AOLnews: Said Jaziri: 5 Facts About the Muslim Imam Caught After Illegally Crossing the Mexican Border
Jan 26, 2011 by David Knowles

U.S. Border Patrol agents made an interesting discovery when they stopped a car 50 miles east of San Diego earlier this month. Inside the trunk of a BWM that was allegedly being driven by immigrant smugglers from Mexico, they found Said Jaziri, a Muslim cleric from Tunisia who was deported from Canada more than three years ago.

    1. He advocated Shariah law for Canada
On an appearance on CBC radio, Jaziri strongly defended the implementation of Shariah law. He also called for the government to fund the building of a $20 million mosque in Montreal…..

    4. He was deported for covering up his criminal record
Canadian authorities deported Jaziri after learning that he failed to disclose a conviction and jail time for his role in an assault on a person in France whose actions had helped close a prayer room, the Montreal Gazette reported. Here’s a CBC report from 2007, shortly before Jaziri’s deportation:

Judicialwatch: Radical Muslim Cleric Slips into U.S. Through Mexico

    Last Updated: Tue, 02/01/2011

… Jaziri evidently told authorities that he flew from Africa to Europe then to Central America and Chetumal, Mexico where he took a bus to Tijuana.

….Just a few months ago a veteran federal agent announced that The U.S. Border Patrol has captured thousands of people who have been classified as OTM (Other Than Mexican)…
The feds call them SIAs (Special Interest Aliens) and the government doesn’t want Americans to know about them.

…In fact, in 2007 the top Homeland Security official in Texas confirmed that terrorists with ties to Hezbollah, Hamas and Al Qaeda had been arrested crossing into the state through the Mexican border. A few years ago the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) revealed details of how Islamic terrorists and violent Mexican drug gangs have long teamed up….

Since Obama came into office, the fact that radical muslims, namely Hezbollah, have spread throughout
Mexico, and are crossing the border into the U.S. The Obama administration and DHS have forgotten the threat of muslim terrorists threats to bring anthrax into the US. More tunnels underground tunnels being
found. And the latest rampant fad of chopping heads off get’s blamed on the drug cartel. Why not the radical muslims who have joined the drug cartel in order to slip over the border.

What about the recent muslim suicide bomber instruction book recently found on the border.
As the recent protests started little attention was given to an entire Mexican police force quitting after
    several were found headless.

Further during the recent protests a large number of young parent-less children were dumped near the border; their parents suspected of being kidnapped or killed.

Why is Obama Hussein Barack and his secretary of DHS Napollitano saying there is no problem on the border. Why is the media backed off this reporting. Today FOX had Said Jaziri’s slobbering attorney
on, saying his only crime was being very religious. Jaziri’s lawyer said that it was easier for his client to slip into the U.S. and his family in Canada to come into the U.S. so they could see each other?

This is huge. It’s an appalling disgrace, bordering on criminal negligence, that the Regime Media doesn’t report these stories. And this is just one more of many. People like Glenn Beck, Rush, and Mark Levin do report these kinds of things, and the crypto-Marxist/’progressives’ label them “crazy”.

It will take a worse catastrophe than 9/11 to wake America up.

    • Liberals Demise says:

      Criminal negligence my ass.
      The word is “TREASONOUS”.
Plain and simple treason from the Benedict Obama and his band of malcontents.

YahooNews: Canada’s hired guns in Afghanistan slammed in U.S. Senate report

By Murray Brewster, The Canadian Press Feb 6 2010

OTTAWA – Canada spent more than $41 million on hired guns in Afghanistan over four years, much of it going to security companies slammed by the U.S. Senate for having warlords on the payroll.

The records show Foreign Affairs paid nearly $8 million to ArmorGroup Securities Ltd., recently cited in a U.S. Senate investigation as relying on Afghan warlords who in 2007 were engaged in “murder, kidnapping, bribery and anti-Coalition activities.”….

A Kandahar warlord, with links to former governor Gul Agha Sherzai, earned $2.5 million since 2008 providing security outside of the provincial reconstruction base.

…Canada started paying that expense in 2008, after Karzai replaced the notorious Asadullah Khalid, who was accused of human-rights abuses and had his own private militia known as Brigade 888.

One of those contractors, SNC Lavalin, hired the Watan Group to guard one of Ottawa’s signature development projects, the Dahla dam. The company, owned by relatives of Karzai, was recently blacklisted by the U.S. military.

“All private security contractors employed by Canada are known to the Afghan Government, and are subject to Afghan law,” said Jean-Bruno Villeneuve….

Instead, the Afghan government has demanded that firms register with the government and begin paying taxes.

Obama has angered Mubarack for days now, pressuring the Egyptian President to allow the radical Muslim Brotherhood’s partaking in the new government plans.

    Muslim Brotherhood Join Egypt Talks
    The New York Times
by David D. Kirkpatrick and David E. Sanger Feb 6, 2011

    CAIRO —
The government announced that the transition had begun with a meeting between Vice President Omar Suleiman and two representatives of the Muslim Brotherhood, the outlawed Islamist group the Egyptian government has sought to repress for many years as a threat to stability. They met as part of a group of about 50 prominent Egyptians and opposition figures, including officials of the small, recognized opposition parties, as well as a handful of young people who helped start the protest movement.

…“We did not come out with results,” said Mohamed Morsy, a Brotherhood leader who attended, while others explained that the Brotherhood had attended only to reiterate its demands and show openness to dialogue….

Mr. ElBaradei and the Muslim Brotherhood, the biggest opposition group, have committed to follow the lead of the young organizers, he said.

The Wall Street Journal: Obama Downplays Concerns About Muslim Brotherhood

By JEFFREY SPARSHOTT Feb 6, 2011

In an interview with Bill O’Reilly, President Obama addressed the crisis in Egypt.

President Hosni Mubarak has said he would not run for re-election this fall but has rebuffed opposition demands that he step down immediately. Egyptian Vice President Omar Suleiman Sunday met representatives of the banned Muslim Brotherhood and discussed liberalizing the political environment.

Mr. Obama downplayed concerns that the Muslim Brotherhood could take power and install a government hostile to U.S. interests.

“I think that the Muslim Brotherhood is one faction in Egypt. They don’t have majority support in Egypt but they are well organized and there are strains of their ideology that are anti U.S., there is no doubt about it,” Mr. Obama said.

OBAMA: He’s been a good partner when it comes to the peace with Israel. There have been counterterrorism efforts that he’s been very supported of. But we’ve also said consistently said to him both publicly and privately is that trying to suppress your own people is something that is not sustainable. And part of the message that I think we’re seeing all around the world is, when you resort to suppression, when you resort to violence, that does not work.

O’REILLY: Yes, but it worked for 30 years. So, he had his run. But he knows a lot of bad things about us, rendition and all of that. And I’m sure you know that. So, I’m just worried that he might go off the reservation.

The Muslim Brotherhood, a great concern to a lot of people. Are they a threat to the USA?

OBAMA: I think that the Muslim Brotherhood is one faction in Egypt. They don’t have majority support in Egypt. They are —

    O’REILLY: Are they a threat?

OBAMA: But they are well-organized and there are strains of their ideology that are anti-U.S. There’s no doubt about it. But here’s the thing that we have to understand, there are a whole bunch of secular folks in Egypt, there are a whole bunch of educators and civil society in Egypt that wants to come to the fore as well. And it’s important for us not the say that our only two options are either the Muslim Brotherhood or a suppressed Egyptian people.

O’REILLY: But you don’t wan the Muslim Brotherhood…

OBAMA: What I want a representative government in Egypt. And I have confidence that if Egypt moves in an orderly transition process, that we will have a government in Egypt that we can work with together as a partner.

The Washington Times: Obama Administration: Room for Muslim Brotherhood in reformed Egyptian Kerry Picket Feb 1, 2011

Leave it to the Obama administration to let a trojan horse into the formation of a new Egyptian government. The Washington Times Editorial Page wrote on Tuesday:(bolding is mine)

Events in Egypt are being described as a “leaderless revolution,” but what that means is the best organized faction will take power. In this case, it’s the Muslim Brotherhood, the region’s oldest Islamic extremist movement, with deep roots in Egypt. The Muslim Brotherhood is the largest opposition bloc in the Egyptian parliament and is in talks with protest leader Mohamed ElBaradei to form a “national unity” government. On Monday, White House spokesman Robert Gibbs genuflected to the group, saying the Obama administration believes a new government “has to include a whole host of important nonsecular actors that give Egypt a strong chance to continue to be [a] stable and reliable partner.”

The Los Angeles Times later reported(bolding is mine)

Reporting from Washington — The Obama administration said for the first time that it supports a role for groups such as the Muslim Brotherhood, a banned Islamist organization, in a reformed Egyptian government.

The description below gives a detailed account as to what exactly the Muslim Brotherhood is all about.

YahooNews: Obama confident next Egypt government will be partner
Reuters – By Thomas Ferraro Feb 6, 2011

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Barack Obama said he was confident that an orderly political transition in Egypt would produce a government that will remain a U.S. partner.

In an interview with Fox News on Sunday, Obama also said the ideology of the banned Muslim Brotherhood, which is President Hosni Mubarak’s best organized opposition group, included anti-U.S. strains.

But the Brotherhood lacked majority support, he said.

“So it’s important for us not to say that our only two options are either the Muslim Brotherhood, or a suppressed Egyptian people,” he said.

An interesting parallel, as France falls, it proves to the rest of the world how evil the muslims are. They provide a prime example of exactly ‘what not to do’ while the rest of the world gears up to fight and hopefully defeat yet another evil. All the opportunity is there to nip it in the bud, but, once again, a cowardly group of “leaders” brought about the ultimate condition while the chance presented itself, then passed while evil gained ground and strength.

Thanks, Europe! You blew it again! Now…heeeeeeerrrr’s Barry! Who, just like FDR won’t countermand evil until it’s at his door, beating up his own kids. And even then, won’t confront it. Probably because, in this case, he’s not only comfortable with the enemy, he’s in fact one of them.

    Socialist Ex-President Rails Against Capitalism:

From the AP via Fox News:

Working class hero Lula says capitalism is dead

DAKAR, Senegal – Brazil’s first working class president and an icon of the downtrodden said Monday that the global financial crisis proves capitalism is broken.

Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva also said it was time for affluent countries to begin paying attention to nations like Senegal, ranked as one of the world’s poorest.

Working class president, that should remove any doubt as to which side the AP is on.

His speech marked the second day of the six-day World Social Forum, an annual counterpunch to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Counterpunch sure is a violent term. I though the chosen Won told the media to quit using fiery, vitriolic rhetoric.

“We can see it with the global financial crisis. We can see it with climate change and global warming,” said Morales, who in 2005 became the first leader to be elected from Bolivia’s indigenous majority. “The capitalism of today is a capitalism that no longer produces but just consumes.”

Just in case you forgot, the answer to global warming is a world-wide socialist government that is far more fair and equitable to the less developed nations. And speaking of developed, what was the last great technological, medical, or science break through produced by a socialist nation? Oh yeah, universal misery.

Critics of the forum say it has not effected real change in the 11 years since it started.

Iraci says the event is not meant to effect change, but rather to create a space to network and to share ideas for a new world.

Associated Press Writer Anne Look contributed to this report.

Convenient liberal thinking. We’re not responsible for accomplishing anything, so we cannot fail. We set out to accomplish nothing, and that’s exactly what happens. NOTHING. More whiners begging for a handout. time for affluent countries to begin paying attention to nations like Senegal, ranked as one of the world’s poorest. By paying attention, I assume he just means paying.

Can someone explain to me why your country being poor is my fault? Oh, yeah. That’s right. I’m white. And I’m American. And I have a job. what more explaination is there?

Shariah: The Threat to America Team B II Report

Center for Security Policy – September 13, 2010

at above link on report you can click on pdf to see entire report explaining how the Muslim Brotherhood is one of the most dangerous organizations in the U.S. (&world) today. It’s purpose is to impose Sharia Law. The chapter that goes into depth on the Koran’s scriptures to “lie” to the enemy; “smile” at the enemy is very telling on the muslims’s telling tales to the world. The report also says it’s inconceivable
that American’s leadership (Obama), DHS, federal law-enforcement are blind sighted. The report says it’s inconceivable that they do not see the physical danger. nor the danger of the unconstitutional law the muslims are winning at pushing in the U.S. & the entire world.

Remember the interview in the hay barn where Obama mentioned his “muslim faith” and the reporter pointed it out to him so he could correct it.

In Obama’s Hope 2006 book, he mentions his baptism was to show his willingness to learn about & question God. He wrote that he did when he realized he could continue to be the same person he was without changing. Obama told the world in Cairo the U.S. was a Muslim Nation. He can mumble he is a Christian. Attend church one day. Muslims do not believe Jesus was the son of God. That he was crucified on the cross (it was someone else as a trick) and did not rise from the dead. The Koran teaches that Jesus told Allah, he would never have claimed these untruths. The Koran says there is no Holy Spirit.
It must just blister Obama to say the word Christian in his simplistic as possible mouth movement.
And if he were to feed us a little more lip service, I’d have to think of his rooted muslim law that it is okay to lie to non-believers.

AP: Arab unrest complicates counterterrorism efforts
    Sept 6 2011
U.S. counterterrorism officials worry that continuing demonstrations in the Yemeni capital in Sana’a could lead the country’s security forces to focus more on protecting the government, giving breathing room to al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula, suspected in plots against the U.S. in recent months…

KARL ROVE: Head Snapping Hypocrisy From Reid and Obama On the Debt Ceiling

    By Karl Rove

Senator Majority Leader Harry Reid has recently attacked Republicans over the upcoming vote on raising the debt ceiling, saying, “We can’t back out on the money we owe the rest of the world. We can’t do as the Gingrich crowd did a few years ago, close the government.”

The problem is neither Senator Reid nor President Obama has any moral standing to lecture Republicans about the irresponsibility of voting against the debt ceiling, because unfortunately for them, they voted against raising the debt ceiling in 2006.

    At the time, Reid said:

“If my Republican friends believe that increasing our debt by almost $800 billion today and more than $3 trillion over the last five years is the right thing to do, they should be upfront about it. They should explain why they think more debt is good for the economy.

“How can the Republican majority in this Congress explain to their constituents that trillions of dollars in new debt is good for our economy? How can they explain that they think it’s fair to force our children, our grandchildren, our great grandchildren to finance this debt through higher taxes. That’s what it will have to be. Why is it right to increase our nation’s dependence on foreign creditors?

Let’s see if we can assist the Senate Majority Leader. In 2006, he said and voted one way; in 2011, he said and intends to vote the opposite way. That is known as (take your pick) hypocrisy, a double standard, or a head-snapping example of intellectual dishonesty.

  11. BannedbytheTaliban says:

I remain skeptical, but this could be the highlight of the Obama fiasco.

    From CNN:

Fannie and Freddie phase-out plan due

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — The Obama administration will issue a proposal later this week recommending the gradual elimination of government-sponsored mortgage backers Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, a White House official said Wednesday.

The highly-anticipated “white paper,” which is expected to be released Friday, will include three different options for reducing the role government plays in the mortgage market, the official said.

Now if they could just reduce the role of government in the general market, then maybe we could see some real recovery.

  12. TerryAnne says:

This is taking “you’ve got to be kidding me!” to a whole new level. Wonder if MyBelle’s insistence on skinny is driving any of this, hahaha! Or who exactly is getting this – those who all of a sudden have “health care”? The latter really wouldn’t surprise me. Or maybe just having a so-called vanity indicator isn’t so off considering our president.

It also proves just how shallow we have become.

    Plastic surgery in demand again
If the number of tummy tucks and other procedures is truly an economic indicator, good times are coming back.

Economic news alert: The number of cosmetic surgeries increased 5% last year — yet one more indication that the economy is on the mend. The number of breast augmentations, the procedure most in demand, totaled 296,000 in 2010. All told, 13.1 million body parts were altered.

The annual report from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons strongly suggests that people — namely women — are willing to spend again on expensive nonessentials. Traders and others who track the economy have taken note, Reuters reports.

“The pre-crisis trend of paying for a $6,000 to $7,000 breast augmentation operation on your credit card definitely changed in 2008 and 2009,” society president Dr. Phil Haeck told Reuters. “Now many people have paid down their debts and have enough confidence in the economy to pay for operations again.”

(Meanwhile, consumer debt increased by $6.1 billion in December, according to the Federal Reserve, the third straight monthly increase. Americans are also willing to use plastic again.)

This isn’t the first time plastic-surgery rates have caught the attention of those who study economic ups and downs. Carmen Nobel of MainStreet called it the “vanity indicator” — tracked by Millennium Research Group. Nobel wrote:

So-called “body contouring procedures” are heavily affected by economic factors, as are dental implant procedures, which are generally not covered by insurance claims. (Breast implant procedures and facelifts are only moderately affected by the economy, the firm reports.)

There are other weird economic indicators to keep an eye on, including:

The divorce indicator: The divorce rate dropped in part because real property to be divided wasn’t worth nearly as much, Nobel said.
The underwear indicator: Michael Brush wrote at MSN Money that former Federal Reserve chief Alan Greenspan “reasons that because hardly anyone actually sees a guy’s undies, they’re the first thing men stop buying when the economy tightens.”
The flesh indicator: It’s long been thought that hems go down in bad times, but apparently more than knees get covered up. “When the financial mess hit …, blouses began replacing halter tops, and midriffs started to vanish, observes Jeffrey Hirsch of the Stock Trader’s Almanac, which looks for seasonal and other patterns that traders can play,” Brush wrote.
The baby-making indicator: Nobel said the U.S. birth rate dropped from 4,315,000 in 2007 to 4,247,000 in 2008.
Then there’s what another plastic surgeon/blogger calls the Implant Index. Dr. Richard Baxter wrote in the fall of 2009: “Interestingly, while breast augmentation surged past liposuction to claim the number one spot in cosmetic surgery popularity despite economic woes last year, the implants seemed to be smaller after years of edging ever larger.”

He speculated that women who could still afford the procedure were opting for a more natural look, rather than flaunting their financial success when others were hurting. If the Implant Index “holds true, the ‘C’ cup economy is where we want to be,” he wrote.

    • Rusty Shackleford says:

The United States got the biggest and most expensive “boob job” in history in January of 2009.
