  1. Jeb Bush: Being Called Centrist Makes Me ‘Break Out in a Rash’
    Breitbart: http://www.breitbart.com/Big-G.....k-out-rash

I’m getting nervous to be called a centrist. Breaking out in a rash.

Yeah, gee, where did anyone ever get that idea? Oh right, his father for 8 years as V.P. and 4 years as a liberal president, AND his brother for 8 years of “We aren’t the policeman of the world”, while 2 wars were paid with loans from the Chinese. Oh and his sometimes conservative 8 year run as Governor of Florida, but that all, really.

There are people on the right who are fearful of federal encroachment. That fear, I don’t think is justified, although there is enough history behind federal encroachment for everybody to be diligent.

What? What is this? If you are on the right, you don’t refer to your own team as ‘people on the right.’ And then continue on to dismiss one of the core tenants of conservatism that encroachment by the federal government IS EVERYTHING to fear! What more evidence do you possibly need? The fear is irrational, but then admit there is enough history to make people cautious, not fearful. Bah! What stupidity is this?

Let’s not kid ourselves here. We all know this guy will be our nominee in 2016 because:
    1. The liberal Republican establishment loves people like this.
    2. They will push a “moderate” candidate b/c that is what people want supposedly.
    3. There is a Hispanic vote component to Jeb Bush, as he is married to one, and speaks Spanish.
    4. The democrats will do everything they can to run against another Bush.

(sigh) It’s time to pick up and move to New Zealand.

Man given boots by NYPD officer has apt and federal benefits.

Man given boots by NYPD officer: Street life ‘my choice’
By Dylan Stableford, Yahoo! News Dec 9 2012

Then the Daily News reported the man people assumed was homeless wasn’t homeless at all–and has a Bronx apartment paid for via a combination of rent vouchers, Social Security and military veteran benefits.

Family and various city organizations have tried for years to help him, but he’s turned them all down.

And despite reports to the contrary, Hillman claims he does use his apartment–to sleep.

“I’m just out here doing what I’m doing because that’s how I know how to do it,” he said.

Bernanke says fiscal cliff already hurting economy

Article: Fed ties rate pledge to a threshold as new stimulus set
    58 mins ago
WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. economy is already being hurt by the “fiscal cliff” standoff in Washington, Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said Wednesday. But Bernanke said the Fed believes the crisis will be resolved without significant long-term damage.

The steep tax increases and spending cuts can be avoided with a successful budget deal, Bernanke said during a news conference after the Fed’s final meeting of the year. The Fed’s latest forecasts for stronger economic growth next year and slightly lower unemployment assume that happens.

Still, Bernanke said the uncertainty surrounding the resolution is already affecting consumer and business confidence. And it has led businesses to cut back on investment.

“Clearly the fiscal cliff is having effects on the economy,” Bernanke said.

Bernanke said the most helpful thing that Congress and the Obama administration can do is resolve the issue quickly.

“I’m hoping that Congress will do the right thing on the fiscal cliff,” Bernanke said. “There is a problem with kicking the can down the road.”

Bernanke repeated his belief that if the scheduled tax hikes and spending cuts do take effect in January, they will have a significantly adverse effect on the economy, regardless of what the Fed might do.

“We cannot offset the full impact of the fiscal cliff. It’s just too big,” Bernanke said.

Still, the Fed took more steps Wednesday to try and help boost economic growth and lower unemployment.

Fiscal cliff is the new wonder word that the Congress and White House love.
its anything either Party, President, or Libral news Media whats it to be.
odd that its never been heard of until about four years ago.

Pakistani arrested for plan to blow up NYC landmark with Christmas lights

AP: PROSECUTORS: FLA. MAN PLANNED NY TERROR BOMBING

    BY CURT ANDERSON – Dec 18 2012

    FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) –

Qazi traveled to New York last month in hopes of getting a job to fund his terrorist plans, Gilbert said, but wound up sleeping in public transportation, a mosque and in restaurants, and riding a bicycle around the city looking for potential targets.

Investigators also found bomb-making and related components at the Qazi family home in Oakland Park, as well as explosives research evidence on a computer used by Qazi.

Qazi is charged along with his brother, 30-year-old taxi driver Sheheryar Alam Qazi, with conspiring to provide material support to terrorists and with attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction in the U.S.

Gilbert said Raees Qazi was the intended operative, using either a suicide attack or a remote-control device to kill people in a crowded place such as New York’s Times Square, a Broadway theater or perhaps on Wall Street.

Ecarius suggested Qazi could be released on house arrest with electronic monitoring,…
