The private citizen Rush Limbaugh is paying for the upkeep of that floor, with the money he works for. She stood their on the taxpayer's dime, encouraging the NFL, to not allow Rush Limbaugh to invest in a sports team. George Soros was stealing from the Hungarian Jews, while they were being taken to Concentration camps, in the 1940's at the age of 14. For a long time now, the leftists in this country have been using bully tactics against concervatives whether they are private citizens, or conservative members of Congress. Conservatives don't really like using sleazy tactics, but there comes a time, when the only thing that will work is mirroring their behavior. If you want someone to stop something, mirror their behavior. If they're going to dish it out, they damn well better learn to take it. I don't like it either, and in a perfect world, no one would bully, but if a bully is going to strike, he better be prepared to be struck back.
