Scottish Pol Suspended For ‘Homophobia’

From the UK’s outraged Guardian:

Conservatives suspend Scottish candidate over homophobic remarks

Philip Lardner, candidate for North Ayrshire and Arran, said homosexuality was ‘not normal behaviour’

The Conservatives today suspended a parliamentary candidate who said homosexuality was "not normal behaviour".

A Tory spokeswoman said the comments by Philip Lardner, the party’s candidate for North Ayrshire and Arran, were "deeply offensive and unacceptable".

They acted after comments posted by Lardner on his website (pdf) were brought to their attention. Under the heading ‘What I believe in’, Lardner said: "Homosexuality is not ‘normal behaviour.’"

Andrew Fulton, the chairman of the Conservatives in Scotland, said Lardner’s views had "no place" in the Tory party.

Earlier this month, Cameron faltered in an interview with Gay Times, and also faced pressure to sack two members of his front bench over comments they made in the course of the campaign.

Yesterday, a Pink News survey showed a 30-point collapse in gay support for the Tories – a drop from 39% to 9% in 10 months.

The shadow home secretary, Chris Grayling, caused controversy when he appeared to sympathise with the owners of a B&B who had turned away a gay couple. Grayling subsequently apologised for giving the "wrong impression" and said he supported gay rights.

Cameron has also kept in place Julian Lewis, the shadow minister for defence and the candidate for New Forest East, who wrote that he had been "very strongly against" lowering the age of consent for gays from 18 to 16 because of the "seriously increased risk of HIV"

The outrage!

But on which side is the intolerance here? Why can’t homosexuals exhibit a littler tolerance for the ‘less enlightened’ now and then?

No, instead people are now being punished for thought crimes. For their personal beliefs. – In Great Britain, the cradle of modern democracy.

By the way, remember way back when the ‘homosexual rights movement’ was new? When their activists’ mantra was “we just want to be left alone”?

Whatever happened to that?

The real issue here is the accelerating demise of Western Civilization. The gentleman wasn’t suspended for homophobia; he was suspended for expressing the normal view (of virtually every culture in history, by the way) that the celebration of homosexuality is cancerous to nuclear families, the bedrock of our culture. Not government, not socialism, not racial allegiance, THE FAMILY.

You have to wonder why it’s happening. There is no question that 70%+ of Americans, at least, are personally committed to centuries old values of self-reliance, the nuclear family, hard work, individual responsibility, personal freedoms, love of country, Christian morality and tolerance for other views. Those are the values that made the United States a great country, and they are certainly alive and thriving in the majority of the country even today. Those are the values that developed in Europe and transferred to America when the most courageous Europeans settled here. So the demise of Weston Civilization in Europe is at least a generation ahead of America, probably 2 generations. Europe is now essentially a static Disneyland culture, a culture that is slowly consuming the assets created over the last 2000 years. The decline there may be unstoppable.

So why is it that if you listen only to our political leaders and the media that you would think the exact opposite values are ascendant in America? The undeniable truth is that OUR values are what the greatest country ever is based on. OUR values are what created wealth the world had never seen, defeated the Nazis and the Communists, freed millions more from tyranny and developed a culture of innovation that has exceeded the dreams of science fiction writers of a hundred years ago.

Who benefits from the progressive values of dependency, secularism, balkanism and racial antagonism, socialism and the destruction of capitalism? All of those things are designed to destroy ambition, wealth and community.

    So who benefits?

Two groups benefit…………foreign civilizations that crave what the West has built…..and our politicians.

Western Civilization’s political class, including our own politicians, whether they know it or not, act as agents of Russia, China the Muslim world and other third world dictatorships. And it isn’t an accident. It has been planned and implemented for decades.

Underneath it all, Obama, Pelosi, Reid, the Clintons, Drooling Barney, San Francisco nutjobs, feminazis, racial demagogues, in-your-face queers and every Democrat politician in the country (and most Republicans) are all traitors to this country and Western Civilization. What they say and how they act is the end result of direct, long-term infiltration and specific plans by civilizations that want what our ancestors have built. They aren’t capable of building it themselves, so they want to steal it. That’s the heart of the matter.

And they are pretty close to succeeding.

      Are they?

Isa 17:12 Woe to the multitude of many people, which make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations, that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters!
Isa 17:13 The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind.
Isa 17:14 And behold at eveningtide trouble; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.

Methinks the last chapter has not yet happened.

“In the name of tolerance, your intolerance will not be tolerated!”

And never mind removing homosexuality as a mental disorder was a political act, not a medical/scientific reversal:

Nor is there anything wrong with these gay pride festivals: http://www.zombietime.com/folsom_sf_2007_part_1/index.php

When did protecting society, our borders, our security, our morals, fall to the wayside for pure vote gathering and pandering? Is this truly the stages of decline of an empire? (yes)

Homophobia sounds like a disease that should be treated carefully and with respect for the poor person suffering from it.
He should not be fired, but better understood.
His co-workers should all attend training to be more sensitive to his value-set and to teach them to be “tolerant”.

There’s gonna be a new phobia come November “POLEPHOBIA”. Coming to Washington just after Labor Day. Stay Tuned.

  6. fallingpianos says:

    Definition of Homo: same
Definition of Phobia: an exaggerated usually inexplicable and illogical fear of a particular object, class of objects, or situation

So, this guy was raked over the coals for his fear of things being or staying the same? By golly, he and Obama are birds of a feather, then! This is the underlying fear that drove Obama’s campaign and those who voted for him. After all, if one advocates for change, especially without defining exactly what it is that’s going to change, then it stands to reason that there is a subconscious fear of the status quo.

Therefore, Obama and those who voted for him are homophobes.

Come 2012, American conservatives should suspend his presidency. Permanently.

A people reach their greatness during their period of high barbarism.

    Hold fast to your heritage.

  8. canary says:

If Lardner had said homo sexual behavior was “abnormal” he would have been politically and medically correct according to the medical Universal Psychiatric Diagnostic Statistic Manual (DSM) that homo-sexual behavior was “abnormal”. I recall years ago reading that in “Dear Abby” column, though of course we should be understanding to the trials & tribulations, and violence is not the answer.

  9. xdannyh says:

Kinda makes one wonder why the “homophobes” don’t just join “the religion of peace” you know, to kinda level the playing field, so to speak.
