I'm already seeing it where I never expected to - down the spine of the president.
I never in a million years thought that I'd see such an absolute craven coward in charge of the U.S..
I recently read a column by Greg Lewis asking if we'd elected a Beta Male as president.
The column described a Beta Male as one who - "genuflects, crouches, tucks his tail, and may even end up on his back, exposing his neck in acquiescence, making sure the alpha male knows he has no intention of challenging him." - a perfect definition of the yellow coward who is now president.
Worse yet is Mr. Lewis' contention that "It's the height of folly to think that other nations won't be doing everything they can to make President Obama their b**h" (rhymes with "rich").
Unless the Republicans can grow a set in the next year and regain control of congress the United States as a world power will be nothing more than a distant memory.

Thanks, Z.

And if that isn't the picture of cheery optimism, I don't know what is.

"Quick question (and back to impugning myself): are they Hanes Beefy-T’s? Gotta have thick t-shirts - nothing else ages the same…"

I don't know if they are "Beefy Ts." They are Hanes Authentic Tagless T-Shirts.

They feel quite substantial and beefy to me.

(And of course you can always return them, if you are unsatisfied.)

Hey, 2 years ago we repainted the bedroom to a color a shade brighter than that "mimosa" they are promoting now.

Mind you, choosing that color was an expression of our mood at that time (and still is; we trully feel blessed to have one another), we did not choose it because we needed a mood lift or something to raise our spirits.

It is superstitious to think that painting rooms yellow or wearing yellow clothes will make anyone happy.

Count your blessings, be grateful and thank God for what you have, put your trust in Him and you will feel happy and warm in a blackest room. And those around you will feel that too.

So now you know who started the trend :)

I'm surprised. The article mentions mimosa and it wasn't cross posted at 'Get Drunk etc'?

Someone has been '<i>hoping</i>' a little too much ;-)

The MSM proved what they set out to do: That they still have the power to shape and mold public opinion, and the power to make or break Presidents. But they've gone too far when they start telling me what colors mean what, and what attitude and optimism those colors are supposed to engender. They're setting us up, preparing us to have a positive reaction to PE Obama's screwups as they start unfolding. Thankfully, I'm not one of the sheeples the MSM can still influence. I just hope their collapse is hastened, before the coming mid-terms. Time to take the country back from a bunch of power mad media elitists who completely sacrificed their "public watchdog" aura in favor of political action and power madness.

"she did run, did she get over twenty three votes?"

Cindy actually came in second -- ahead of the Republican.

Which tells you a lot about SF.

I'm confused....was she actually on the ballot, and lost to the plastic fantastic? I thought she was running in 10....and, if she did run, did she get over twenty three votes?

The t-shirt looks pretty good close-up. I'll have to order one in the morning. I get contracted by Maryland's state government sometimes so I think I'll wear it when I visit Annapolis.
