towards Democrats.

The video from Tumblr taking it off the Official white house dot gov site weekly events of Obama shows just how busy his personal production team he hired after his first election.

This is an example of how Obama paid off Yahoo News by running 24/7 presidential re-election ads.

He will edit these video’s for the longest documentary in history.

All his joking he feels he must post for tax-payers will be sent to his rich Hollywood friends.

His goal is to be a “night time talk host”, with Michelle as his greatest competition

All his sports edits will be hoping for free lessons and loans so he doesn’t leave the White House “dead broke”
    as the Clintons.

I know I say this too often, but if the Republicans don’t start paying for ads on Yahoo like Hussien al-Ohbama
they expect a nother run of Yahoo reporting the most biase news in getting Hillary elected.
Hillary is making the money to pay Yahoo ads.

Sunni extremists in Iraq post sickening video showing slaughter and beheading of police major in bid to terrorize disintegrating security forces

By Dan Friedman June 13, 2014

A shocking and grisly video shows terrorists beheading a Sunni police major with a knife in his own bedroom, then placing his head on his legs.

*(graphic photo of man beheaded with head on his legs)

As fast-moving jihadists came closer to Baghdad, slaughtering opponents along the way,
President Obama said he is considering military support for Iraq’s overwhelmed security forces —
but only if the Shiite-led government agrees to welcome excluded minorities into the political process.

Those forces have fallen apart as ISIS advanced — with Iraqi soldiers running away, abandoning their weapons, motivated in part by the terror spread by the video and word of other barbaric reprisals.

The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), an al-Qaeda splinter group that has seized a huge chunk of northern Iraq, is led by Abu Bakr al-Bagh, dadia relatively unknown and enigmatic figure.

(ISIS) herding hundreds of boys and Iraqi soldiers down a highway to an unknown fate.
The group is so savage that even Al Qaeda disowned it — concerned that its crucifixions, stonings and amputations were alienating potential Syrian supporters.

Obama and U.S. officials say that failure to resolve Iraq’s political troubles has alienated a large segment of Iraqi society and allowed the insurgency to gain a greater foothold.

“The United States is not simply going to involve itself in a military action in the absence of a political plan by the Iraqis that gives us some assurance that they’re prepared to work together,” he said.

The Washington Post: ISIS, beheadings and the success of horrifying violence

    By Terrence McCoy – June 13 2014

From beheadings to summary executions to amputations to crucifixions, the terrorist group has become the most feared organization in the Middle East.

by the jihadist group the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) allegedly shows ISIL militants near the central Iraqi city of Tikrit.

The commitment to shocking violence is at the heart of both ISIS’s recruitment and appeal. To radicalized Islamists across the world, there’s something enticing in ISIS. It has attracted at least 12,000 fighters — 3,000 from the West — since its inception several years ago.

“My first time!” the Brit says beside another image of a hand covered in blood.

It’s difficult to say what spawned such fealty to violence. “There is absolutely nothing in Islam that justifies cutting off a person’s head,” a professor at the Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University once told Newsday.

But just as the Bible discusses the beheading of John the Baptist, so does the Koran talk of beheadings. “When you meet the unbelievers in the battlefield, strike off their heads until you have crushed them completely; then bind the prisoners tightly,” Sura Chapter 47 says.

Decapitation has become the latest fashion. In many ways, it sends terrorism back to the future. Unlike hijackings and car bombs, ritual beheading has a long precedent in Islamic theology and history.”

But “increasingly,” Furnish wrote, “Islamist groups conflate ‘unbelievers,’ ‘combatants,’ and prisoners of war, which, coupled with their claim to Islamic legitimacy, provides them with a license to decapitate.”

“I didn’t want to be taken by them … so I started running,” one former ISIS prisoner told the human rights group.

“They ran after me, all masked, and captured me. I started shouting loudly to get the attention of the crowd of people: ‘What have I done? What have I done?’

I could see people looking at me, but no one said a word.

They were all killed by fear.”

” It’s difficult to say what spawned such fealty to violence. “There is absolutely nothing in Islam that justifies cutting off a person’s head,” a professor at the Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University once told Newsday.”

Here’s a Georgetown professor who should be fired for ripping off students money and teaching them Islam is not a threat.

Haaretz: Boko Haram Bomb World Cup Viewing Venue in Nigeria

AP — A suicide bomber detonated a tricycle taxi packed with explosives at an outdoor World Cup viewing center in a northeast Nigerian city Tuesday night, leaving at least 13 people killed.

Hospital workers said the death likely will rise with 15 people critically wounded and casualties still coming in to the main hospital at Damaturu, capital of Yobe state.

Police Assistant Superintendent Nathan Cheghan confirmed the explosion but said rescue workers were being careful for fear of secondary explosions. Islamic extremists of the Boko Haram group frequently time secondary explosions to kill people who rush to the scene of a bomb blast.

Witnesses said the tricycle taxi was driven into the outdoor area soon after the Brazil-Mexico match started Tuesday night.

All spoke on condition of anonymity for fear of reprisals.

One hospital worker said he saw at least seven bodies. Another said 15 casualties were in intensive care. Both asked that their names not be published because they are not authorized to speak to reporters.

The Business Standard: Crisis in Iraq: Extremists said to be in Control of Iraq’s Biggest Oil Refinery

    Rod Nordland | Baghdad June 19, 2014

Iraq’s biggest oil refinery fell to Islamic extremists Wednesday morning, after army helicopter gunships failed to beat back an attack on the facility 130 miles north of Baghdad, according to refinery workers, eyewitnesses and an Iraqi army officer who fled the scene.

The facility at Baiji is the first operating refinery to fall to the fighters of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, or ISIS, who have swept through much of northern Iraq and had surrounded the refinery in Baiji for the past week, battling with a battalion of the Iraqi Army that had been backed up by air support.

The capture of the refinery could deny the Iraq government an important source of fuel and provide the insurgents a potentially lucrative income earner, assuming they can ensure the facility’s continued operation and sell the fuel, at least in the areas they control.

ISIS already profits from its control of oil resources in eastern Syria.

A refinery worker who gave only his first name, Mohammad, reached by telephone, said that the refinery had been attacked at 4 am and that workers had taken refuge in underground bunkers.

In the course of the fighting, an unknown number of natural gas storage tanks were set ablaze, although it was not clear by which side. After taking heavy losses, the troops guarding the facility surrendered and at least 70 were taken prisoner, he said.

A lieutenant from the battalion guarding Baiji, also reached by telephone and speaking on condition of anonymity, said he had fled his unit when it became clear that it would not be able to hold out against ISIS forces.

Eyewitnesses in the area also reported seeing ISIS checkpoints controlling access to the sprawling refinery area, and smoke rising over the complex from numerous fires.

Foreign workers, including 50 from the German company Siemens, had already been evacuated from the refinery, according to news reports quoting Siemens officials. Olive Group, a security company, said it had evacuated its six clients from the refinery in recent days “in a routine road move.”

The complex is about halfway between Baghdad and Mosul, Iraq’s second-largest city, which the insurgents invaded last week.

The complex includes the refinery – the largest in the country – as well as a 600-megawatt power plant, which supplies electricity to much of northern Iraq.

The power plant had fallen to ISIS fighters earlier.

An oil industry official, speaking on condition of anonymity because of Iraqi government sensitivity on the issue, confirmed that the refinery had fallen to the insurgents Wednesday.

Iraq is the second largest oil producer in OPEC, representing the largest source of growth among the 12 member countries.

In a separate development, Indian officials expressed concern about the fate of 40 Indian workers, who disappeared after ISIS forces overran Mosul,

and about 46 Indian nurses working at a hospital in Tikrit that is under ISIS control.

“Indian workers in Mosul disappeared, probably kidnapped by ISIS,”

said Yassin al-Ma’amouri, the head of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society. “Nobody knows anything about them.”

But Mr. Ma’amouri said Red Crescent workers had visited the Indian nurses at the hospital in Tikrit and had found them in good condition.

huh? John Kerry Says Deadly Iraq Insurgents a Threat to the US!

Bloomberg: Kerry Says Iraq Insurgents More Extreme Than Al-Qaeda

    By Roger Runningen – Jun 19, 2014

June 19 (Bloomberg) — The U.S. is distancing itself from Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki, pressing for a political change that could help blunt a Sunni insurgency as President Barack Obama weighs possible air strikes against the extremists.

Secretary of State John Kerry said the insurgents in Iraq are “more extreme than even al-Qaeda” and are a threat to the interests of the U.S. and its allies, in an interview on NBC’s “Today” program.

Kerry said the U.S. isn’t coming to Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki’s aid in considering providing help to Iraq to fight the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, or ISIL.

He said airstrikes had not been ruled out.

Kerry said. “What the United States is doing is about Iraq. It is not about Maliki, and nothing the president decides to do is going to be focused specifically on Prime Minister Maliki. It’s going to be focused on the people of Iraq — Shia, Sunni, Kurd.”

Meet al-Qaeda’s Heirs Fighting to Reshape the Arab World

    “What I said was that
we are interested in communicating with Iran
to make clear that the Iranians know
    what we’re thinking
and we know what they’re thinking,
and that there’s a sharing of information so people aren’t making mistakes.”

Iraq has asked the U.S. to use airstrikes to help defeat the Sunni fighters, whose rapid military success has raised the specter of sectarian civil war in OPEC’s second-largest oil producer.

The conflict threatens to draw in the U.S. as well as regional powers including Shiite-led Iran and Sunni Gulf Arab states.

… Kerry was asked about former Vice President Dick Cheney’s criticism of President Barack Obama’s administration’s handling of the situation in Iraq.

“This is a man who took us into Iraq, saying this?” Kerry said. “Please.”

Kerry said the U.S. is the largest donor of assistance to rebels in Syria,…

Insurgents are on the rise because Syrian President Bashir al-Assad is a “magnet for terrorists of all ilk” who come there to try and unseat him, Kerry said.

Kerry was asked whether the war in Iraq was worth U.S. blood and money because three years after the U.S. pullout, the situation seems to be slipping back.

“That remains to be seen,”Kerry said. “The test is in really these next few days and weeks.”

So, Kerry is saying the US is aiding the terrorists worse than Al-Qaeda at whatever cost along with Hillary who
have done everything to get Assad to resign to A-Qeada and ISIS, ISIL

Even though Iraq President Maliki wants the US to do Air Raids on the Islamic terrorists in Iraq, when the US does the air-raids they want everyone to understand they aren’t not doing the air raids because he wants them, but because the Iraq terrorists are a threat to the US even though Iraq has not attacked the US.

And Kerry has the audacity to blame former VP Cheney on the US getting involved and possibly airstriking
this new breed of Islamic terrorists in Iraq that are a threat to the US.

“… “magnet for terrorists of all ilk” who come there to try and unseat him, Kerry said.”

So no one aids the “ilks” more than the US does in Syria; the “ilks” that are takingn over Iraq and threatening the US even though they are far away. Are there any “ilks” in the US?

And on his farm her had some “ilks”

Mr. Obama said. “And going forward, we will be prepared to
take targeted and precise military action—
if and when we determine that the situation on the ground requires it.”

He has not mentioned a red line has been crossed, so it’s probably just a lot of talk.

Hillary Clinton Asked To Inscribe “Hard Choices” To Ambassador Stevens

    classic video

    Daily Surge ^ | June 19, 2014 | Matt Fox

Jason Mattera caught up with Hillary Clinton at one of the DC stops on her book tour this week, and asked the former Secretary of State if she would mind signing a copy of Hard Choices… but with a twist. “If you could make it out to Christopher Stevens,” Mattera queried. “I think you knew him.”

Christopher Stevens, of course, was the U.S. ambassador to Libya who was murdered along with three other Americans on Clinton’s watch, when Jihadists attacked two U.S. outposts in Benghazi on September 11, 2012.

Hillary, surprised by the request, replied, “Yeah, I’m not gonna make it out to Chris Stevens.”

Mattera followed-up with, “What difference does it make?” a reference to Clinton’s infamous 2013 Senate testimony before the Foreign Relations Committee.

Mattera, the publisher of Daily Surge, also noted during their exchange that

Hillary’s security detail appears to be larger than what Ambassador Stevens was provided in Benghazi.

Clinton’s entourage filled up a town car, two SUVs, and consisted of security personnel from the building she had just exited.

Recently, Diane Sawyer pressed Hillary on the “systemic” security failures at the American consulate in Libya, where both Ambassador Stevens and Sean Smith died. Clinton gave a rather Clintonian answer: “I take responsibility, but I was not making security decisions.”

ABC: Did Petraeus Just Endorse Hillary Clinton?

    Feb 9, 2014 1:39pm

Among Republicans, there is no more popular general than David Petraeus, the commander credited for salvaging the Iraq war and the architect of the counter-insurgency strategy pursued by President Bush. Petraeus has always shied away from politics, but in a new book he is quoted lavishing so much praise on Hillary Clinton, he seems to be endorsing her as a candidate for President.

“She’d make a tremendous president,” Petraeus says in the new book “HRC” by Jonathan Allen and Aimee Parnes.

And for Petraeus, “Exhibit A” in why she would be a tremendous president is the very thing for which Republicans most aggressively attack Clinton: her performance as Secretary of State when the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, was attacked.

“Like a lot of great leaders, her most impressive qualities were most visible during tough times,” Petraeus tells Allen and Parnes.

“In the wake of the Benghazi attacks, for example, she was extraordinarily resolute, determined, and controlled.”

Petraeus was director of the Central Intelligence Agency at the time of the attacks, which killed four Americans, including two who worked for the CIA and the U.S. ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens.

The book does not specify what, if anything, Petraeus had to say about the failure of the State Department to respond to repeated requests for improved security in Benghazi in the weeks and months before the attacks.

Clinton’s courtship of her erstwhile foe began shortly after President-elect Obama nominated her as Secretary of State in 2008.

She invited Petraeus, then the military’s top commander for the Middle East, to her home in Washington, D.C., to share a bottle of wine

she invited him back for another meeting the following night, and another bottle of wine.

After Petraeus was forced to resign as CIA Director over an extramarital affair,

Clinton sent him a note expressing sympathy and harkening back to her struggles on the other side of an adultery scandal.

“I have a little experience,” she wrote.

Clinton wrote she empathy for the General when she should have written his wife and share empathy?
