After all, Coleman led after the original recount. Only after adding previously excluded absentee ballots – deemed wrongfully excluded due to human errors – did Frankfurter take the lead.

Coleman should fight this travesty all the way to the US Supreme court.

I can not understand why the residents of MN are not screaming for this crappola to stop – how anyone on either side does not realize that in the end – every single legal voter/citizen loses when an election is stolen or fraudulent is beyond me. Just because ‘your’ guy wins this time – does not mean that the next time your side will be the victim.

I do think however, that the whole selected not elected and stolen election screed for the 8 years of Bush was to numb everyone into a stupor so that they could actually steal and election – and look what we got – Dumb and Dumber – Obama and Franken.

Of course if they weren’t so damn busy teaching the Liberal version of tolerance and maybe gave a few civics lessons – more people would give a damn.

The BS that has gone on is over the top. From the start of the challenge, the premise(s) were seriously flawed.

For example, if the polls followed prescribed closing procedures and ballot handling, there is NO way for boxes of ballots turning up in somebody’s car trunk weeks after the election that JUST HAPPENED to have thousands of votes for liberal al, and 1 or 2 for Coleman.

And then, for any court to allow those “just found” ballots (that were outside of any prudent and proper custody) to be allowed is potentially diabolical.

IF those ballots were genuine, their absence should’ve been recognized when the ballots were turned in. ALL counts HAVE TO BALANCE at the poll, and again when they’re received/returned.

And it goes on from there.

If this vote goes to lib al (and it seems likely it will), an election will have been stolen.

And there are many, like the dead voters in Minnesotta, who choose a different path, a path of hope and change.

For those of you, unlike Odie, who choose a new day, just remember this….despite the threats and intimidation of those who dare to deprive our sacred ancestors of their right to vote…..always remember to stand with me and say “Yes they did! Yes they did!! Yes they did!!!”

Whether paper or electronic – numbers are associated for each vote as a data entry point. By comparing the signed log – you can match up what that person voted for. Now of course – its tricky because a vote should be secret – but in cases like this – gag orders and rules for those “alive” can be implemented – but it can be flushed out through 1 to 1 matching of the person and number on the vote roll. Each district has its own accountancy, which is then officiated, approved and sent off to the state. If, lets say District 1 representing 24,658 votes is tallied – you can go through each voting precinct (school, church, etc) and do a comparison to ensure validity that John Doe, registered in that district, voted in the proper precinct, logged and associated with said number on the “sign in” log.

Fraud occurs in every election – and the only way to know this – is because there is a system in place to catch it. The tired excuse of “long hours, understaffed errors” is pure BS. Remember – both Dems and Reps lined up a few thousand lawyers on the eve of the 2008 election – at a high cost. Instead, that cost could be used for training poll workers (roughly 1.8M short in America). Add in early voting in most states – the “next day tallying” isnt as bad as a high election turnout used to be. Of course the Cloward – Piven tactic is in play here, hence the “long , tired hours” excuse. It also is why the faux “outrage” over Diebold and electronic voting was mustered up with scare tactics after the 2000 election. Electronic voting and data is much more accurate than paper – as to fraud – but the nutroots leveraged “no receipt” as the problem. Ironically – electronic voting uses TCP/IP tech – which is the backbone of our ATM banking systems…. and guess what – banks have been converting from “humans” to “electronic” means of deposit and withdrawl to minimize theft and fraud of human tellers and bank employees.

I have more faith in a piece of software, with a receipt – than a partisian hack of a vote tallyer, lawyer and MSM pouring through the offices.

Lets remember – the whole 2000 Florida fiasco began with reporters combing the post voting precincts and stating, not asking, older folks if “they knew who they voted for because chads were an issue”. It was an intentional strawman, based on the deviance from exit polls, whcih we know – the media can be off as much as 20-30% and btw – is far more illegal and intrusive if you ask me. But again – 2 New Black Panther thugs can hold a bat at a polling place, threaten a camera man filming it, claiming he is “security” – and walk away scot free..
