The Greatest Hoax by James Inhofe

OK Republican Senator James Inhofe on the environmental committee as well as military defense committee has a new book.

I am really excited about this as his proving corrupt lying Scientists and the hoax of global warming barely made the news.

Will the schools give the children a chance to read this book?
Inhofe was Hannity and did a good job and said if he drilled domestically we’d lower gas to $2.00 overnight. And he’s right. Those darn Middle-Eastern Countries would come down so quick in price.
Meanwhile we can work on alternatives.

I think Inhofe is one of the most intelligent experienced politicians in this country and think he would make a great VP.

The Noxious Gas of Mordor (cont’d): ” “Reports of a really bad odor blanketing the metro area have been reported from downtown D.C. to Fairfax County to Oxon Hill!” (h/t Insty)

The white trees clued me to ornamental pear trees, and the video mentioned pear trees.

They never produce pears, it’s the flowers.

There are trees not made to have long life spans, but planted for looks. These painful trees shed smelling stuff all year long, and when they are ready to die, they stink.

The popular planting of the trees comes to the point, often at the trunk a twisted branch not cut while young.

My town had the same smelly problem and one year in a matter of 2 little storms, every pear tree split fell apart. Big clean up mess.

And now it’s several years of taking down a breed of pine trees that are not native and never should have been planted that are all dying, and we are hiring out of state workers.

      You can’t fool mother nature.

      …or..Smell began Thursday?

The White Houses “America’s Backyard” theme bonanza Thur. may have caused the smell, since they are the only one’s pretending not to smell it.

…or the Sudan embassy & people in D.C. may have released a chemical after they were protested.

      Seriously, get ready for “timber!!!!”

“Christopher Wood has this theory, ‘a lot of trees have an odor that attracts flies and other insects. The bugs think they’ve found decomposing flesh…but they’ve really been tricked into pollinating the tree.'”

Explains why Liberals were attracted to them.

Hopefully the US Economy is half as crafty as Nature’s God.

I never smelled anything out of the ordinary here the past few days. I live 7 miles from Downtown DC, so I would have noticed it.

The pear trees and Cherry Blossoms have exploded quickly this year, so that could be it. It may also be all of the work on the poop plant (DC Water) combined with the warmer temperatures. That thing is habitually noxious. Then there is the Potomac River, which is horribly polluted; same with the Anacostia River.

We’ve had a mild winter (hooray!), so it’s likely just that things (i.e. bacteria or other organisms) didn’t die off like they normally do and are causing decomposition smells.

Forgive my theatrics TA, I’m a sucker for a good metaphor and myth. The myth being that D.C. geographically isn’t really a swamp. It’s quite beautiful. Leviathan and the Congresscritters are the stinkers.

No biggie. It was funny. :)

Mark Steyn: Obama’s History Lesson (h/t Ace)

So let’s see. The president sneers at the ignorance of 15th-century Spaniards, when in fact he is the one entirely ignorant of them. A man who has enjoyed a million dollars of elite education yet has never created a dime of wealth in his life sneers at a crippled farm boy with an eighth-grade schooling who establishes a successful business and introduces electrical distribution across Michigan all the way up to Sault Ste. Marie. A man who sneers at one of the pioneering women in broadcasting, a lady who brought the voices of T. S. Eliot, G. K. Chesterton, and others into the farthest-flung classrooms and would surely have rejected Obama’s own dismal speech as being too obviously reliant on “Half-a-Dozen Surefire Cheap Cracks for Lazy Public Speakers.” A man whose own budget officials predict the collapse of the entire U.S. economy by 2027 sneers at a solvent predecessor for being insufficiently “forward-looking.”

No, no, Mark. That’s the traditional white Supremacist review of history.

  4. Tater Salad says:

The Barack Obama BS film, narrated by the BS artist Tom Hanks was brought out at this time to distract from what was really happening behind the scenes at the White House:

The President has now taken the huge step towards complete control of our nation, our government and its resources with a new Executive Order on March 16th. 2012. Called the “National Defense Resources Preparedness Order” it is nothing short of being Martial Law being imposed upon us. If and when Israel decides to arrack Iran, Barack Obama will use this executive order to gain complete control of government and render Congress useless. Make no mistake.

What is being done to stop this madness of the President and communist abilities by controlling Congress and rendering it “mute”?

    • canary says:

Yes, Obama wants a big disaster for America to absorb. He continues to go around Congress in giving military aid to other countries. I doubt the Occupiers have been added to the Threat list.

Strange Russia media posted the arrests and reasons of the WSO’s and there is a lot of eye-awakening dangerous criminal acts going on at these protests that our own media isn’t reporting.

Accused Rapist Not a Spokesperson, Member, or Volunteer for Original San Diego Tea Party Organizers, So Cal Tax Revolt Coalition (h/t gatewaypundit)

So Cal Tax Revolt Coalition (SCTRC) is the original home and organizers of San Diego tea party events and activism, including the first local tea party on February 27th, 2009, annual Tax Day Tea Parties, and over 40 rallies, protests, petition drives, film screenings, and educational seminars.

We are not affiliated with, nor have we worked with the newer organization titled “San Diego Tea Party.” We are not familiar with self-proclaimed “spokesperson” for that organization, Michael John Kobulnicky of Lemon Grove. He has never been an organizer, speaker, or volunteer for our company or events. We do not know what his actual involvement is with the other tea party organization. We are not familiar with the Mission Valley Tea Party that Kobulnicky reported to have founded.

I knew something was fishy when the first response on Twitter from every OG TP organization here was that they’d never heard of him.

    • Rusty Shackleford says:

Most likely this is an organized effort to supply bad press to the legit Tea Party. It’s not trademarked or copyrighted in any way that I know of so, anyone can call themselves “Tea Party” then go about a spate of extremely bad behavior and the news (of course) will pick it up as a “See, toldja” kind of thing.

In one way, I would have to consider the tactic quite clever. But in another way, it most likely will backfire as America has been watching the occupy idjits and their particular brand of behavior, they largely know that the real Tea Party people are normally middle-class types who understand and have manners, character and class and clean up after themselves, etc.

So, it’s probably intended to be a ruse and false front for the left to call themselves tea-party so the news will pick up on it when they burn things down and spew hate all over the place.

    • tranquil.night says:

Well our media masters didn’t miss the beat, that’s for sure. But as you said, the Tea Parties regulate themselves. They strive to live what they protest for.

Forgot to post the link to the press release: http://www.socaltaxrevoltcoalition.org/18.html

Signed by the “leaders” of the coalition, inasmuch as the TPs recognize such titles for organizational necessity.

“So Cal Tax Revolt Coalition is an organization founded and run by women”

      Another #narrativefail for them.

I’ve put the knock on Ann Coulter for her blatant acts of Romney adoration but credit where credit is due. IIf she can forget her crush on Romney for a minute, she’s still got the old chutzpah. Her latest column on this Fluke situation and the soc-called ‘war on women’ is a masterpiece … “In full indignation, Fluke said her critics were trying “to silence women’s voices.” She said this on ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, NPR and a number of other national media outlets”. Brilliant!

    • Rusty Shackleford says:

Though it’s true that cynical people often lack cynicism in critical areas or at critical times, Ann does have a way of excoriating those women who portray themselves as victims.

Her Romney-crush is confusing as many have noted. Nobody’s perfect and I don’t look to her to tell me how to think anyhow. On the other hand, a Romney administration would still be light years better than this sad pathetic after-school-special version we have now.
