The rules are if the adultress asks forgiveness they get 100 whips. If insead the 5th thing they say, I swear by allah, that I did not commit adultry, then they didn’t repent. And one punishment for a theif, is to cut alternating hands and feet off. And they say the sins are carried and wrapped around the neck of someone who not followed allah, so that’s where they get the chop the neck off. And their goal, is to go to every town all over the the world, and first warn the peope, they must convert. If after they are warned, then they destroy eliminate the people in the town.
