When we get overly morose about the recent direction of our country, we should remember that every system / process contains the seeds of its own destruction. In the case of the batty liberals who have siezed the reins of power, we should remember, among other things, that they are inherently amoral, and therefore, inherently corrupt. And that although it is easy enough argue that everything is relative, the fact is that as most people grow up and become adults, they learn that there are standards of behaviour that promote a civil society and stability in the culture.
