Mischief is pretty tame excuse for killing a man for “an action that annoys, irratates, causes minor injury, irresponsible playfullness”,
But, then muslims do kill each other for small things. A woman accused of batting her eyes at a man, can be put to death, if they feel, instead of 100 whips. I figured I’d probably last a day before they “offed” me.

WASHINGTON — Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor has sent a Senate panel a massive portfolio of personal details and writings that lawmakers will pore over with a fine-tooth comb to shape the debate on her confirmation.

The five boxes of files delivered to Capitol Hill gave senators a fuller picture of Sotomayor’s background and record, as well as of how President Obama came to nominate his first Supreme Court choice. They came in response to a questionnaire the Senate Judiciary Committee sends federal court nominees.

The documents described Sotomayor’s finances, which paint a portrait of a New Yorker in an expensive neighborhood who may be living largely paycheck to paycheck. She has $1.16 million in assets, but $418,350 in debts, including her mortgage, credit card bills and a big dentist bill. Previous financial disclosure reports showed her with an annual income of about $200,000.

Now we know why Sotomayor is not a toothless nominee.

This is why so many suicide bombings on mosques and religious gatherings.
It is decietful for Obama to keep telling Isreal to stop “colonizing” when they are only building on their own capital. That’s like Mexico bombing us and telling us we can’t build on our own border.

But at the risk of sounding immodest, our clout is far greater than that.

ABC News’ Rick Klein reports: It’s crowded out there in the political blogosphere — and there are as many ways to judge influence as there bloggers who stand ready to judge politicians.

But here’s an interesting tool I recently came across: From Wikio.com, it’s a ranking of political blogs — emanating from everywhere from living rooms, mainstream media organizations, and the White House.

The rankings are compiled based on links from other blogs — with extra weight given to blogs that rank higher via Wikio’s formulas, and based on how recently an item is published. Blog rolls aren’t taken into account, so only fresh postings impact the rankings…

Three U.S. lawmakers appealed to the Saudi government Wednesday to stop using religious textbooks that they say promote hatred and religious intolerance.

Reps. Anthony Weiner and Joseph Crowley of New York and Shelley Berkley of Nevada held a news conference to call on the Saudi government to stop planting what they said were seeds of hate in Saudi children through religious textbooks that teach controversial lessons, such as the hour of judgment will not come until Muslims fight the Jews and kill them.

“This is not some rogue document,” Weiner said. “This is the position of the Saudi government. … If we’re going to solve the generational conflicts, it’s important not to hate one another.”

Congress has tackled controversial textbooks before. Last year, a congressional report denounced portions of religious textbooks used at an Islamic school in Northern Virginia.

The school, in response to the report, deleted from its texts some of the most contentious passages, including references to Jihad, killing infidels and hatred of Jews and Christians. But critics say the revised books still are “toxic” and contain more subtle references, such as criticism of secular forms of government.

Rep. Weiner urged the Saudi government to act immediately.

“What they say is that they’ll fix it next year, next year, next year,” he said. “But the time is up.”
