Heck, Sutter or Souter or however he spelled his name was a total flop. Many seem to think she's "pro life". I don't think the messiah would have nominated her if he thought she was. True, she did follow the letter of the law in the "feet away" that pro-life people can protest but that doesn't show me anything. Heck, Pelosi, Kennnedy, Kerry, Seibelius, et.al. are all Catholic and you don't get anymore pro-death than that rogues gallery. I will give her the same chance as I give every other SCJ.
