Boston bombings suspects’ mother Zubeidat Tsarnaeva ‘was on terrorism database’
    Friday 26 Apr 2013 8:36 pm

Zubeidat Tsarnaeva and elder son Tamerlan Tsarnaev were listed after the CIA was contacted by Russia in 2011 with concerns the pair were religious militants about to travel to the country.

According to the officials, the pair were added to the Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment database, known as Tide.

In an emotional press conference she said yesterday: ‘America took my kids away from me. I would prefer not to have lived in America. Why did I go there?’ she said.

Discussing the death of Tamerlan, she added:

‘…Why did you need to kill him?
Why didn’t you send him to Guantanamo or whatever? …’

Why didn’t they put a warrant on her arrest for not appearing in court in Oct. Bring her back and and throw her in jail and let her beg to go to Gitmo.

Excellent questions. In the midst of the most serious drug violence we’ve ever witnessed and with our southern border as porous as a colander, this Administration decided to make a run at destroying the 2nd Amendment by using American store bought weapons to arm cartels.

      Actually arming Cartels.

I think it’s entirely reasonable to suspect our own Federal Government of being in collusion with our sworn enemies. In order to create the world WASHINGTON wants.

My mantra regarding thse Decision makes in Washington is …

“Either you’re too stupid to be allowed in the job you hold, or … you’re in on it. There’s no third answer.”

Why isn’t the Boston bomber and Maj Hasan Ft. Hood slaughterer charged with hate crimes?

Sounds like the mother went ballistic in the store charge raging anti-American religious sentiments so why don’t they add hate charges.

I thought you had to injure someone, but if they can’t charge someone for defaming or vandalizing a religious building or mosque with a hate crime adding more years to the sentence, why has Holder not done so, instead he ordered the Boston terrorist to be read his Miranda rights even knowing the Muslim terrorists had plans to bomb NYC. Two individuals (asian/oriental) in the photo of the group are persons of interest too.

And the wife of the baby called her husband terrorist and warned him he was being looked for instead of calling law enforcement and identifying them.

Pretty ritzy home her parents own, and they did not even call and turn the brothers in. Obstruction of justice and hate crimes on them. If they can charge and convict individuals who knew of okc bombing plans and did not warn anyone, then the federal govt can charge the
families. Cutting a deal to get people to talk for a quicker trial for those dead and maimed would show some compassion for the real victims of these cowardly acts.

EPA and environmentalists discover decades of error, now reporting methane leaks dramatically lower.

AP: EPA methane report further divides fracking camps
EPA report that lowers methane-leak estimates further divides fracking camps

    By Kevin Begos – April 28 2013

PITTSBURGH (AP) — The Environmental Protection Agency has dramatically lowered its estimate of how much of a potent heat-trapping gas leaks during natural gas production, in a shift with major implications for a debate that has divided environmentalists:

The new EPA data is “kind of an earthquake” in the debate over drilling, said Michael Shellenberger, the president of the Breakthrough Institute, an environmental group based in Oakland, Calif.

“This is great news for anybody concerned about the climate and strong proof that existing technologies can be deployed to reduce methane leaks.”

The scope of the EPA’s revision was vast.

The agency converts the methane emissions into their equivalent in carbon dioxide, following standard scientific practice.

The EPA revisions came even though natural gas production has grown by nearly 40 percent since 1990.

“That is money going up into the air,” said Roger Pielke Jr., a professor of environmental studies at the University of Colorado, adding he isn’t surprised the EPA’s new data show more widespread use of pollution control equipment.

“As technologies continue to improve, it’s hard to imagine those methane numbers going anywhere but down as we eagerly await the next installment of this EPA report,” Everley wrote.

The EPA said it made the changes based on expert reviews and new data from several sources, including a report funded by the oil and gas industry.

The next biggest source was enteric fermentation, scientific jargon for belches from cows and other animals, at 137 million metric tons. Landfills were the third-biggest source, at 103 million metric tons.

From the Senator who has worked tirelessly to expose “The Greatest Hoax: How the Global Warming Conspiracy Threatens Your Future”

    Senator James Inhofe

Inhofe, Lucas Introduce Bill Limiting Federal Agencies From Stockpiling Ammunition

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) and Congressman Frank Lucas (R-OK-3) today introduced in their respective chambers the Ammunition Management for More Obtainability (AMMO) Act of 2013. The legislation would require the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to conduct a report on the purchasing of ammunition by federal agencies, except the Department of Defense, and its affect on the supply of ammunition available to the public. The AMMO Act would restrict agencies from obtaining additional ammunition for a six-month period if current agency stockpiles are higher than its monthly averages prior to the Obama Administration.

“President Obama has been adamant about curbing law-abiding Americans’ access and opportunities to exercise their Second Amendment rights,” said Inhofe. “One way the Obama Administration is able to do this is by limiting what’s available in the market with federal agencies purchasing unnecessary stockpiles of ammunition. As the public learned in a House committee hearing this week, the Department of Homeland Security has two years worth of ammo on hand and allots nearly 1,000 more rounds of ammunition for DHS officers than is used on average by our Army officers. The AMMO Act of 2013 will enforce transparency and accountability of federal agencies’ ammunition supply while also protecting law-abiding citizens access to these resources.”

“After hearing from my constituents about the shortage of ammunition in Oklahoma and the Department of Homeland Security’s profligate purchases of ammunition,” said Lucas. “We have introduced the AMMO Act of 2013 to curtail these purchases so Americans can exercise their Second Amendment rights without being encumbered by the federal government. I was surprised to find out the DHS has the right to buy up to 750 million rounds of ammunition over the next five years, while it already has two years worth of ammo already. This is an issue that must be addressed, and I am pleased this legislation provides us the opportunity to do so.”

I would suggest producing more ammunition. Liberal media needs to target practice and get away from exclaiming over 100 or 1000 rounds.

Mother of bomb suspects found deeper spirituality
    From the Sobbing AP: http://news.yahoo.com/mother-bomb-suspects-found-deeper-spirituality-224317582.html?.tsrc=lgwn

Tsarnaeva insists there is no mystery. She’s no terrorist, just someone who found a deeper spirituality.

You see? She isn’t a terrorist, she just talks exactly like a terrorist, gives birth to terrorists, is an excuse-maker for terrorists, and is from an area of Russia crawling with muslim extremism. Yep, no mystery about it at all!

Now known as the angry and grieving mother of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects, Tsarnaeva is drawing increased attention after federal officials say Russian authorities intercepted her phone calls, including one in which she vaguely discussed jihad with her elder son. In another, she was recorded talking to someone in southern Russia who is under FBI investigation in an unrelated case, U.S. officials said.

WHAT!? The FBI is all over the globe, even southern Russia investigating people? Yes, we ARE the policemen of the world! We wouldn’t need to waste our resources doing that at all, because the Russians already tip us off about these people, multiple times, why didn’t the FBI listen?

Just sit back and take in all that you have learned about this situation. It’s a weird mixture of fascism and incompetence all rolled up in one. You wake up in the morning to put your pants on, and an FBI agent is already in them, yet they can’t find and prosecute, or deport terrorists? They know every thing there is to know about these people, yet even with all the pieces of the puzzle joined together they do nothing.

US knew of Chechen Muslim Terrorist growth for years.

The New York Post: To Chech a terrorist

Long before Boston, officials warned that al Qaeda could use Chechens — are women bombers next?

    By Paul Sperry – April 28, 2013

In December 2003, the Department of Homeland Security warned that al Qaeda terrorists from Chechnya might try to enter the US to carry out attacks, a newly uncovered advisory says.

“Non-Arab al Qaeda operatives could find it easier to avoid unwanted scrutiny since they may not fit typical profiles,” according to the three-page, “For Official Use Only” report I’ve obtained.

In a January 2004 intelligence briefing regarding “Terrorist Hot Spots,” Homeland Security warned: “Many Chechen rebels are trained and supported by al Qaeda.”

Upon his return to America, Tsarnaev posted a link to a video by a Chechen terrorist named Abu Dujana on his YouTube site.

Beyond the warning about Chechen terrorists, officials have been told to watch out for female attackers.

The next year, in fact, two female Chechen terrorists blew themselves up on separate flights in Russia.

Beyond the Boston bombers, there have been other links between Chechnya and terrorist activities in the US.

A number of Arab men living in Boston started training for jihad in Chechnya after Osama bin Laden in 1995 ordered the creation of a terrorist training camp there to prepare international terrorists to carry out attacks against America and the West.

A year before 9/11, for example, suspected al Qaeda terrorist Mohammad Kamal Elzahabi, who drove a cab in Boston, traveled to Chechnya to fight under the command of al Qaeda’s Chechen leader Ibn al-Khattab.

Paul Sperry is a Hoover Institution media fellow and author of “Infiltration” and “Muslim Mafia.”

WASHINGTON — Russian authorities secretly recorded a telephone conversation in 2011 in which one of the Boston bombing suspects vaguely discussed jihad with his mother, officials said Saturday, days after the US government finally received details about the call.

In another conversation, the mother of now-dead bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev was recorded talking to someone in southern Russia who is under FBI investigation in an unrelated case, officials said.

William Plotnikov, left, with an alleged member of the Islamist underground, in a photo released by the Dagestan Federal Security Service. Mr. Plotnikov exchanged emails with suspected Boston bomber Tamerlan Tsarnaev.

One official familiar with the case said agents went to the house Monday to collect a DNA sample from Ms. Russell, the culmination of days of negotiations.

FBI officials also have been negotiating with Ms. Russell’s attorney in recent days to gain fuller access to question her, the officials familiar with the case said.

Two Russian government officials said Tamerlan Tsarnaev exchanged notes over the Internet with William Plotnikov, a boxer who moved with his parents from Russia to Canada before joining militants in the North Caucasus.

And they said Mr. Tsarnaev met several times in early 2012 with Mansur Makhmud Nidal, an alleged militant from the Russian province of Dagestan and suspected jihadist recruiter.

Mr. Nidal died in a firefight in Makhachkala last May after a five-hour standoff that ended with him throwing a grenade at police officials, according to Russian authorities. Mr. Plotnikov died two months later, in mid-July, during a raid in the hinterland of Utamysh, a village southwest of Makhachkala.

Mr. Tsarnaev was in the region at the time of both raids but left Russia for the U.S. three days after the second one.

So, why didn’t the FBI just google Tsarnaev and find his youtube and postings.

Did they ever warn Boston police or ask Boston police to keep an eye on the suspect.

The news says DNA was on a bomb that exploded, but it would have to be the one thrown at the Boston police, because the marathon bombs would have a lot of DNA from blown up people
    on it.

So much for the Patriot Act, and too bad the Boston police aren’t in control of the investigation and get a warrant, while the DOJ pampers the investigation.

And then Obama joking he’s no longer a “strapping young Muslim” to Hollywood while families grieve and victims lie in hospitals maimed for life. Cold.

FDA lowers age for buyers of Plan B pill to 15
By LAURAN NEERGAARD | Associated Press –
WASHINGTON (AP) — In a surprise twist to the decade-plus effort to ease access to morning-after pills, the government is lowering the age limit to 15 for one brand — Plan B One-Step — and will let it be sold over the counter.
Today, Plan B and its generic competition are sold behind pharmacy counters, and people must prove they’re 17 or older to buy the emergency contraception without a prescription. A federal judge had ordered an end to those sales restrictions by next Monday.
But Tuesday, the Food and Drug Administration approved a different approach: Plan B could sit on drugstore shelves next to condoms, spermicides or other women’s health products — but to make the purchase, buyers must prove they’re 15 or older at the cash register.
The women’s group that sued over the age limits said Tuesday’s action is not enough, and it will continue the court fight if necessary.
Lowering the age limit “may reduce delays for some young women but it does nothing to address the significant barriers that far too many women of all ages will still find if they arrive at the drugstore without identification,” said Nancy Northup, president of the Center for Reproductive Rights.
President Barack Obama supported Sebelius’ move and a spokesman said the president’s position hadn’t changed.

Thank Warren Buffet for screwing US bidders

ABC News: California City to Buy Chinese-Made, Taxpayer-Financed Electric Buses

    By Alan Farnham – May 1 2013

Shocked! That’s how U.S. makers of electric buses say they feel, following a decision by the transit authority of Long Beach, Calif., to buy 10 electric buses made in China–but financed by U.S. taxpayers.

The contract, worth more than $12 million, was awarded in April by a 5-2 vote of Long Beach Transit’s board of directors.

Ebus, a U.S. maker based in Downey, Calif., protested the decision.

BYD, in which Warren Buffett is an investor, has manufactured 1,000 electric buses, most of which operate in China

Austin says the new facility will satisfy U.S. government “Buy American” procurement standards, meaning that towns like Long Beach will be able to get taxpayer subsidies for up to 80 of the cost of any BYD buses that they purchase.

One critic of the deal, noting that BYD has no track record as a bus manufacturer for the U.S. market, likens Long Beach’s decision to “chasing ghosts.” Shackleton agrees.

“I’m a U.S. taxpayer. Could Proterra go into China and put a proposal on the table to produce our buses, without having to contend with obstacles and hurdles? No.”

US consumers ramp up personal spending despite higher taxes
CHRISTOPHER S. RUGABER; The Associated Press
    Published: April 30, 2013
WASHINGTON — This year got off to a sour start for U.S. workers: Their pay, already gasping to keep pace with inflation, was suddenly shrunk by a Social Security tax increase.
Which raised a worrisome question: Would consumers stop spending and further slow the economy? Nope. Not yet, anyway.
On Friday, the government said consumers spent 3.2 percent more on an annual basis in the January-March quarter than in the previous quarter — the biggest jump in two years. And in a report Monday, the government said consumers increased their spending in each month, by 0.2 percent in March, 0.7 percent in February and 0.3 percent in January.
The spending increases highlighted a broader improvement in Americans’ financial health that is blunting the effect of the tax increase and raising hopes for more sustainable growth.
Consumers have shed debt. Gasoline has gotten cheaper. Rising home values and record stock prices have restored household wealth to its pre-recession high. And employers are steadily adding jobs, which means more people have money to spend.
“No one should write off the consumer simply because of the 2 percentage-point increase in payroll taxes,” says Bernard Baumohl, chief economist at the Economic Outlook Group. “Overall household finances are in the best shape in more than five years.”
WEALTH IS UP: Home prices rose more than 10 percent in the 12 months that ended in February. And both the Dow Jones industrial average and Standard & Poor’s 500 stock indexes reached record highs in the first quarter. As a result, Americans have recovered the $16 trillion in wealth that was wiped out by the Great Recession. Economists estimate that each dollar of additional wealth adds roughly 3 cents to spending. That means last year’s $5.5 trillion run-up in wealth could spur about $165 billion in additional consumer spending this year. That’s much more than the $120 billion cost of the higher Social Security taxes. “The resilience in spending, despite increased taxes, suggests that rising household wealth is providing an offset” to higher taxes and spending cuts, says James Marple, an economist at TD Bank.
DEBT IS DOWN: Household debt now equals 102 percent of after-tax income, down from a peak of 126 percent in 2007. That’s almost back to its long-term trend, according to economists at Deutsche Bank. And households are paying less interest on their debts, largely because of the Federal Reserve’s efforts to keep borrowing rates at record lows. The percentage of after-tax income that Americans spent on interest and debt payments dropped to 10.4 percent in the October-December quarter last year. That’s the lowest such figure in the 32 years that the Federal Reserve has tracked the data.
JOBS ARE UP: Employers have added an average of 188,000 jobs a month in the past six months, up from 130,000 in the previous six. Job gains slowed in March to only 88,000. But most economists expect at least a modest rebound in coming months. And layoffs sank to a record low in January. Fewer layoffs tend to make people feel more secure in their jobs and more willing to spend.
GAS PRICES ARE DOWN: Gasoline prices have fallen in the past year and are likely to stay low. Nationwide, the average price of a gallon of gas has dropped 28 cents since this year’s peak of $3.79 on Feb. 27. Analysts expect gas to drop an additional 20 cents over the next two months. Each 10-cent drop over a full year translates into roughly $13 billion in savings for consumers.
LOAN COSTS ARE DOWN: Lower interest rates have enabled millions of Americans to save money by refinancing their mortgages.
Mortgage giant Freddie Mac estimates…[ lets not go there!!!]

US jobless claims fall to 5-year low of 324K
CHRISTOPHER S. RUGABER | Associated Press

The spending cuts, known as sequestration, and higher Social Security taxes may be making businesses more cautious about hiring. And the tax increase could slow consumer spending. The Federal Reserve said Wednesday that those policies are “restraining economic growth.”
“We think hiring will be more subdued in the second quarter as the economy weathers a consumer spending slowdown and sequestration job cuts,” said Julia Coronado, an economist at BNP Paribas. Unemployment benefit applications “will not capture either of these developments.” One reason layoffs may not rise is that federal agencies are cutting hours, rather than jobs.
The data ahead of Friday’s jobs report have been discouraging. On Wednesday, payroll provider ADP said companies added just 119,000 jobs in April. And a survey of manufacturers by the Institute for Supply Management found that a measure of employment fell sharply last month.
Many companies have been advertising more jobs but have been slow to fill them. Job openings jumped 11 percent during the 12 months that ended in February, but the number of people hired declined, according to a Labor Department report last month.

    U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics

Consumer Price Index – March 2013 The Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) decreased 0.2 percent in March on a seasonally adjusted basis, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported today. Over the last 12 months, the all items index increased 1.5 percent before seasonal adjustment.

William Ayers says Weather Underground, Boston bombings not same

    Published May 06, 2013

Bill Ayers, the 1960s radical who went on to become a college professor and associate of President Obama, said Saturday the bombings he helped the Weather Underground carry out to protest the Vietnam War bear no resemblance to the deadly Boston Marathon attack – and glossed over the fact that his group’s bombs killed three fellow terrorists and have been linked to the murder of a San Francisco police officer.

“How different is the shooting in Connecticut from shooting at a hunting range?” Ayers told a reporter who asked him to compare the incidents after Ayers spoke at a commemoration of the 1970 incident at Kent State University, where Ohio National Guard members killed four students during a protest. “Just because they use the same thing, there’s no relationship at all.”

Ayers went on to accuse Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who spent five years in a POW camp, of murdering civilians in the war, lament the deaths of two fellow Weather Underground members – skipping over the fact that they blew themselves up while trying to make bombs – and painted his actions as a heroic bid to end U.S. involvement in Vietnam. (Reuters) – Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway Inc on Wednesday said it paid $2.05 billion cash to buy the 20 percent it did not already own of toolmaker Iscar from the Israeli company’s founding Wertheimer family.

Berkshire in 2006 bought an 80 percent stake in Iscar, a maker of metal cutting tools whose formal name is IMC International Metalworking Cos, for $4 billion.

LA Times: Google gives a virtual nod to ‘Palestine’

    By Emily Alpert – May 3, 2013

Google spokesman Nathan Tyler said the company consulted “a number of sources and authorities when naming countries” and was following the lead of organizations such as the United Nations, the Internet Corp. for Assigned Names and Numbers and the International Organization for Standardization.

“We’re changing the name ‘Palestinian Territories’ to ‘Palestine’ across our products,” Tyler said in a statement emailed to the Los Angeles Times.

More than a decade earlier, ICANN — the Internet Corp. for Assigned Names and Numbers — granted the area its own suffix for web addresses. Much as French websites sign off with a .fr and South Africans tag their sites .za, Palestinians were granted the domain .ps. It is Google.ps where the new reference to ‘Palestine’ is now visible.

The U.S. and Israel opposed the U.N. decision to change its status in November, saying steps toward Palestinian statehood should come through direct negotiations with Israel.

“This change raises questions about the reasons behind this surprising involvement of what is basically a private Internet company in international politics — and on the controversial side,” Palmor told AFP.

How his weight problem did effect his self-esteem. Morgan pointed out along with older and present footage, that Chris Christie appeared to have lost weight.
Chris Christie used the excuse he had hired a TRAINER he had even just worked with prior to the interviews.

Now it’s out that Chris Christie checked into a hospital under a fake name, and had stomach surgery. The stomach band is less evasive than than sharp staples.

Obama Care costs for all Americans for the procedures is unknown at this time, while cigarette smokers will foot the bill individually.

But, Chris Christie now blames that he tried everything there was first to lose weight and he doesn’t know why they didn’t work.

Now Chris Christie repeatedly insists he’s always been comfortable in his skin.
He repeatedly insists he did it for his wife and children only.

Did he step on one of their toes? Did his wife nearly suffocate during intercourse or break her back?

Is Christie preparing for smaller EPA bathtubs and showers to save water? Is Christie preparing for required transportation changes such as bicycle change hubs, smaller cars, smaller transient trains? Less solid home floors? Smaller plastic chairs?

We knew the real reason he flew on the helicopter with Obama privately, was because Chris Christie maxed the weight for safety reason. That wasn’t fancy chopping as that copter leaned as it rose up in the air over NJ.
