The stupid party indeed.
The minority party used to be a lot smarter. Once upon a time when the president and the party in charge of congress said, ‘we want to start a government program to do this or to provide that’. They didn’t sit there and say, ‘hey that’s a great idea for the people I think we should have a program for that too, now let’s nitpick about details’.
They used to say, ‘Who’s this going to benefit?’ Who’s going to get their little piece of the pie?
That’s the thing I’ve become interested in and now that there are bills written on paper I’m sure it’s all there in writing who’s going to be getting a little bit of filthy lucre from “healthcare”.

This lieing and hypocritical president, administration, and congress have demonstrated very clearly that they have no regard for our Constitution so why would we, or anyone, think that some silly longstanding “rules” and/or “procedures” would mean anything to them if they get in the way of their agenda and intentions.

We no longer have a representative form of governmnet. We are now robbed and ruled by a small group of individuals who practice nothing more than a pointless and destructive enterprise of ambition. America would be a much better place without the intrusion, oppression and theivery of these useless slugs. It is as if they are constantly looking for ways to totally detstroy what little remains of responsibility, patriotism and self-sufficiency. As this is a bi-partisan effort to completely destroy America, I have little hope things will ever improve in my own lifetime.

Things are going to get very bad, very soon.

What’s the point of this post.

There is no connection between the law and what the Democrats do.

Law’s are something that have to be overcome for them to get what they want…which is essentially to confiscate other people’s money for themselves.

Excellent info Steve. It’s a shame that what our government amounts to is a bribe/bait/switch system with “party leaders” determining the career moves of others.

So the question is who is pushing reconciliation? WH, Reid, Pelosi, DNC -or one of the fine Congressional Caucus?

Or is this simply a vapid threat to bring those who are racist (and thus against Obama) back into line?

Either way – it is just another stinking way the Klownposse in DC is not listening to nor ‘representing’ the very people who elected them into office. And 2010 isn’t that far away.

I think it is just fitting that a huge number of pink slips should also go to Congress – since it is their fault that all of this mess of the economy happened in the first place, their fault that they have done nothing (even cutting back just a percentage point or two) to reduce the deficit, it is their fault that none of the abuse, waste and fraud of so many of these programs were not dealt with already and their fault that they continue to shove through unread, un-Constitutional and un-sustainable and fiscally unsound legislation.
