The Occupier-in-Chief and his minions are screamingly apoplectic that Romney joked, “Nobody asked me about my birth certificate” in a speech the other day.

But, as usual with the Leftist/crypto-Marxists, the hypocrisy needle is pegged fully into the red. Watch as Obummer himself makes a joke about it:

In Dem-Speak, quoting them, showing video tape, or expressing a critical opinion is “A VICIOUS and PERSONAL ATTACK!” or even “RACIST!”

    • Anonymoose says:

The Dems realize the obvious; Obama ran as a complete blank candidate upon which all the liberals could project their hopes and dreams. The media played along but not they’re not as friendly. There will be things about Romney, but after years as a governor people know more about him than they still do about Obama. People see no need to question where Romney–he’s a real person. Obama is as real as the lines on his teleprompter.

The radical muslim youths in Kenya Africa go on bloody Arab Spring rampage after al-Qaida terrorist suspect gunned down.

AP: Riots in Mombasa after killing of Muslim cleric
    By Tom Odula

NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) — Gunmen in Kenya’s coastal city of Mombasa shot dead a Muslim cleric accused by Washington and the United Nations of supporting al-Qaida-linked militants in Somalia, sparking rioting by youths in which one person died and at least one police car was burned.

Rogo was shot dead as he drove with his family in Mombasa, Rogo’s lawyer, Mbugua Mureithi, told The Associated Press. Rogo’s wife was wounded in the leg, said Rogo’s father who was also in the car along with Rogo’s 5-year-old daughter.

At the scene of the killing, Rogo’s wife angrily accused police of the murder.

“It is you policemen who have killed him, we don’t want a post-mortem or any help from you,” said Khaniya Said Sagar to police who came to assist her.

The Muslim Human Rights Forum condemned Rogo’s murder, calling it an “extrajudicial killing” and calling for an “an end to targeted killings and enforced disappearances of terrorism suspects.”

Earlier this year, Rogo was charged with possession of a cache of guns, ammunition and detonators. Rogo also faced charges of membership in al-Shabab, the Somali rebel group that is linked to al-Qaida and which has been outlawed in Kenya.

Rogo was acquitted in 2005 of murder charges for the 2002 bombing of a tourist hotel which killed more than 12 people.

“Hassan said that the extra-judicial killings and forced disappearances of terror suspects would further radicalize Muslim youth.”

This is the home country of Obama, Michelle proudly told the country last presidential election.

After election, Michelle said she was finally proud to be an American. She forgot she had said on the plane after exotic Obama took her to Africa her first, that she would be glad to get back in the U.S.

And to think now our U.S. Soldiers & Marines are fighting for the freedom of muslim youth in Africa.

The Hill: DNC platform supports partial-birth abortion, excludes language for abortion to be ‘rare’

    By Cheri Jacobus – 08/22/12

The controversy swirling around Senate candidate Rep. Todd Akin’s (R-Mo.) comments about abortion in the case of rape or incest is telling, indeed — but not about Republicans. It’s the Democrats who are, yet again, misrepresenting the facts (that’s the politically acceptable language to expose the fact they are lying) and hope voters are too lazy, misinformed or stupid to learn the truth.

Even though Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus, presumptive GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney and his VP selection, Paul Ryan, and literally every leading Republican have resoundingly criticized Aiken, insisted he drop out of the race and pulled funding from his campaign, the Democrats are desperately trying to link the GOP to Akin’s comments.

Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) immediately issued a strident (and purposefully incorrect, misleading, lying) email tying Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan and the entire Republican Party to Akin’s statements.

By that same logic, anyone supporting any Democrat must certainly support partial-birth abortion — the practice of beginning delivery of a live newborn baby, then shoving scissors in the back of his or her skull and sucking out his or her brains in order to kill him or her. The DNC platform supports all abortion and does not contain any language opposing partial-birth abortion, nor does it distinguish that practice from first-trimester abortion. It is the official position of the Democratic Party to not only be able to shove the scissors into the skulls of newborns and suck out their brains — they don’t even pretend to harbor the expectation that the practice be “rare.”

    Pro-choice does not mean pro-partial-birth abortion —

Additionally, in 2008, the DNC removed from its platform language specifying the position that abortion be “safe, legal and rare” in apparent opposition to the “rare” part.

Apparently, an ever-expanding and thriving abortion cottage industry is a good thing for the Democratic Party. But you won’t hear that in the media.

way to go Cheri Jacobs. Will the Republican Party bring this to the table, because most of the country has forgotten about this separate issue.

More than 500 anarchists and other left-wing activists held signs and chanted “anti-, anti-, anti-capitalista” as they made their way from a site in north Tampa to the convention center, guided by armed police officers the entire way.

“Republican arrogance hurt America more than al-Qaeda,” read one protester’s sign.

Obama says it was fate for Hurricane Issac to hit New Orleans on the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. I guess he worships the same God as Jennifer Granholm.

Someone tweet Jennifer Granholm that her prayer was was ignored and had she tweeted the same about New Orleans the media wouldn’t have lynched her, but she’d never be able to set foot in New Orleans.

Reuters: Hurricane bears down on fortified New Orleans on Katrina’s anniversary

By Scott Malone and Kathy Finn

NEW ORLEANS (Reuters) – Hurricane Isaac lashed southern Louisiana with high winds and heavy rains on Wednesday and was set for a late-morning arrival in New Orleans, seven years to the day after Hurricane Katrina devastated the city.

The hurricane will be the first test for multibillion-dollar flood defenses built after levees failed under Katrina’s storm surge, leaving large parts of low-lying New Orleans swamped.

Isaac will also test the resolve of officials and the preparedness of a city and region where some 1,800 died in the 2005 hurricane, the costliest natural disaster in U.S. history.

Officials from the mayor of New Orleans to Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, to U.S. President Barack Obama, have scrambled to get ahead of the storm’s impact, mindful of the chaos and botched relief efforts in the wake of Katrina.

About 1,000 U.S. National Guard troops in military vehicles took up positions in the mostly deserted streets of New Orleans, brandishing assault rifles to maintain order. Police cars patrolled darkened streets with blue lights flashing.

Obama urged residents to take heed warnings and take cover, saying that now was “not the time to tempt fate.”

When the 2005 storm hit, the city endured days of deadly disorder, widespread looting and other crimes. Hundreds drowned, while others waited for days to be plucked from their rooftops by Coast Guard helicopters.

Hundreds of thousands of residents, their homes flooded or made uninhabitable by mold, were moved temporarily to Texas and other states.

Others decided to stick it out, some heading for local bars for a spot of courage before hunkering down at home.

Isaac spared Tampa, Florida, where the Republican National Convention is being held, but forced party leaders to abandon most of Monday’s program, and to tone down what some might have seen as excess celebration about Mitt Romney’s presidential nomination at a time Gulf Coast residents faced danger.

“The pecan trees are rocking and rolling…The wind is knocking dead limbs off the trees,” said Doris Sherman of Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Over 200,000 residents of southeast Louisiana had lost power as of late Tuesday.

Oil production in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico nearly ground to a halt and ports and coastal refineries curtailed operations.

Perceptions that the area’s oil facilities would not sustain major damage, and that production would quickly bounce back, pushed international benchmark Brent crude down slightly early Wednesday, toward $112 a barrel.

“Obama urged residents to take heed warnings and take cover, saying that now was “not the time to tempt fate.”

As in fate caused the hurricane to hit? As in accept Marshall law as people decided to stay, get drunk, loot, and murder people?

Reuters reporting a excessive RNC celebration was planned when it was planned shorter even before the Issac threat?

9/11 did not cause looters, rapists, and murderers.

    • canary says:

I get it now. Obama is saying Hurricane Issac was fate and meant to be so that he can’t be blamed for anything that goes wrong. And if people don’t get evacuated it will be their own fault and not his fault.

USA Today: Hurricane Isaac makes second landfall on Louisiana coast

By Rick Jervis and Alison Bath, 28m ago Aug 29 2012

NEW ORLEANS – Hurricane Isaac made a second landfall in Louisiana early Wednesday in its slow march along the Gulf Coast Wednesday morning, unleashing damaging 80 mile-per -hour winds and drenching New Orleans and other coastal cities with heavy rain that flooded streets and roadways.

    By Eileen Blass, USA TODAY
Two National Guardsmen and a New Orleans police officer walk down Bourbon Street on Tuesday evening in New Orleans as rain bands from Hurricane Isaac move into the area.

“My guys say its coming over worse than Gustav, ” he told the station, referring to the hurricane that slammed southeast Louisiana in 2008. He said the parish piled 50,000 sandbags along the levy, but there is little chance now of holding the water back.

Areas outside hurricane protection levees will be severely inundated, it said.

“People not heeding evacuation orders in single-family, one- or two-story homes could face certain death,” the hurricane center said, urging residents who don’t evacuate to “take along a life jacket and ax to chop through the roof in the event severe flooding occurs.”

The fate of New Orleans rests largely on a web of pumps and outfall canals capable of pumping massive amounts of water from city streets. The pumps are part of a $14-billion U.S. Army Corps of Engineers overhaul of the hurricane protection system launched after the 2005 storm surge from Hurricane Katrina rushed into the city’s pumping stations and overwhelmed the system.

Multiple breaches caused the city to flood, leading to hundreds of drownings and damaging neighborhoods.

By Tuesday afternoon, engineers had closed all 127 floodgates sealing the 200 miles of perimeter around the metro area of New Orleans, hoping to stop water from the surging Gulf.

As Isaac’s outer bands began bending trees and lashing rain across the city, those who chose to stay battened down homes, picked up supplies and snuck in last-minute trips to local bars.

Jim Rehkoph evacuated when Katrina hit, and the floods that followed the storm destroyed his home and most of his belongings. After moving to another house, built 12 feet above ground in the same Lakeview neighborhood – he’s staying put.

Some residents who remained showed little fear of the approaching hurricane.

Dean Marshall, 49, stepped into Seminole Grocery for cigarettes and beer, then returned to his apartment. Marshall said he has endured many storms and is confident flood protections installed since Katrina devastated the city would hold back the water this time. “I’m not worried at all,” he said.

In Mississippi, beachfront casinos shut down as a road flooded and residents hurried to shelters. More than 1,800 people sought refuge in shelters across the state Tuesday night. Biloxi, Miss., Police Chief John Miller warned that any motorists caught on the road until 7 a.m. can expect to be pulled over.

During a visit to Gulfport, Federal Emergency Management Agency Administrator Craig Fugate said he worried that coastal residents were not fully appreciating the damage Isaac could do.

Search-and-rescue teams — including 48 boat teams deployed to areas prone to flooding and in direct path of the storm — have been mobilized, and Louisiana officials have asked teams from Texas and six other states to be on standby.

The hospital doesn’t plan to move patients unless a storm is predicted to reach Category 3. Spokeswoman Susan Kaufmann said

The Interim Louisiana State University Public Hospital in New Orleans, which normally houses about 170 patients on site and 29 psychiatric patients at another facility, began preparing in earnest once it was clear Isaac was going to enter the Gulf of Mexico. Tuesday morning, 500 staffers and doctors showed up, preparing for a three-day stay. Patients who were able to be discharged were sent home and off-site psychiatric patients were sent to a state facility in Pineville, La. , were canceled until Friday.

An exodus out of New Orleans made for bumper-to-bumper traffic with long lines at gas stations, some of which were out of gas. “It was almost like pandemonium,” Bowman said.

Many Louisiana residents of the low-lying coast left boarded-up homes for inland shelter while some in New Orleans were torn between fleeing the metro area and trusting in a system that failed famously under Katrina.

“I find it eerie and ironic that it’s landing on the exact day,” said Timolynn Sams, a New Orleans community activist who chose to ride out the storm at a friend’s house across the river in Jefferson Parish. “It’s also a reminder. Katrina will always be a part of us. It’s etched in our history, as memorable as Mardi Gras.”
Officials were concerned that residents would get complacent and decide not to evacuate or take precautions. President Obama urged Louisiana residents to follow officials’ instructions regarding the approach of Isaac.

Knight said she and her husband, a real estate developer, dealt with many small hurricanes at a home they owned in Montrose, Ala. “You lose four-five days of your life because you’re getting ready for the worst storm whether it comes or not,” she said.

Christian Science Montior: Mombasa riots deepen concern about religious tensions in Kenya

    By Fredrick Nzwili 8/29/2012

Kenya’s coastal city of Mombasa has witnessed a new wave violence for the second day running, as Muslim youths protested the killing of Sheikh Aboud Rogo, a fiery Islamic preacher who was under US sanction for links with Somalia’s Al Shabab militants.

On Tuesday, a grenade attack on a police truck near a church left one policeman and one civilian dead and another 13 officers injured. The policemen were racing to save the church, which was being set ablaze by the youths, an eyewitness said.

As the riots escalated, police said they believed the people involved in the violence were no longer mourners but criminals. “There is no where in Africa where people kill and as they mourn. There is no where in Africa where people loot and rob as they mourn. We have also heard they are raping. These are criminal,” said Coast Provincial Police boss Aggrey Adoli.

Earlier in the day, the youths, who were armed with stones, had used burning tires to barricade roads. Looting of shops and homes has also been reported, with the police arresting 12 protesters.

In June, the US blacklisted Rogo and two other Kenyans, two Eritreans, and a Sudanese as terrorists and supporters of Al Shabab. Then, the UN Security Council also slapped a travel ban and asset freeze for providing “financial, material, logistical or technical support to Al Shabab.”

And yet Obama still refuses to charge or sanction CAIR in the U.S. in spite of the FBI’s findings and breaking ties with the Muslim organization.

The Ticket: Obama participates in surprise Reddit chat

By Dylan Stableford, Yahoo! News | 8/30/2012

President Obama participates in an online chat, Aug. 29. 2012. (Reddit)

“Hi, I’m Barack Obama, President of the United States,” Obama wrote in a message on the site. “Ask me anything.”

The post prompted immediate skepticism about its authenticity, so the commander in tweet offered some proof, posting a message on Twitter linking to the Reddit chat and providing a “verification photo” (above) featuring the president typing on his MacBook Air One.

The chat—part of Reddit’s “Ask Me Anything” series—was prefaced with a message from Obama about Isaac:

Hey everybody – this is barack. Just finished a great rally in Charlottesville, and am looking forward to your questions…

More than 10,000 questions were submitted; President Obama responded to 10 of them—mostly those that were popular among (and promoted by) Reddit users. Like this one: “What was the most difficult decision that you had to make during this term?”

    Obama’s response:

The decision to surge our forces in afghanistan. Any time you send our brave men and women into battle, you know that not everyone will come home safely, and that necessarily weighs heavily on you. The decision did help us blunt the taliban’s momentum, and is allowing us to transition to afghan lead—so we will have recovered that surge at the end of this month, and will end the war at the end of 2014.

Another: “What are you going to do to end the corrupting influence of money in politics during your second term?”

    Obama’s reply:

Money has always been a factor in politics, but we are seeing something new in the no-holds barred flow of seven and eight figure checks, most undisclosed, into super-PACs; they fundamentally threaten to overwhelm the political process over the long run and drown out the voices of ordinary citizens…. Over the longer term, I think we need to seriously consider mobilizing a constitutional amendment..

“We know how Republicans feel about protecting Internet Freedom,” the user “SharkGirl” wrote. “Is Internet Freedom an issue you’d push to add to the Democratic Party’s 2012 platform?”

“…and although there will be occasional disagreements on the details of various legislative proposals, I won’t stray from that principle—and it will be reflected in the platform.”

He was also asked about the U.S. space program:

….—so even as we continue work with the international space station, we are focused on a potential mission to a asteroid as a prelude to a manned Mars flight.

That answer prompted a nerdy exchange about grammar.

“An asteroid, Mr. President,” the user “s0crates82” wrote.

“Don’t correct the President, neckbeard[sic],” the user “Whoa_Chill_Bro” replied.

There were, of course, thousands of questions Obama missed or chose to ignore (“Why did you cave to continuing the war on drugs?”; “When are you going to close Guantanamo?”). But he did take several lighthearted inquiries.

“What’s the recipe for the White House’s beer?” one Reddit user asked.

“It will be out soon!” Obama replied. “I can tell from first hand experience, it is tasty.”

The chat lasted just a half-hour, which irked at least one Reddit user: “Half an hour my ass, you can’t just leave Reddit, even [if] you are quite possibly the coolest person alive. You’ll be on here forever, just looking at pictures of cats.”

It’s hard – truthfully the main thing other than work is just making sure that I’m spending enough time with michelle and the girls….
But I want to thank everybody at reddit for participating – this is an example of how technology and the internet can empower the sorts of conversations that strengthen our democracy over the long run. AND REMEMBER TO VOTE IN NOVEMBER – if you need to know how to register, go to Gottaregister.com. By the way, if you want to know what I think about this whole reddit experience – NOT BAD!
    Q: hmlee
I am recent law school graduate. Despite graduating from a top school, I find myself unemployed with a large student loan debt burden…. While I’m sure my immediate prospects will improve in time, it’s difficult to be optimistic about the future knowing that my ability to live a productive life — to have a fulfilling career, to buy a house, to someday raise a family — is hampered by my debt and the bleak economic outlook for young people. I know that I’m not alone in feeling this way. Many of us are demoralized. Your 2008 campaign was successful in large part due to the efforts of younger demographics. We worked for you, we campaigned for you, and we turned out in record numbers to vote for you. What can I say to encourage those in similar situations as I am to show up again in November? What hope can you offer us for your second term?
    A: PresidentObama

… I don’t promise that this will solve all our immediate economic challenges, but my plans will lay the foundation for long term growth for your generation, and for generations to follow. So don’t be discouraged – we didn’t get into this fix overnight, and we won’t get out overnight, but we are making progress and with your help will make more.

    Q: daveforamerica
What is the first thing you’ll do on November 7th, win or lose?
    A: PresidentObama
Win or lose, I’ll be thanking everybody who is working so hard – especially all the volunteers in field offices all across the country, and the amazing young people in our campaign offices.

The letter, a copy of which was obtained by Reuters, also said the Pentagon was considering legal action against the SEAL and all those “acting in concert” with him.

Obama’s Book version would be in screen play form where he quotes everything said, even though he wasn’t there.

Obama: I wrote in my Audacity of Hope that Bush did well at the start of the Afghanistan war, but once Osama bin Laden slipped into away it was time for our soldiers to come home and not to pursue the terrorist Osama bin Laden nor Saddam Hussein as we needed foot soldiers elsewhere all over the world.

That is why I did not want to sent more troops to Afghanistan and when forced by the government and public opinion, I only sent them to serve tea and biscuits; build toilets and made it clear no shooting once the enemy lowered his gun and walked off. I also gave full reigns to Karzai to take all captured prisoners and I did not care what he did with them. U.S. Soldiers should have read my book and understood they volunteered and I was their Commander in Chief.

I was in my gym clothes shooting hoops when I was rudely interrupted to watch a tv with the others. I couldn’t even set my feet up on the furniture like I do in the oval office. Hillary Clinton complained she couldn’t see and they started the feet on the furniture and renting out Lincoln’s Room and Bed for Bill Clinton.

I had done everything to remove the CIA from the middle-east. Damn that CIA agent under George W. Bush that refused to come in and went undercover deep, ignoring my CIA Director. Dang we couldn’t make an accident happen, and Hillary and Bill’s advice on getting rid of Security, FBI, and CIA figures failed.

No one listened that I meant what I said when I was elected. I did not want Bin Laden since he slipped away. I made it clear with many deaths and fallen soldiers, from 2009 I wanted troops out of Afghanistan. I did not ignore a top General and then fire him for nothing. I ignored my drunken vp Joe Biden.

I crossed my fingers the job would fail. I did not want to be proved wrong that we should have gotten out of Afghanistan as I wrote in 2006 in those first months.

I felt compassion and admiration for Osama Bin Laden. We had so much in common. Both of us were man-made disasters. We both hated the U.S. And how could I kill a Muslim when I declared the USA as a Muslim Nation. At least I got our U.S. Soldiers to risk their lives and get blown up by IED’s while they packed and transported all my Heroin that Bush would only burn down.

Osama bin Laden was my blood relative. Blood is thicker than water. Gates won’t tell, because I invited him for a beer fest and vindicated him. The heck with Brad Pitts, that pasty yellow skinned and haired pretty boy. Damn. Didn’t everyone read how I didn’t want anyone to know I had White blood in me while growing up. I wanted them to think my tan was Middle-Eastern just as all my friends and Valerie Jarret.

Damn. It was those Americans that kept making me announce the date we’d pull out of Afghanistan to a further date. Damn the Rolling Stones. At least I got my picture on the cover too.

Later after it was confirmed, I went to the WH bunker Mosque where I sneak cigarettes and what ever Jay Z and my movie star friends sneak in. And dropped to my knees and pulled the personal autographed photo Osama Bin Laden had given me. Tears rolled down my face and dropped on his photos. I envisioned them as drops of blood and did everything to wipe them off. Then I realized it was just a flash back from when after going to that Marxist convention in NYC when I dropped to my knees and looked up and there was the statue of the great Republican Abraham Lincoln, later realizing it was just a penny that had fallen out of my pants. I pulled myself up and swayed, thinking I was seeing all my friends passing me by looking at what a failure I had become. I wept bitterly. The Muslim who said the funeral for Osama Bin Laden knew to snip a piece of his beard so I could keep it in my Koran forever as a book mark in a secret safe. Just as I kept my room locked and hid my muslim books as a teen at grandma and grandpa’s house where as I wrote I would feverishly keep this secret within my heart.

WND EXCLUSIVE: Rebellion erupts over school’s student-chipping plan

Bob Unruh Aug 29 2012 – A rebellion is developing in Texas against a plan by a school district in San Antonio that would monitor the exact location and activities of all students at all times through RFID chips they are being ordered to wear.

Katie Deolloz, a member of Consumers Against Supermarket Privacy Invasion and Numbering, told WND today that parents and students from San Antonio’s Northside Independent School District confronted the school board last night, stating their concerns about privacy and other issues “clearly and passionately.”

School district officials did not respond to a WND request for comment, but the developing furor comes only days after a coalition of civil rights and privacy organizations publicly stated their opposition to “spychipping” the students.

A “position paper” from groups including the American Civil Liberties Union,…”

“While RFID systems may be developed for use in a school, the RFID tags may be read covertly anywhere by anyone with the right reading device. Since RFID reading devices work by silent, invisible radio waves and the reading devices can be hidden, unauthorized or covert uses can be nearly impossible to detect,” the report said.

The San Antonio plan was reported by Spychips, a website run by RFID expert Katherine Albrecht and Liz McIntyre.

“San Antonio’s Northside Independent School District plans to incorporate RFID tags into mandatory student ID cards. One school district in Brazil has incorporated the tracking tags into uniforms. In both cases, the goal is to keep students, teachers and staff under constant surveillance,” the report said.

According to the San Antonio newspaper, all students in the district’s John Jay High School and Anson Jones Middle School would be subject to chipping.

At that point, Supt. Brian Woods said, “We want to harness the power of (the) technology to make schools safer, know where our students are all the time in a school, and increase revenues. … Parents expect that we always know where their children are, and this technology will help us do that.”

WOAI television reported district spokesman Pasqual Gonzalez said the two schools have a high rate of truancy, and the district could gain $2 million in state funding by improving attendance.

However, student Andea Hernandez, with support from her father, has decided to challenge the district’s plan. The station reported she has decided to wear an older photo ID.

“We don’t give up or give in,” she said.

    The Washington Post

Let the liberal media say what they want about Clint Eastwood. More will watch the ten minute simplistic but nailing it for everyone.
    His last remarks is common simple as Eastwood has put his life on the line. Eastwood is not just and actor who plays a brave man;
    He is a brave man.

Reuters Happy That Seal Author Could Get Punished

Pentagon threatens legal action over bin Laden book

    By Phil Stewart

    WASHINGTON | Thu Aug 30, 2012 10:47pm EDT

(Reuters) – The Pentagon warned on Thursday that it was considering legal action against a former U.S. Navy SEAL for material breach of non-disclosure agreements with his first-hand account of the raid that killed Osama bin Laden.

In a letter obtained by Reuters, and subsequently released by the Pentagon, the Pentagon’s top attorney said the Department of Defense was also considering legal action against anyone “acting in concert” with the author. It hinted that the book’s royalties might be subject to government claims.

The letter, addressed to “Mark Owen,” the pseudonym under which the book was written, identified two separate non-disclosure agreements he signed with the Navy that legally committed him to never divulge classified information, which is a crime.

“You are in material breach and violation of the non-disclosure agreements you signed,” said the letter by Jeh Johnson, the Pentagon’s General Counsel.

“The Department of Defense is considering pursuing against you, and all those acting in concert with you, all remedies legally available to us in light of this situation.”

….And….and….anything else we can think of that Dear Leader’s bosses, Ms Jarret & Mr Holder tell us to do.

The author may have hoped to publish the book anonymously but his identity as Matt Bissonnette was quickly revealed and confirmed independently by Reuters. It was unclear how many others the Pentagon may consider legally culpable, given the broad language in Johnson’s letter.

A spokeswoman at publisher Dutton, which is an imprint of Penguin Group (USA), did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

U.S. officials have said they were surprised by his book, “No Easy Day,” which was not vetted by government agencies before its publication to ensure that no secrets were revealed.

Speaking of “vetting”, how’s about that clown that sits in the president’s chair who was never “vetted” by the media or his own party? In fact, we know almost less about him now than we did in 2008, if that’s possible. We do know that he plays golf a lot, hates Mitt Romney with a seething colander of effervescence, but that’s about it. The rest is all stuff we’ve observed but remains un-commented on by the propaganda machine.

The letter noted that, under the terms of the non-disclosure agreements, the author had agreed to submit any manuscript for pre-publication security review and to obtain permission before publishing it.

“You’ll have to buy the book in order to find out what’s in it.” (Hat tip to Ms Pelosi)

The Pentagon pointed out that the disclosure of classified information was a crime and suggested that, under the terms of the non-disclosure agreement he signed, the U.S. government could be entitled to all “royalties, remunerations, and emoluments” from such a disclosure.

So far no one has said what that “classified information” is. And by the looks of things, there isn’t any. But, the pentagon has been told to punish Obama’s enemy by raking him over the coals and using every legal administrative tool they have, or else. Had this book been about Bush’s raid on Obama, there would be no repercussions, reported or otherwise.

The letter did not say what classified information the book revealed but the book says an unarmed bin Laden was looking out from his bedroom door when he was shot in the head during the May 2011 raid on his hide-out in Pakistan.

And the book later reveals that there were two high-powered weapons within easy reach by OBL, but he was prevented from grabbing them by a spectacular shot to the head. Then, he was later finished off, as one would an animal that lay twitching on the ground. Not classified.

The book has received widespread media coverage and the Pentagon letter noted that some copies have already been released, ahead of the book’s formal release next week.

“Further public dissemination of your book will aggravate your breach and violation of your agreements,” the letter warned.

So, loosely translated, “Anyone buying your book will make us do bad things to you, so it’s their fault.”

Earlier this week, the author said in a statement from his publisher that the book was written “with respect for my fellow service members while adhering to my strict desire not to disclose confidential or sensitive information that would compromise national security in any way.”

But many in the special operations community have privately expressed disappointment in recent days over the book and the publicity it has received.

    Really? Who?

The author now faces threats against his life. An official al Qaeda website last week posted a photograph and the real name of the former Navy commando, calling him “the dog who murdered the martyr Sheikh Osama bin Laden.

Legally speaking, the Pentagon waited till after they knew the book was published before making the threat and will be asked why they waited so long, especially seeing the author a U.S. Citizen had death threats for weeks before they made the legal threat.
I’m sure it’s done in a way that does not contain any security breaches.

The Obama administration have all heard Joe Biden’s “F” descriptions of the terrorists last moments.

Revealing before the media picks this apart and takes it out of content.

Can you even imagine the Navy Seals were never in danger in the home of Osama bin Laden that could have been blown to pieces by the push of a button. Can you even imagine Osama bin Laden squirming to push a button by a last jolt of adrenalin.

They were so king to the women who aided them, who could have done likewise. Just pushed a button. Weapons behind his bedroom door.

As far as Navy Seals disliking Obama. Would you like a president that cared more about capturing Osama bin Laden and chancing he blow himself up and take our finest with him. Then again, the cowardly Osama bin Laden who hides behind women’s squirts would never martyr himself as he convinces his followers to just that.

Who with common sense could have had the restraint the Navy Seals performed their duty believing every second could be their last with one of the world’s greatest monsters Osama bin Laden. Only, Osama bin Laden’s cowardliness as a Islam leader was their only chance to make it out alive.

Will those young children someday grow up with bitterness from being saved from death? Or will they finish the job their father meant for them.
