Obama’s meaning couldn’t be more clear: He has Muslims in his family (relatives on his father’s side) and he has lived in a Muslim-majority country (Indonesia). Anybody who pretends to not understand that has another agenda going — one without much intellectual integrity.

PR, he has the country’s best interests at heart according to him. But his world is vastly different than mine. I have a good idea of what he’s up to. I’m just amazed that he’s so brazen about it. And even more of so many who refuse to admit that their hero has some serious flaws. Perhaps our best voice will come from someone within his ranks who finally wakes up and sees the handwriting on the wall. After all, George Orwell was a big advocate for Joseph Stalin until he visited the Soviet Union and saw everything for what it really was. From then on he became a very outspoken critic of communism and it’s leaders.

You are presuming that he has the country’s best interests at heart, but is just mis-guided.

I’m not convinced of that. It might have been true of Carter, but not this guy.

And you don’t have to go all the way toward presuming he is actively sabotaging the country to have a reasonable question about his motives either

I think there is a strong possibility that he is willfully weakening the U.S. because he is convinced that the we are a danger to the world. That’s what many of the leftie loons think, and although he is good at misdirection, he probably belives it as well. I just don’t see any evidence that he thinks our traditions and self-rule are worth preserving. If he thought so, wouldn’t he say it once in a while?

Obama is only trying to appease the aggressors of our world in the vain hope that they’ll leave us alone. I wonder if somehow this man is an indirect descendant of that other notorious appeaser Neville Chamberlain. Where are the Winston Churchill’s of our time? I can only pray that America wakes up from it’s hypnotic stupor votes the man out, first starting with the mid-term elections. The checks and balances of our government are no good if one party controls all three branches. I know in my heart that this is something our founding fathers didn’t want.
