In any case, Reid is typical of most of the libs AND rino’s in Washington. Ideology takes a back seat to re-election. As soon as Obama’s approval ratings fall to around 40, the rats will abandon their chosen one like they have religion.

Arm twisting stimulus pay-offs to their districts mean very little to anyone if you start messing with their healthcare. The blue-hairs and special needs segments are all about taking money or freedom away from someone else, but don’t mess with their stuff. They could care less about a new park, or bridge, or jobs, etc… if it means they have to pay.

It’s interesting how the self-righteous lose their interest when they have skin in the game.

So…what if they say “Nevermind…we’ll address this after the break”…then Mr. Reid calls a special session the day after everybody – except those he’s told to stay in town – leaves for the official break. He calls for a vote, and those present vote – in favor of it with virtually no opposition. And Nancy does the same…

I am writing to say NO to Obamacare. Maybe fix the stupid Insurance regulations that you morons put forth, maybe a little sane tort reform – anything before you force Obamacare down our throats. I am not thrilled with my ‘government’ healthcare – but that’s ok – as I know it is 1000 times better than anything Obama can come up with.

The main problem with our ‘health care’(isn’t it his vaulted organization of all things truth & decent, the UN that claims US Health care is #1 in the World?!?) is the Insurance companies who have regulated, negotiated and denied us into problems, waits and useless tests? Let’s start there. Then move onto the lawyers who are holding the entire profession hostage to threat of lawsuits – and look Obama – neither one of them is part of the medical profession.

But even more than that – to each and every one ofyou in the Klownposse in DC and most particularly The One – You First when you get into a ‘public’ option ( which you should not even have any option, you are Public Servants, not The Bosses) – then maybe I’ll consider it, but even then I’m An American – I will do what I damn well please and can afford. Krauthammer says that something will pass that they can call Universal Health Scare, and he’s probably right. But it will be significantly watered down and probably just something for them to lie about.

They need a month to boost those polls. That means they’re the one’s hoping for change now. Hoping for some positive economic numbers they can leap on. Hoping a month of politicians out of Washington is going to crush the general public’s interest in what’s going on in Washington like it normally does. Hoping that when they come back in a little over a month that they won’t have the quickest politically crippled president in the history of America, and that it didn’t happen by the noncompliance of basically his own party.
