Time To Be Measured: Before/After Obama
From a similarly awe-struck Associated Press:
Spike Lee takes Jackson to task for Obama comments
By LYNN ELBER
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (AP) — Spike Lee says the Rev. Jesse Jackson’s crudely phrased criticism of Barack Obama won’t affect the Democrat’s campaign, which the filmmaker expects to succeed at bringing "seismic" change to the world.
"I don’t think his (Jackson’s) comments help anybody. It’s just unfortunate," Lee said after taking part in a Television Critics Association panel.
Lee predicted Obama would be elected in November.
"When that happens, it will change everything. … You’ll have to measure time by `Before Obama’ and `After Obama,’" Lee said during the panel. "It’s an exciting time to be alive now."
The presidency of the first African-American will ripple throughout arts, sports and more, said Lee, whose films include "Malcolm X" and "Do the Right Thing."
"Everything’s going to be affected by this seismic change in the universe," he said…
Of course such talk is hilarious.
But also deeply creepy.

It would be nice if Spike would give us his point of view from his jail cell. Have fun.

Ahh, little Spikie…
Just another Obamessiah groupie, prognosticating the Great Nexis of the
nationworlduniverse. But why stop there? It’s never stopped Spikie before - history has never been a strong point for little Spikie.I can’t imagine that Spikie and the rest of the deluded morass wouldn’t proclaim that Obama will even change Heaven, and dethrone God. Oh wait, liberals believe that God has been dethroned anyway - sorry, Obama, you can’t change that. Of course, he could pull an Algore and claim credit…

“Everything’s going to be affected by this seismic change in the universe,” he said…”
Let’s see, first BO is the savior that is going to “change” America, then he was self annointed to “change” the World and now it is the Universe. Wow! He is going to be a very busy man.

I hope that these people will keep talking like this - because I know damn well if it were a white person saying this stuff - it would be front page news with the word crazy in the headline.
I can imagine the riots/blowback if the Obamanation is not elected - Which will just go to show that race was the real issue.
Personally I don’t care - let them act like children and declare him able to cure all things - Intelligent people can look to Detroit (or Chicago, NYC) to see what happens when it is about race and given our times - letting this inexperienced, vapid, Typical Political Person into the most powerful position in the World - is a disaster in the making.
I can’t believe that I’m rooting for Her Royal Clinton to retake the Dem Party next month - a twofer for me - get rid of the Obamanation and give me someone to vote for so the McAmnesty doesn’t win.

Yea…
And if he LOSES?
Then what happens to the universe!

And don’t tell me these guys don’t think Obama’s the second coming of Christ or god-incarnate or anything.
Man, if he loses, they’ll mourn for months. Or the next four years…

Golfman - according to Robert Redford (D-Hollyweird) it will be the end of the Democrat Party.
Redford said that Obamanation is exactly what Washington needs - change - (explain to me how someone who voted Present - because that is the way it is done when you don’t agree with a bill and who voted 97% with his party on bills is any sort of change at all?

Who? Oh, yeah - the guy with the glasses. The hyperbole is way off the meter…
So, is it going to be 1 A.O. (Anno Obamae)?
(Yes, I realize that ‘-ae’ is first declension genitive feminine, but what the heck: if JJ cuts off his knutz, it will be gender appropriate.)
