Thus, as early as 1794 the US Congress was using public funds for the general welfare. Enumerating limited rights the people have which protects Government from the people. A constitution that establishes government as master and provider, the way Obama would like to have it. Our Constitution grants nothing, it guarantees our inalienable rights that are numerous and without exception, and a republican form of government which is limited and conditional… A government of enumerated powers where the people are the master and government is the servant. Our constitution is the supreme law of the land where government is accountable to the people and God. The general Government does not ensure fairness or protection. Our Constitution does!.. Our Constitution protects us FROM government! It protects and guarantees our rights & freedoms to succeed or fail… FROM government! It protects and guarantees our individualism, and our freedom to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness… FROM government and not allow it to interfere in our everyday lives.
