Bibi responds to Bubba: I didn’t kill the peace process

… Netanyahu shot back at Clinton when asked about the remarks in an interview with ABC News.

“I respectfully disagree,” Netanyahu said. “The Palestinians are basically trying to shortcut this. They’re trying to get a state without giving us peace, without giving us security.”

“President Clinton knows very well [that] in 2000 at Camp David … who really made the generous offer and the Palestinians refused to come,” he said. “I’m sure that President Bush can tell you what happened at Camp David a few years later, when another Israeli prime minister made a generous offer, and the Palestinians refused to come.”

When asked if he had moved the goalposts, Netanyahu said, “Not at all.” …

Israeli says Bill Clinton was wrong

… Elkin, chairman of the Likud, said Friday the former U.S. president had a “bizarre vision of peace” and it’s unfortunate he “did not learn from his own mistakes.” …

… “Clinton and [former Prime Minister] Ehud Barak’s bizarre vision of peace and a return to ’67 borders with a divided Jerusalem, including giving up parts of the Old City, dragged the state of Israel and the Palestinians into the second Intifada and cost hundreds and thousands of victims on both sides,” Elkin said.

“The former president of the U.S., the stronghold of democracy in the modern world, should have learned by now to respect democratic decisions in other countries.” …

League of Nations actions, taken decades before UN Res 181 that Abbas keeps blaring on about, legally legitimized Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Kuwait, and other Arab nations in the Middle East … as well as the nation of Israel.

Should Abbas succeed in creating a climate of hysteria based on UN Resolution 181 to de-legitimize Israel, he will succeed in de-legitimizing the legally recognized existence of Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and others.

How woefully ignorant our media is. It;s like they sit around reading each others faxes in a giant circle j***.

  2. Chrispbass says:

Is that what he means by transparency? Why doesn’t everyone simply see through the facade???
That is shameless. The way he changes his manner of speaking just to appeal to a certain group. How racist.

    • GetBackJack says:

I am reminded of Alice’s Red Queen who famously said “A word means what I want it to mean and nothing else.”

Bill Clinton famously required of Prosecutors their definition of the word “is”.

Ergo, I believe you’d be safe assuming Obama’s understanding of words and terms to be quite a bit more malleable than your excellent book-learning, CB.

facebook to back candidates. Entire article at link below

The Hill: Facebook to form its own PAC to back political candidates

    By Gautham Nagesh – 09/26/11

Creating a PAC is just the latest step in Facebook’s continued expansion of its presence in Washington, but this is the first time the firm will back candidates.

Facebook is likely looking to avoid the type of Washington scrutiny that has affected other firms like Microsoft and Google, which is currently under a Federal Trade Commission antitrust probe. The perception Google was previously sympathetic towards Democrats hasn’t helped with the GOP in charge of the House.

Google sure made this news piece difficult to find. As I’ve noticed for some time now Google is anti-FOX news and sabotages finding their news. Google has bent to Obama’s threat to force them to charge people. And Bill Gates is so sucking up to Obama is pathetic. So, much Gates promise a few years ago for free Microsoft as part of his philanthropy since he’s so rich.

North Carolina Dem. Gov. Calls for Suspending Elections

Perdue Jokes [?!] About Suspending Congressional Elections for Two Years

    Raleigh News Observer

    27 Sep 2011

Speaking to a Cary rotary club today, N.C. Gov. Bev Perdue suggested suspending Congressional elections for two years so that Congress can focus on economic recovery and not the next election.

“I think we ought to suspend, perhaps, elections for Congress for two years and just tell them we won’t hold it against them, whatever decisions they make…. I really hope that someone can agree with me on that,” Perdue said. “You want people who don’t worry about the next election.”

Please do whatever you like Bev, just so long as Boeing doesn’t build a factory down here.

And please tell them to pass Nerobama’s jobs bill so we can find out what’s in it.

And please raise my taxes, too.

And if anybody doesn’t like it, report them to AttackWatch.com.
