Suntanned Women To Be Arrested In Iran

From the UK’s Telegraph:

Suntanned women to be arrested under Islamic dress code

Iran has warned suntanned women and girls who looked like "walking mannequins" will be arrested as part of a new drive to enforce the Islamic dress code.

Brig Hossien Sajedinia, Tehran’s police chief, said a national crackdown on opposition sympathisers would be extended to women who have been deemed to be violating the spirit of Islamic laws. He said: "The public expects us to act firmly and swiftly if we see any social misbehaviour by women, and men, who defy our Islamic values. In some areas of north Tehran we can see many suntanned women and young girls who look like walking mannequins.

"We are not going to tolerate this situation and will first warn those found in this manner and then arrest and imprison them."

Iran’s Islamic leadership has in recent weeks launched a scaremongering campaign to persuade the population that vice is sweeping the streets of the capital. National law stipulates that women wear headscarves and shape shrouding cloaks but many women, particularly in the capital, spend heavily on fashions that barely adhere to the regulations.

The announcement came shortly after Ayatollah Kazim Sadighi, a leading cleric, warned that women who dressed immodestly disturbed young men and the consequent agitation caused earthquakes.

Another preacher warned Tehran’s citizens to flee before the inevitable punishment for flagrant behaviour was visited on the city.

"Go on the streets and repent for your sins," Ayatollah Aziz Khoshvaqt, one of the country’s highest clerics, told worshippers during a recent sermon in northern Tehran. "A holy torment is upon us. Leave town."

Couldn’t they just slap a tax on tanning beds and call it a day?

Still, besides being a shade intolerant and sexist, isn’t it also ‘profiling’?

Where is the outrage from our guardians in the media and of course those champions of women’s rights at NOW?

Where are the boycotts?

Just kidding, of course. Even the women of Code Pink have gone into business with Iran.

Of course they are just following the timeless adage that says: the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

Ayatollah perverts are just using the suntans excuse to see the Iranian women naked. They women will be punished by rape and released.

And our “undocumented workers” feel so mistreated!

But Iran is not Western. Thus it does not qualify for inclusion into the “Western hegemony” hate list.

The corpses of dissenters in Iran have nothing on the people organizing for Acorn and La Raza. Only the later are the victims of an unjust government.

Since the left despises what remains of my country, it’s no surprise they side with Iran.

Thus the mullahs can preach for crackdowns on dissenter, the parliament can vote to execute ex-Muslims, prison guards can rape women before execution, and any number of people can be abused, tortured, or killed. It’s all good.

If every time a man is aroused an earthquake occurs, then I’m afraid I’m responsible for Haiti, y ‘all. See, there’s this woman I work with, and every time she walks past….

On a more serious note, we need to get some kind of underground railroad goin’ in countries like this. Get these women over to the West where they can meet some real men.

I have no comment on whether this woman is responsible for the death of any kittens.

I wonder what the % of woman have RICKETS in some of these Islamic countries?

Being sheltered in a house with painted windows, and then covered head to toe outdoors must lead to some health problems there. Not only that, but babies who breastfeed from women with low vitamin D are at risk as well.
