PBS’s Moyers Says Saul Alinsky ‘A Good American’

Bill Moyers used his Friday night PBS show to defend community organizing icon Saul Alinsky from Newt Gingrich’s recent attacks. Alinsky’s 1971 book “Rules for Radicals,” which was dedicated to Lucifer, popularized many organizing tactics.

Moyers quipped “Maybe that’s why Newt Gingrich has been slandering Alinsky’s name,” Moyers said. “Maybe he’s afraid. Afraid the very white folks he’s been rousing to a frenzy will discover who Saul Alinsky really was. A patriot, in a long line of patriots, who scorned the malignant narcissism of duplicitous politicians and taught every day Americans to think for themselves and to fight together for a better life. That’s the American way, and any good historian would know it.”

Note: Saul Alinsky dedicated his book ‘Rules for Radicals’ to Lucifer, “The first radical…” His book is a game plan for destroying our American Republic and replacing it with a Marxist tyranny. Alinsky’s methods are being used right now by Obama and his minions, Acorn, OWS, etc.

Moyers didn’t even hear his own words as they flew by his brain at supersonic speeds. Malignant narcissism? Just take a look at DC and especially the ruling class of BOTH parties, Bill, or are you too afraid to possibly cast that oh-so-critical-eye on your buddies there? You’ve been around a long time and no doubt have some pals there who are probably just as narcissistic as you say your supposed “enemies” are.

Think for themselves? Oh come on, Billy. Which party do you believe does that? Have you ever even heard one of Rush’s montage segments where all the news pukes are spewing the exact—same—-words? Word-for-word. Identically.

Yes, we know who Alinsky really was. Patriot? Hardly. Die-hard communist is more like it. Yet another perpetually frustrated neo-intellectual who wrote a book that tells people how to cause trouble if they don’t get what they want.

What’s so laughable is your narration on the series “The Civil War” once had me believing you were somewhat conservative. The fact that you’re a white apologist who automatically feels he’s responsible for all the ills that blacks suffer in the world makes me sick. And you can speak for yourself. Why is it that you overpaid talking heads think you are so much smarter than everyone else?

This is an organnized tactic. Axelhole has recently been seen defending radicals from from the Moron’s past.

They are going to try to mitigate the problems of a lifetime of radical associations by declaring that the radicals are just like your neighbors.

      Nothing is beyond these scumbags.

    • Mithrandir says:

Have you read Rules for Radicals? I have. You can bypass most of it, and skip to the chapter called “TACTICS.” It seems to be written by Satan himself, and is right to dedicate the book to him.

When you read this, you understand why democrats slash tires, throw bricks through campaign windows, cheat at the polls, use trickery in the law, or just blatantly ignore the law entirely. There is no morality, democrats are immoral, and it comes straight from this book. And colleges are ripe with people like this…..just disgusting brainwashed robots.

You will FINALLY realize the liberal RINOs, “reaching across the aisle” garbage, is pure folly.

RINOs are the BRETT FAVRES of the political world! Yeah, you can get some success with them, but when it reeeeally counts, when you reeeeally need them to pull through for you in the playoffs, they will always let you down with a fumble or interception. You can’t trust them, they will fail you or just switch teams if they don’t get their way. Learn it, and you can quote me on that. . .

I saw the show – Moyers is a flaming Liberal – we all know this. However the guest he had on earlier in the show was very interesting. Jonathan Haidt – a social pyschologist – he is now a conservative and his opinions had Moyers squirming in his seat – here’s the video” http://vimeo.com/36124840

Obama Accepted Campaign Funds from Fugitive Mexican Murder Suspect & Chicago Relatives.

    (does 126,000 paso’s mean 200,000 dollars?)

BBC: Obama campaign returns funds linked to Mexico fugitive

    Feb 7 2012
President Obama at a fundraiser in Dallas, Texas 4 October 2011 Mr Obama raised $750m during his election campaign in 2008 and has higher aims for 2012

US President Barack Obama’s election campaign is to return funding linked to the family of a fugitive Mexican casino magnate.

The Chicago-based brothers of Juan Jose Rojas Cardona, known as Pepe, raised some $200,000 (£126,000) for Mr Obama.

Pepe Cardona fled the US in 1994 and is now seeking a pardon for drug and fraud charges he faces there, the New York Times reports.

According to a leaked US state department cable from 2009, Pepe Cardona – now based in Mexico’s Monterrey region – was suspected of orchestrating the murder of a business rival.

Update appears Egypt ready to chop off heads of American hostages whose count has grown to 19.

FOXNews: Egypt to prosecute 44 workers, including 19 Americans, after raids on rights groups

    Feb 05, 2012

CAIRO – The son of Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood is among 19 Americans being referred to criminal trial for allegedly receiving foreign funds illegally and being involved in banned activity in Egypt, several news agencies reported Sunday.

Move stems from raid on advocacy group directed by Sam LaHood

“We have seen media reports that judicial officials in Egypt intend to forward a number of cases involving U.S.-funded NGOs to the Cairo criminal court. We are deeply concerned by these reports and are seeking clarification from the government of Egypt,” Toner said.

Sam LaHood is head of the Egypt office of the Washington-based International Republican Institute.ber as part of a move that American officials say is unhelpful as Egypt transitions from an autocratic rule over the past 30 years.

All 19 of the U.S. aid workers sought shelter in the U.S. embassy in Cairo more than a week ago after they were denied the opportunity to leave the country. LaHood said at the time that the group was “expecting the worst.”

The military aid is conditioned on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton certifying the Egyptian government’s move from a military council — set up after the fall of Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak last year — to a civilian government that respects democratic rights of citizens to participate in elections, speech and assembly.

I wondered way back exactly how and whose hands we would U.S. money into, and now we know the Muslim brother hood has stolen the funds, while Hillary Clinton pretends we haven’t given it to them.
I’m sure all that partying with Obama has kept LaHood’s mind of his son.
If Chelsea Clinton was one of those held hostage Hillary might do something, but like LaHood probably still carrying life insurance policies on their children.

Lots of grant money for public transportation this week…
    $125M for bus facilities
    $650M for repairing facilities
$64M for alternative fuel buses and infrastructure

I wish some of that would have gone to the DoD… they have a compelling reason to research viable alternative fuels.

    $12M for solar technology R&D

And this one struck me as peculiar: $1.5M (10 grants of $150k) to study the impact of “healthcare reform” on certain diseases or conditions … if any of you are professors of anything relevant you should try and get one…

From the “Just because there’s no proof doesn’t mean it’s not happening” file, courtesy of the UK Guardian:

The Himalayas and nearby peaks have lost no ice in past 10 years, study shows

The world’s greatest snow-capped peaks, which run in a chain from the Himalayas to Tian Shan on the border of China and Kyrgyzstan, have lost no ice over the last decade, new research shows.

The discovery has stunned scientists, who had believed that around 50bn tonnes of meltwater were being shed each year and not being replaced by new snowfall.

The study is the first to survey all the world’s icecaps and glaciers and was made possible by the use of satellite data. Overall, the contribution of melting ice outside the two largest caps – Greenland and Antarctica – is much less than previously estimated, with the lack of ice loss in the Himalayas and the other high peaks of Asia responsible for most of the discrepancy.

Bristol University glaciologist Prof Jonathan Bamber, who was not part of the research team, said: “The very unexpected result was the negligible mass loss from high mountain Asia, which is not significantly different from zero.” …

Obviously these researchers must be Global Warming deniers… right?

Changing Positions, Obama Campaign Will Push Support for Democratic Super PAC
    Feb 6, 2012 11:50pm
    Jake Tapper

Messina said on the call this evening…“Last week, filings showed that the Super PAC affiliated with Mitt Romney’s campaign raised $30 million in 2011 from fewer than 200 contributors, most of them from the financial sector. Governor Romney personally helped raise money for this group, which is run by some of his closest allies…With so much at stake, we can’t allow for two sets of rules in this election whereby the Republican nominee is the beneficiary of unlimited spending and Democrats unilaterally disarm.”

This story is a few days old and S&Lers are certainly aware of it. I wanted to raise the issue that I noticed in much of the coverage of the stoty: the use of the phrase “unilaterally disarm.” The talking points went out and Jay Carney started throwing the phrase around. In the above story, it’s Jim Messina. I’m sure every lib out there with a blog, a webcam, or a cell phone has been using the phrase in relation to nerobama’s campaign.

Question: When was the last time you heard the nerobama regime use that kind of language in regards to military matters? With military action, it’s couched in terms like “kinetic action,” they don’t refer to our enemies, there are no strikes, we never hear of the use of guns, knives, or other weapons, unless it’s a story about how US soldiers are hurting “innocent civilians.”

The nerobama regime does, however, use traditionally-military terms when it comes to talking about his campaign. Their campaign doesn’t want to unilaterally disarm. It’s good enough for our defense to unilaterally disarm (nukes, missile shield), but not for nerobama’s campaign. He uses the word “enemies” when speaking about American citizens who have a different opinion, not when speaking about jihadis who are hell-bent on killing innocent people to earn their 72 virgins. When he talks of weapons, it’s in the context of getting in the political opposition’s faces and bringing a gun. We never hear this kind of language when dealing with war and the military, though. Strange…
