With Obama elected after bragging peace talks with Iran back on the table, the truth comes out.

Reuters: Iran ready to double nuclear work in bunker – IAEA

    By Fredrik Dahl – Nov 16, 2012

    (Reuters) –

The latest quarterly International Atomic Energy Agency report on Iran came 10 days after the re-election of U.S. President Barack Obama, which raised hopes for a revival of nuclear diplomacy with Iran following speculation that Israel might bomb the nuclear facilities of its arch-enemy soon.

The Islamic state has put in place the nearly 2,800 centrifuges that the Fordow enrichment site, buried deep inside a mountain, was designed for, and is poised to double the number of them operating to almost 1,400, according to the confidential IAEA report obtained by Reuters.

“They can be started any day. They are ready,” a senior diplomat familiar with the IAEA’s investigation said.

CNN Uses Faked Palestinian ‘Casualty’ Video in Coverage
    Breitbart: http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2012/11/16/CNN-Uses-Faked-Palestinian-Casualty-Video-in-Coverage

In its pro-Palestinian coverage of the escalated violence in the Middle East, CNN used faked video footage showing Palestinian “victims” of Israel’s rockets being dragged off the streets.

Honestly, when are people going to catch on to this? But, on the other hand, our propagandist media is decidedly left-wing, and anti-semitic which people also are slow to catch on to.

Israel hammers Hamas in Gaza offensive
    Ridiculous propaganda from Reuters:http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/11/14/us-palestinians-israel-hamas-idUSBRE8AD0WP20121114

Panicking civilians ran for cover and the death toll mounted quickly. Ten people including three children were killed, the health ministry said, and about 40 were wounded. Also among the dead were an 11-month-old baby and a woman pregnant with twins.

Uh-huh, sure they were. And what honest person exists in Gaza that told Reuters this? Is this a direct observation, or a quote from a Gazan source, name the source!

The Hamas internal security headquarters in southern Gaza was destroyed. There were no injuries because it had been evacuated.

That’s right. Rarely are terrorists killed, unless it’s on video, but always babies, pregnant women, puppies and kittens.

Remember the BABY MILK FACTORY supposedly bombed during the Gulf War? http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/inatl/longterm/fogofwar/vignettes/v4.htm

PALLYWOOD I’m surprised this doesn’t have more hits on YouTube:

Mithrandir, I agree CNN is going too far with this time.

Wed nite I believe, Cooper was on CNN and asked the correspondents standing in the freezing wind, about causalities and one said a baby and two adults were dead in Israel.
Cooper said no, and didn’t explain his question, and the correspondent repeated it. Then he went to another correspondent and he said the same thing a baby and two adults in Israel.
Finally Cooper was able to spit out he meant Palestine.

Finally, Cooper was able to spit out Palestine and got his answer.

Oh well, what should we expect from a guy that likes to do news on animals in the wild.

I admired that at least Cooper did respect the troops pieces occasionally. He brought out how it was wrong people forgot about the heroic actions of military security that tried to save Stevens and diplomats. But, then I realized he might be hoping for a date with a U.S. Marine.

Hamas Leader Dares Israel to Invade Amid Gaza Airstrikes
      From NY Times: http://www.nytimes.com/2012/11/20/world/middleeast/israel-gaza-conflict.html?hp&_r=0

The Hamas ministry said that the dead included at least 26 children, 10 women and 12 men over 50, who were presumably not involved in combat. Of the remainder, at least 36 are known militants. Hamas officials said more than 860 have been wounded, 260 of them children, 140 of them women and 55 men over 50.

Well then! If the terrorist ministry says it, it’s all the news fit to print! And we all know there is nothing more honest than a terrorist.

AP: Judge approves FTC’s $22.5M fine of Google

Nov 16, 2012 By Michael Liedtke

The rebuke resolves around allegations that Google duped millions of Web surfers using the Safari browser into believing their online activities couldn’t be tracked by the company as long as they didn’t change the browser’s privacy settings. That assurance was posted on Google’s website earlier this year, even as the Internet search leader was inserting computer coding that bypassed Safari’s automatic settings and enabled the company to peer into the online lives of the browser’s users.

The FTC considers the fine to be a milestone because it’s the largest the agency has ever levied for a civil violation.

Finally, Consumer Watchdog blasted the settlement for allowing Google to retain the data that it got from Safari users without authorization.

Alberta to recruit U.S. war vets to work in oilsands
    By Bill Kaufmann, Calgary Sun

CALGARY— Alberta is seeking to recruit an army of oilsands workers — literally.

The province is on the march to attract thousands of demobilized U.S. military personnel to help develop what’s been touted as Canada’s economic engine for coming decades, the oilsands.

The project’s success would also act as a goodwill gesture for Canada’s controversial oilsands, said Alberta Energy Minister Ken Hughes.

“We’re trying to understand how we could produce employment opportunities for American service people returning from overseas,” Hughes said Friday. “I’ve detected some interest in the States.”

The mission has attracted the attention of U.S. Ambassador to Canada David Jacobson and the encouragement of the U.S.’s former consul general in Calgary, Laura Lochman, said Hughes.

Hughes said there are a half-million unemployed or underemployed younger military veterans in the U.S. — a force that could be tapped to satisfy a chronically-hungry energy industry in Alberta.

“These are a lot of fairly highly-disciplined Americans, some of whom would have skills, presumably, for the oil industry,” he said. “Ever since the Dingman well discovery in 1914, we’ve never had enough human resources and capital of our own to develop the oil industry.”

Forecasts conducted on the labour needs of Alberta’s energy sector range greatly, with one study stating the province could be short 130,000 workers within seven years.

    Full article:

While I’m sure the tinfoil brigade will manage to find something sinister in this, the idea of trying to attract Americans to Canada and Alberta in particular, is nothing new. It’s a win for Canada as the two nations share similar culture and language and a win for the US because in addition to providing very lucrative jobs for your warriors it allows you to send troops north of the border without having to reargue the War of 1812 for the millionth tiresome time ;-)
(there are similar programs out there encouraging businesses to hire Canadian combat vets)

If you know a vet out there who’s looking for work, doesn’t mind the cold and enjoys good beer, then please pass the word. Alberta’s a beautiful province with a lot of very good people living there.

Very interesting. I forgot what oil sands were and looked it up. My dad recently told me he bought used oil and waited til the “dark” part came off. (?)

Ireland just found multi-billions of gallons of oil
Afghanistan is cutting their oil to U.S.. They have India going in there to buy their precious giant metals field that our soldiers most likely found.
The middle-easterners burning their own oil lines to stop deporting to US will increase.
Oil may replenish itself. And all the plastic made from oil could turn back into oil. I say stick with land dumps and try turn them into natural gas depots. lol.

Anyone who wants to join me to turn around the Republican Party from the pathetic failing establishment filled with RINOS (Colin Powell) boot-shakers (John Boehner) jelly-spines (McCain), democrat operative-types (Arlen Specter) ineffective / directionless losers (All RNC chiefs) ship-jumpers (Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, Vermont Senator Jim Jeffords) and ACTUALLY HAVE A PARTY PLATFORM we can stick to, here is what we will do:

►FUND Republican campaigns based on A POINT SYSTEM: policy ideology, success of implementing policy, vocally towing party line.
►Financially supporting/educating next generation of Republicans.
►Recruiting avid Republicans by point/merit system.
►BUDGETS: withhold funding for any universities that promote radicalism in any way, any that deny the ROTC on campus.
►End Affirmative Action in Republican states. De-fund institutions that use Affirmative Action. Felony/imprisonment for racial favoritism by government.
►Eliminate welfare at the state level, move them to LIBERAL STATES to “Cloward-Piven” them.
►Economic-Free Zones in Republican states, depleting liberal states of their businesses, workers, and tax base.
►VOTE registration in Republican states. Felonies for those who register the dead, vote twice, or vote twice in other states.
►Prison workers for public projects like roads, fixing of public buildings depleting union power, and keeping the state budget down.
    ►Remove public sector unions.
►Police to protect our rights and constitution or face felony charges, prison, personal fines, immediate firing.
►Immediate removal of activist judges. Felony for judicial activism.
►DIRECT FUNDING to areas in which success can be measured.
►School vouchers, de-fund liberal educational cabal.
►Develop coalitions such as white and Asian Americans, black conservatives, Constitutionalists, conservative libertarians.
►Constitutional Convention to add TERM LIMITS Amendment, thereby getting rid of perpetual Nancy Pelosis of the world. Self-term limits for Republicans.
►Goal of balanced budget in Republican states, with “rainy day” accounts of $1 billion.
►2nd Amendment rights EVERYWHERE, even college campi.
►Free speech everywhere. Police, prosecutors, judges that lose free speech cases = immediate firing, fines, imprisonment.
►Education of Constitution at every educational level.
►BACK TO WORK initiative. All misdemeanors after 10 years are SEALED for court purposes ONLY. No need to report for ANY job applications. (Missouri did this recently)
►Decriminalization of small amounts of marijuana, thereby giving lawyers, courts, police, prison officials, probation officers less RED MEAT to abuse, allowing people to gain employment and work Visas.
►Hospitals, courts, police, schools, must VERIFY legal and illegal citizens and report illegals immediately, exactly like the child abuse system.

This and 1000s more! Our elected leaders are far FAR too stupid to figure out even 1 of these policies, but use them as bait for the next election cycle.

Algemeiner : Another photo of Syrian Massacre falsely recycled as Gaza Tragedy (Graphic Photo)

Anav Silverman – Nov 18 2012 – Tazpit News Agency

Yet another fake ‘Gaza’ photo has incited a flurry of comments on Facebook against Israel during the fifth day of Israel’s Pillar of Defense operation in the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip. An Arab news site called Alarab Net released the photo, which shows a family who was allegedly ‘massacred’ in Gaza on its Facebook page on Sunday, November 18. The caption in Arabic roughly translates into English as “martyred massacred family in Gaza shortly before…”

Thanks to Tazpit News Agency’s investigative work, it was found that the photo had been originally published on a news site based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates called Moheet one month earlier on October 19.

Warning very graphic photos, but the point is how the media never tells Israels side. The media portrays Gaza & the Palestinians as impoverished and without aid. Israel always make sure they get their aid. The USA contributes to the UN just for them. Israel does not block supplies. Only does their best to make sure they are not bombs.

Further the media won’t report that many children intentionally placed in Gaza are getting killed by Palestinian Rockets that miss Israel. So, is it Hamas or Palestinian and should Obama be giving funding to the UN for Palestinian refugees in other middle-east countries.

A Federal Judge rules “Plaintiffs have not cited, and the court has not found, any case concluding that secular, for-profit corporations such as Hobby Lobby and Mardel have a constitutional right to the free exercise of religion” and have rejected Hobby Lobby’s anti-ObamaCare lawsuit.

    From Fox News:

Judge rejects Hobby Lobby’s case against ObamaCare contraceptive coverage rule

A federal judge Monday rejected Hobby Lobby Stores Inc.’s request to block part of the federal health care overhaul that requires the arts and craft supply company to provide insurance coverage for the morning-after and week-after birth control pills.

In a 28-page ruling, U.S. District Judge Joe Heaton denied a request by Hobby Lobby to prevent the government from enforcing portions of the health care law mandating insurance coverage for contraceptives the company’s Christian owners consider objectionable.

The Oklahoma City-based company and a sister company, Mardel Inc., sued the government in September, claiming the mandate violates the owners’ religious beliefs. The owners contend the morning-after and week-after birth control pills are tantamount to abortion because they can prevent a fertilized egg from implanting in a woman’s womb. They also object to providing coverage for certain kinds of intrauterine devices.

At a hearing earlier this month, a government lawyer said the drugs do not cause abortions and that the U.S. has a compelling interest in mandating insurance coverage for them.

In his ruling denying Hobby Lobby’s request for an injunction, Heaton said that while churches and other religious organizations have been granted constitutional protection from the birth-control provisions, “Hobby Lobby and Mardel are not religious organizations.”

Plaintiffs have not cited, and the court has not found, any case concluding that secular, for-profit corporations such as Hobby Lobby and Mardel have a constitutional right to the free exercise of religion,” the ruling said.

Heaton wrote that “the court is not unsympathetic” to the problems cited by Hobby Lobby and their owners, the Green family. He said the health care law’s expansion of employer obligations “results in concerns and issues not previously confronted by companies or their owners.”

The question of whether the Greens can establish a free exercise constitutional violation by reason of restrictions or requirements imposed on general business corporations they own or control involves largely uncharted waters,” Heaton wrote. …

Finally, A Bus Token For Benghazi

The Administration finally finds someone to throw under the bus for the lies about Benghazi.

    November 20, 2012 9:29 AM

Sources: DNI cut “al Qaeda” reference from Benghazi talking points, and CIA, FBI signed off

(CBS News) WASHINGTON – CBS News has learned that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) cut specific references to “al Qaeda” and “terrorism” from the unclassified talking points given to Ambassador Susan Rice on the Benghazi consulate attack – with the agreement of the CIA and FBI. The White House or State Department did not make those changes.

There has been considerable discussion about who made the changes to the talking points that Rice stuck to in her television appearances on Sept. 16 (video), five days after the attack that killed American Ambassador to Libya Chris Stevens, and three other U.S. nationals.

Republicans have accused her of making misleading statements by referring to the assault as a “spontaneous” demonstration by extremists. Some have suggested she used the terminology she did for political reasons.

So the party had to do something to protect their assertion that “Old white guys” were being racist and picking on a poor, defenseless minority female.

However, an intelligence source tells CBS News correspondent Margaret Brennan the links to al Qaeda were deemed too “tenuous” to make public, because there was not strong confidence in the person providing the intelligence. CIA Director David Petraeus, however, told Congress he agreed to release the information — the reference to al Qaeda — in an early draft of the talking points, which were also distributed to select lawmakers.

“The intelligence community assessed from the very beginning that what happened in Benghazi was a terrorist attack.” DNI spokesman Shawn Turner tells CBS News. That information was shared at a classified level — which Rice, as a member of President Obama’s cabinet, would have been privy to.

An intelligence source says the talking points were passed from the CIA to the DNI, where the substantive edits were made, and then to FBI, which made more edits as part of “standard procedure.”

What we have here……is failure to communicate. Right?

The head of the DNI is James Clapper, an Obama appointee. He ultimately did review the points, before they were given to Ambassador Rice and members of the House intelligence committee on Sept. 14. They were compiled the day before.

Brennan says her source wouldn’t confirm who in the agency suggested the final edits which were signed off on by all intelligence agencies.

Another source, a senior U.S. official familiar with the drafting of the talking points, tells CBS News the “controversy this word choice has caused came as a surprise.”

Of course it would. They firmly believe that everyone should just believe the crap that comes from the mouths of the Obama administration and to hell with anyone who thinks otherwise. They’re all racists anyhow, right?

“The points were not, as has been insinuated by some, edited to minimize the role of extremists, diminish terrorist affiliations, or play down that this was an attack,” the official tells CBS News, adding that there were “legitimate intelligence and legal issues to consider, as is almost always the case when explaining classified assessments publicly.”

“Most people understand that saying ‘extremists’ were involved in a direct assault on the mission isn’t shying away from the idea of terrorist involvement,” added the official. “Because of the various elements involved in the attack, the term extremist was meant to capture the range of participants.”

The article goes on to cloud the issue by attempting to figure out who the assailants were and there derivatives. But largely the article names James Clapper as the culprit who edited the talking points, thus eliminating Susan Rice or (especially) Obama from any blame.

After several years of costly concessions, the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco and Grain Millers Union (BCTGM) authorized a walk-out earlier this month after Hostess received bankruptcy court approval to implement a wage cut that was not included in its contract.

With operations stalled, the company that makes Twinkies and other famous U.S. brands said last week that liquidating its business was the best way to preserve its dwindling cash. It won court approval on Wednesday to start winding down in a process expected to claim 15,000 jobs immediately and over 3,000 more after about four months.
