MEME OF THE DECADE: “All Unconstitutional things the government does, stops terrorism.”….and you do want to stop terrorism don’t you? Well then, it’s settled.

Remember when WATERBOARDING was the debate of the day? Yep. Stopped terrorism, and democrats hated it! Patriot Act? Stops terrorism.
NOW, having the government spy on everything you do…yep! Stops terrorism. And democrats love it!

LATEST MEME: “If we had the government sucking in every bit of internet data on 911, we wouldn’t have had 911!”
-Uh huh. And if the FBI would have acted on the simple tip that Arab men were learning to fly airplanes with no interest in landing, we wouldn’t have had 911 either. Or if the government wouldn’t have such a lenient immigration policy and a strong deportation policy, we wouldn’t have had 911 either, or Uncle Omar / Aunt Zeituni.

And if the FBI / CIA had listened to Russia, no less than 4 times, we wouldn’t have had the Boston attack either.

All this data mining doesn’t stop government indifference and stupidity.

Republican Congressman: “I don’t mind having a government camera up my butt! I have nothing to hide! Those that are guilty have something to hide!”
—Um, you have the right to demand privacy whether you have something to hide or not. The 4th Amendment doesn’t have an addendum stating, “The 4th Amendment is null and void if the government wants to prove you are not up to something.”

The actual new meme in power-circles in Washington, Wall Street and Silicon Valley is – Convenience, Privacy, Security – pick two.. The real power players and the minions who write their opinions and do their research and hash out policy in offices and emails and saloons are batting that meme around like it’s both a hot potato and the Golden Egg. I know the guy who invented the phrase. He coined it to warn about the dangers forthcoming in a data driven information age.

Washington Power Elites are using it to draw a noose around us.

The marketing of another LIBERAL Bush family member started last year and is getting louder. If Republicans are going to block any attempt by a Conservative getting the 2016 nomination, they have to push and waste money on every liberal candidate now, to muddy and pollute the waters for later.

#1 goal of the Republican party is to ensure that the liberal wins no matter what party he/she is in. Big government, dominating control, and trillions of $ are at stake, for the Big Government Party. Everyone wins when the liberal wins! Foreign military adventurism, big welfare/entitlement spending, earmarks for the voters back home, cushy jobs for donors, pretending to cat-fight with the others side so that the stupid people will fill up the re-election coffers (won’t you please send $5, $10, $25 so that _________ can stop ________ from happening?).

A conservative wins, and what fun is that? Big bloated departments are shut down so that no one can appoint their donors to desk jobs! The tap is shut off, and voters can’t get appeased. Foreign aid stops, so we can’t appease our welfare countries and continents.
Naw, Conservatism is NOT FUN FOR ANYONE. The era of Reagan is over simply because they never liked him and his policies in the first place.

Keep tabs on how often the Republican party tries to FORCE Jeb Bush down our throats.
Oooo, what a stick in the eye to the democrats if we nominate him!
He has a Hispanic wife, we need the Hispanic vote!
He speaks Spanish, we need the Hispanic vote!
He was governor of Florida, we need that state!

Don’t give Karl Rove too much credit. Bush Jr beat the robot Al Gore after the scandal-ridden presidency of Clinton, then he beat “zero charisma” John Kerry.
McCain was an awful, awful candidate, and Romney had every reason to win 2012, and didn’t.

Scientist trying to save disease spreading infected parrot in South Africa because it’s good for the environment? Number one reason is because it’s pretty.

I think these idiots would bring man-eating dinosaurs back if they could.
