Our "leadership" has created a monster through the years. By encouraging non-productiveness we now have many generations of individuals who have no idea what self sufficiency and responsibility is, and who know nothing more than living off "uncle sugar". Rather than enforce requirements of some type of positive behavior for assistance (like work of some kind), our "gubmint" has rewarded negative behavior, psychologically conditioning these types to rely on others for their existence. The problem is that there is no way to reverse the trend without anarchy. Try taking "benefits" away from this class and they will be in your neighborhoods taking what you have by force and violence.
