You see it was the size of our planet that causes people to be inhuman that is why the crime rate is so much lower in places like cities where people are more connected.

The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works — whether it helps families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified.

How would one categorize a government that did everything but wipe the noses of it’s citizens, seems like that would fall under the title “big!”

You need to qualify the ‘others’ when speaking about incomes. Liberals don’t want to control the incomes of professional athletes, Hollywood celebs, rock and rap stars, politicians and last but not least other liberals. Everyone else isn’t smart enough to be able to spend their money correctly anyway, so why let them have too much.

Hmm… Just picking up on the “health care” theme. Here’s a thought, catostrophic health insurance with a $4,000-$5,000 deductable runs just under $50 per month (That’s $600 per year – so even a democrat can afford it), so with around $4000 in the bank and $600 per year cost, the health care crisis is solved! (Sounds a little like a certain republican proposal I know of)

So I’m not sure where the “crisis” in health care insurance is, or why we need to “fix” it by socializing medical care, but then I’m not a liberal and don’t get my self esteem from running other peoples lives and controlling their incomes.

Nothing was actually said or stood out, just more empty and confusing promises to the masses of asses who NEED to be told what to do and how to feel.

Yet, it will be considered a “great speech” and will be compared ad nauseum to aforementioned inauguration speeches of the past.
