The eligibility of Barack H. Obama to be President of the United States is not __________(Fill in the blank – a conspiracy theory, only nutcases care, racist) it is a matter of Constitutional Requirement and for those who think it is only nutcases: It just won’t go away:

Supremes Facing Eligibility Challenge to Obama, Again
    By Bob Unruh
    © 2010 WorldNetDaily

It just doesn’t appear to be going away.

The idea that Barack Obama’s eligibility to occupy the Oval Office, and do chores such as appointing Supreme Court justices, needs to be explored and documented is headed back to the highest court in the land.

According to the Supreme Court’s own website, there is scheduled to be a conference Jan. 7, 2011, on a case submitted by Orly Taitz.

It’s on the docket – What a great year 2011 might be!

    • Mithrandir says:

Do you realize, that if it is proven that Obama is not a natural born citizen, his signature on every piece of legislation would make them all invalid?

That strange sound you would hear, would be all the liberals involuntarily, defecating, urinating, and vomiting all at the same time. –followed by the obligatory Berkley protest marches. . .

    • hushpuppy says:

I wonder if anyone else remembers this: back when Obama was giving notice that he was going to run for President, the following question came up: Have you ever been known by any other names other than Barak Obama – to which he replied ‘No’. This is called purjury.

Without the long form Certificate of Live Birth which would have shown the names he was originally given, we can only only guess if his first name (Given Name) was Barak or Barry or perhaps something to commemorate the fact that Frank Marshall Davis was the one to impregnate his mother Stanley Ann.

Again – look very carefully at Obama’s facial features. Especially the shape and slope of the nose, the shape and width of the nasolabial area, the cheek creases etc. A good comparative would be from these photos:

Everything about Obama is false, an outright lie or carefully orchestrated misdirection. His two ‘autobiographies’ were written in such a way as to misdirect people into thinking Obama, Sr was the sperm donor when in fact he wasn’t – and he’s not going to admit Frank is his father because the deception suits his purposes.

The dreams of his real father – Frank Marshall Davis is the inspiration for Obama and the book. Barack Obama became the father as a result of an agreement between Ann Dunham, Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama, Sr.

And so he has hired entire law firms to deal with the endless FOI requests, interviews and investigations. It was just about a year ago that he very quietly signed into law a very convenient piece of legislation that states he does not have to give anyone any information about his early years, and he can refuse all FOI requests from the date of the signing forward.

If you have his written autobiographies and/or the audio book form of the books, go over these again but keep in mind Frank Marshall Davis as his father, mentor, and his source of inspiration. However….. …he is the source of most of what you think you know about him, and Obama has admitted himself that a lot of it is made up.

Personally I don’t hold out any hope the truth will ever come out. There are too many people with too much to lose with too much money and power at their disposal. The odd person here and there has turned up dead when they came too close to exposing the real Barak Obama.

Will the real Barry/Barak whoever please stand up? (Remember the old TV game show ‘To Tell the Truth’?

    • JohnMG says:

Hey Mith? I thought a person’s private information wasn’t anyone’s business but that person’s alone. We shouldn’t be digging into a person’s past, exposing them to ‘harassment’, and constantly be dragging them back and forth into court. Governments shouldn’t be snooping into such matters, right?

Please make up our mind for us. Based on some of your other posts, I’m conflicted.

    • wardmama4 says:

Personally I don’t hold out any hope the truth will ever come out. There are too many people with too much to lose with too much money and power at their disposal.

And that is why the truth will come out – I am hoping sooner rather than later – and as each day goes forward and The Won loses more and more of his support and fails more and more and caves into the same old political expediency – someone, somewhere is going to expose the truth.

I do not buy into the born in Kenya nor anyone but BHO Sr being his father – what I do believe is that BHO Sr is on his birth certificate and due to The British Nationality Act 1948 – The Won would have been a British citizen automatically, since his father was a British citizen. (The law was mostly repealed in 1983). Thus he has eligibility problems. And due to the current US law at the time (1961) – Stanly Ann was not able to confer citizenship upon The Won – as a US citizen had to have lived in the US for 19 years – and Stanly Ann was 18 when The Won was born.

The facts – as The Won lays them out – do not bode well for his eligibility – which is why he keeps that long form birth certificate sealed.

But no one can keep everything hidden – it is just an act of treason that the MSM, DNC, Senate or Supreme Court did not do their jobs at all even before this buffoon become POTUS.

And Mithrandir – in addition to all that you wrote re the Liberals – also add imploding with extreme hatred for the Vast Right Wing Conspiracy (come on The Won has used everything else Clinton – Including Slick Willie at the podium of a presser) that wrought such a devastation to the Democrat Party.

Never realizing that had the Dems not pushed for McCain to provide a long form bc – this may never, ever have been an issue except to the conspiracy theorists nutcases at all.

    • Steve says:

Just a reminder. I am proud to be the person who coined the term ‘birther.’

This preposterous conspiracy theory — which was started by the Democrat whack job Larry Johnson — has done more to hurt the conservative cause than anything I can think of over the last two years.

    • canary says:

Hushpuppy, I suspect Frank Marshall may be his mother for many reasons that he writes in his book. His mother also a liar, told of being in Chicago as a nanny one summer. Frank lived near them in Kansas. Then something his mother did made a quick move to Hawaii. Probably, his mother was pregnant and it would be a plus for Obama Sr. to marry an American and go to Hartford. After all,
he had several wives, what’s one more.

The issue is that Obama lied since he was 13 of having a white mother. I think he tried to play his light skin off as an Arab. Hung out with muslims his entire life. Still hangs out with them at the W.H.

    • artboyusa says:

He’s an American, unfortunately. We may not like it, but he’s as American as you or me or Pablo over there. Well, maybe not Pablo. Anyway, we should contest his actions, not his origins. All this stuff about his ‘ancestry’ is too creepily racial and too reminiscent of Nazi “scientists” measuring people’s noses to determine if they were a full or partial Aryan for me to be comfortable with it. Won’t stop me making fun of him, though: “Good evening, my fellow Indonesians – I mean, Americans…”

    • Melly says:

hushpuppy….everything you wrote is very plausible. A couple of years ago when I saw a photo of Davis and learned of what Bill Ayers wrote about Davis in Barry’s autobiography all the dots were connected. Barry is a US citizen who is a walking fraud with a severe narcissistic personality disorder.

If the people in charge of hiding the Moron’ s long-form birth certificate were in charge of national secrets, Assange would still be peddling master card numbers.

    • JohnMG says:

And if Congress and the MSM had done their job, Obama would still be stirring up crap in a Chi-town ghetto and cheer
leading for Jeremiah Wright instead of destroying this great nation.

“13M get unexpected tax bill from Obama tax credit
    (AP) – 2 days ago

WASHINGTON (AP) — About 13.4 million taxpayers may be getting unexpected tax bills because they were awarded too much money under President Barack Obama’s Making Work Pay tax credit, a government audit said Thursday.

The tax credit, which expires Jan. 1, was designed to increase take-home pay by about $8 a week through new tax withholding tables. The credit was capped at $400 for individuals and $800 for married couples filing jointly….”This provision was specifically intended to help taxpayers through the severe economic downturn by putting more money into their hands right away, in each paycheck,” wrote Richard Byrd, commissioner of the agency’s wage and investment division.

The Economic Times: China premier welcomed in Pakistan to boost trade
    Dec 17, 2010
ISLAMABAD: Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Friday arrived in Pakistan, warmly welcomed at the start of a three-day visit aimed at boosting trade and investment…

“We have unprecedented relations with China. The whole nation is proud of Pakistan-China friendship,” Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani told state-run TV at Chaklala airbase, which rolled out the red carpet for Wen.

The Chinese premier stepped off his Air China Boeing 747, greeted by Gilani, his cabinet, Pakistani military chiefs who depend on Chinese hardware and a guard of honour with a 21-gun salute that played both national anthems.

Without going into details, officials in Pakistan admit the country has a civil nuclear cooperation agreement with China, a counter-weight to India’s agreement with the United States on nuclear energy cooperation.

Reports say Wen will open a branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), the top private bank in China.

Retiree Pays Back California, With Interest, for Jobless Aid
    by Steve Gorman
    Friday, December 17, 2010

A South Carolina retiree has sent the cash-strapped state of California a $10,000 check as a token of appreciation for the unemployment benefits he received while living there nearly five decades ago.

Receipt of the check from Dennis Ferguson, 74, bearing his notation “REPAYMENT FOR WHAT CALIF. DID FOR ME!”, was announced on Thursday by state Treasurer Bill Lockyer, who said the money would go to public schools as required by California law.

“It’s appropriate this money will go to educate our kids, because there’s a lesson to be learned here about what it means to have a sense of shared sacrifice and commitment to the common good,” Lockyer said in a statement.

Someone should explain to this clown how unemployment insurance works. Companies pay it, not the government (until now). However, if helping to poorly educate one Mexican child for one year makes him happy, I guess that’s his choice.

I have a feeling we’ll all be chipping in to bailout Kalifornia soon enough – albeit involuntarily.

    • proreason says:

And here’s why we all be bailing out California and bunches of other states:

If they go down, tax free municipal bonds go down.

And the Kerry / Kennedy / Pelosi faction of the country won’t alllow that to happen. They will be willing to pay ANY PRICE, paid by us serfs of course, to protect their guaranteed tax-free income.

    • canary says:

Nationwide, the schools that come up with donation money or money from fundraising, along with a high percentage of students on assisted lunch programs get Federal Stimulus money from the Recover Act.
So, this donation will cost tax-payers.

Far right courts Israel in anti-Islam drive

By Tom Heneghan, Reuters Religion Editor

PARIS – Far-right political parties in Europe are stepping up their anti-Muslim rhetoric and forging ties across borders, even going so far as to visit Israel to hail the Jewish state as a bulwark against militant Islam.

National Front leader Jean-Marie Le Pen has shocked the French political elite in recent days by comparing Muslims who pray outside crowded mosques — a common sight during the holy month of Ramadan — to the World War Two Nazi occupation.

Oskar Freysinger, a champion of the Swiss ban on minarets, warned a far-right meeting in Paris on Saturday against “the demographic, sociological and psychological Islamization of Europe”. German and Belgian activists also addressed the crowd.

Geert Wilders, whose populist far-right party supports the Dutch minority government, told Reuters last week he was organising an “international freedom alliance” to link grass-roots groups active in “the fight against Islam”.

Earlier this month, Wilders visited Israel and backed its West Bank settlements, saying Palestinians there should move to Jordan. Like-minded German, Austrian, Belgian, Swedish and other far-rightists were on their own Israel tour at the same time.

“Our culture is based on Christianity, Judaism and humanism and (the Israelis) are fighting our fight,” Wilders told Reuters in Amsterdam last week. “If Jerusalem falls, Amsterdam and New York will be next.”

While he seeks anti-Muslim allies abroad, Wilders said some older far-right parties such as France’s National Front or the British National Party were “blunt racist parties I don’t care for” and he would avoid cooperating with them.

Campaigns aimed at Muslims have been gaining ground in Europe, most notably with the Swiss minaret ban last year and France’s law this year against full facial veils in public, which Wilders said the Netherlands should copy next year.

Support for these steps has spread beyond anti-immigrant parties and towards the political centre as globalization and the ageing of Europe’s population fuel voters’ concerns about national sovereignty, according to a leading French analyst.

Political scientist Dominique Reynie said the financial crisis had prompted more voters to agree with the far right that their political elites were incompetent.

“Some people refuse what they see as a change in their cultural or religious surroundings,” he told the Paris daily Le Monde. “These are the problems posed by mosques, burqas and the provisions of halal food.”

Some on the far right see similar trends in the United States. Wilders attended a rally in New York on Sept. 11 to protest against a mosque planned near Ground Zero and the leader of the Austrian Freedom Party, Heinz Christian Strache, has said he wants to visit the United States to meet leaders of the Tea Party movement.

Marine Le Pen, who is preparing to succeed her father Jean-Marie as head of the National Front, had in recent years toed a more moderate line before her anti-Muslim comments. She notably refused to echo the anti-Semitic views expressed by her father.

The rightists’ Israel visits set what some analysts call the “new far right” apart from older extremists who were often anti-Semitic and backed Arab countries against the Jewish state.

Declaring support for Israel gives them an opportunity to oppose Muslim opinion in their home countries, since European Muslims are often pro-Palestinian, as well as celebrate the Jewish state as the front line against militant Islam.

“It is not Israel’s duty to provide a Palestinian state,” Wilders said in a speech in Tel Aviv. “There already is a Palestinian state and that state is Jordan.”

A so-called “Jerusalem Declaration” issued by four other European rightists during their Israel visit also staunchly defended the country’s existence and its right to defend itself “against all aggression, especially Islamic terror.”

Heinz-Christian Strache from Austria, German Freedom Party head Rene Stadtkewitz, Sweden Democrat MP Kent Ekeroth and Filip Dewinter, head of Belgium’s Vlaams Belang party, denied they were stoking Islamophobia with their statement.

“The Arab-Israeli conflict illustrates the struggle between Western culture and radical Islam,” Dewinter said in Tel Aviv.

Strache made a similar link to Europe, telling a conference in Ashkelon — a city that has been hit by rockets from the nearby Gaza Strip — that Israel faced “an Islamic terror threat that aims right for the heart of our society”.

The Israeli newspaper Haaretz accused the rightists of “trading in their Jewish demon-enemy for the Muslim criminal-immigrant model” and visiting Israel only to get “Jewish absolution that will bring them closer to political power”.

Desperation Sets In: More Than 100,000 People Apply for Low Paying Flight Attendant Positions With Delta Air Lines

    16 Dec 2010

All across America, job seekers are becoming increasingly desperate. Today, unemployed Americans often find themselves competing against hundreds or even thousands of other job applicants for the same position. An absolutely stunning example of this happened recently when more than 100,000 people applied for just 1,000 open flight attendant positions with Delta Air Lines. The starting salary for these positions is only “in the upper $20,000s”, and serving peanuts and sodas to cranky passengers can get really old fast. … Right now there are approximately 5 unemployed Americans for every single job opening….

    * * *

More than a thousand desperate job seekers recently lined up to apply for temporary positions paying between $8.25 to $9.75 per hour picking, packing and shipping orders for Zappos.com.

    • • •

Recently more than 500 desperate applicants submitted applications for just 120 positions at a new IHOP restaurant in the Washington, D.C. area. The new positions pay just $3.32 an hour plus tips.

‘Christmas is evil’: Muslim group launches poster campaign against festive period 12/22/10

Fanatics from a banned Islamic hate group have launched a nationwide poster campaign denouncing Christmas as evil.
Organisers plan to put up thousands of placards around the UK claiming the season of goodwill is responsible for rape, teenage pregnancies, abortion, promiscuity, crime and paedophilia.

They hope the campaign will help ‘destroy Christmas’ in this country and lead to Britons converting to Islam instead………………

U.S. Admits to International Security Mishap

Dec 23 2010 by Matt Apuzzo

…, it acknowledged Wednesday another security misstep: The nation’s top intelligence official was out of the loop about a terrorist plot and numerous arrests this week in Britain.

Director of National Intelligence James Clapper appeared stumped
Tuesday night when asked on ABC News whether a significant terror plot uncovered in London could have security implications in the United States.

The plot received huge news coverage this week and was a major focus in the U.K., America’s closest intelligence partner.

“London?” Clapper asked, looking across the table at Obama’s homeland security adviser, John Brennan, who was also being interviewed.

“Should he have been briefed by his staff on those arrests?” Brennan said. “Yes.”

It was an embarrassing moment not just for Obama but for the embattled position of director of national intelligence.

this was on FOX too. At Christmas time when threats are in high gear, Obama doesn’t know about them.
