Tire Slashing “War Protester” Charged In WA
From Washington State’s Kitsap Sun:
Tire Slashing War Protestor Charged with Felony
By Brynn Grimley
Monday, July 30, 2007PORT ORCHARD - The 19-year-old Bremerton man who slashed 42 government tires in retaliation of the Iraq war was charged with a Class B felony Monday in Kitsap County Superior Court.
Jason C. Chavez, currently a student at a Colorado college, was charged with first degree malicious mischief for causing more than $4,200 worth of damage to 13 government service vehicles that were parked in front of the U.S. Army recruiting business in Silverdale…
Just after midnight on July 29 Chavez was seen slashing tires in the parking lot along the 2800 block of Bucklin Hill Road. Witnesses called 911 to report a man dressed in black was slashing tires in front of the Army recruiting office with a knife.
When deputies arrived Chavez ran, then stopped near the Staples building across the parking lot and put his hands in the air. At the time he dropped a butterfly knife from his pocket, according to Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office reports.
When deputies arrested him, Chavez asked “is this the time where I can confess?” He proceeded to tell deputies he specifically identified government cars and slashed the tires because he “hated the military and the government and the war we were in,” according to reports…
When Chavez was arrested Sunday deputies smelled alcohol and asked him to take a portable breath test. He complied and blew a 0.168, more than double the legal driving limit.
Chavez told deputies he would have slashed the tires, sober or not, according to the report.
He also said if he was in Iraq he would kill everyone fighting on the American side, adding that he believed the actions of the government were “unjust and wrong.”
At the time he was taken to Kitsap County jail, where he is still being held on $10,000 bail. If found guilty Chavez could face a maximum penalty of up to 10 years in prison and/or a $20,000 fine.
This is what they are being taught by their Churchillian-like (Ward) teachers.
By the way, it’s probably time to update that fine, which goes back to the Espionage Act Of 1917:
Whoever, when the United States is at war, shall wilfully… obstruct the recruiting or enlistment service of the United States, to the injury of the service or of the United States, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than twenty years, or both.
Accounting for inflation, the fine should be close to a million dollars now.

Time to make an example of this guy. So he’s attacking government property AND saying he would “kill everyone on the American side”, eh?
That’s treason.
But of course, nobody in power will do the neccesary thing and string him up. Nobody in our country has the chutzpah to actually DO anything about any of these bugs.

Sounds more like active treason to me. Hang the b***tard and get it over with.

That POS just made a direct death threat against my son. Drop his sorry ass off at my house. He will not be breathing very long afterwards.
July 31st, 2007 at 6:07 pm
Have him share his cell with Conyers.
July 31st, 2007 at 7:22 pm
1stto, that POS also poses a death threat against my kid who’s been in the sandbox since September 2006. I think the sentencing judge should mandate the perp to wear an oversized international orange Arabic scripted “Eat Pork and Abort Islam’s Babies” T-shirt and have him dropped off in Sadr City to experience the love of the locals he claims to be protecting.

You can add my soon to be son-in-law - to the list of those in the sandbox. Ever notice how these people go on and on how awful, violent and hateful the military is - yet they see nothing wrong with the real awful, violent and hateful things that they do (not that this moron probably pays taxes but it is everyone’s tax dollars he just wasted) and say? It is ok to want to kill your fellow citizens because you THINK that they are doing the Wrong thing?!? But I bet this same moron led the local “Free Tookie WIlliams” protest. And is an avid abortion, oops woman’s choice advocate.
And they don’t get it. . .Ever.

I will send two cartons of cigarettes to any one that sodomizes this guy.
July 31st, 2007 at 8:48 pm
DEZ, I’ll see your two cartons of smokes and raise a box of cigars.
July 31st, 2007 at 8:53 pm
LOL, I’ll match that Sharps.
July 31st, 2007 at 9:33 pm
I’ll see that and raise a bottle of good sippin’ whiskey. Got a young friend in the sandbox now.

Dont worry, this poster child for moronic stupidity will soon be in the coveted “anus of the week” club at the local gray bar hotel. I do remember about a guy who offered ten thousand dollars to the family of any “never get out no matter what lifer” to kill the man who had raped and killed his little boy. It worked too, and even though he was charged with murder for hire or something like that, he was aquitted. It would be nice to know that a couple of cartons of Chesterfields and Kools would enlarge jerk off’s fecal starfish for decades. Yeah, something to think about to rid my mind of Helen Thomas in a see through. Hell, I wouldnt want to see her in a burkah…knowing what lies beneath. She has, however, done wonders making burlap an accepted cocktail party fabric.

True SJ, Helen Thomas would make an iron mask accepted party regalia.

She isnt just ugly DEZ……I would drink hot lead out of a funnel to destroy my ability to breathe if it meant not having to see her naked. I dont like her style…she is out of style. Rude, arrogant, insensitive, and downright ugly.
July 31st, 2007 at 10:16 pm
Helen Thomas would make Hugh Hefner turn gay!
July 31st, 2007 at 10:45 pm
Helen Thomas has the rugged good looks of a horny toad with lipstick.
SJ is right, She isn’t just ugly, She is fugly.
Her inner beauty has surfaced, And that’s as good as she gets folks.
But Chavez junior here deserves her hot putrid breath blowing in his face as she says I want you now.
And when she pulls the stockings from her unshaven legs and it sounds like Velcro being ripped apart.
And when she tosses her panties across the room and they stick to the wall with a disgusting smack.
I hope she asks him who’s your daddy now.

Actually, the $10,000 fine would be $178,727.49 adjusted to inflation based from 1917 to 2006. I say we charge him per-tire. Or make him join Code Pink.

What a little sh!t.
Where this happened is almost in my front yard! I don’t know how Port Orchard got into it. Doesn’t really matter.
I was parked almost infront of those recruiters a couple of days ago getting Pho at a really good little take out place next door. I get seed and treats for my bird feeders next door on the other side of them. RRRRRR!
I think I’ll take them some donuts or flowers or something just to tell them I think their great. I would like to kick that CS llittle punks butt. If only there would be something left over when 1st and Sharps get done with him.

and the local bedwetter commie pinkos are protesting that he is being “lumped in” with the serious anti war protestors (ie, them);
Markel whines to the editors;
“Taking this young person’s comments seriously with a blood alcohol of .168 is a mistake. There are a lot of people angry about the war in Iraq around, but who don’t act this way. Intoxication has a way of promoting criminal activity, and this issue is more to the point than this person’s “antiwar” statements. Treating this issue as an “antiwar” action in anyway is a disservice to serious protesters and minimizes the damage misuse of alcohol and drugs can do to a person and community.”
Hello Markel, he’s lumped in with you because he is one of you cowardly, treasonous, bottomfeeders.
August 1st, 2007 at 7:47 am
No, treating this as an anti-war action joins it with the thousands of other acts of vandalism, assault and slander that the anti-war movement is made of.
Other anti-America protestors (those who don’t just hope the media will bury it) will try to tell us that this is a small embarrassment to the mainstream.
Crap like this is mainstream liberalism.

You know what gets me - Pelosi, Reid et al - are all screeding about the evil bushitlerburtonco’s ‘violations’ of the Constitution (which when the left is ‘deciding’ on it - is a living, ever changing document) - well Article 3, Section 3 - states -
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. . .
So I guess they are (like their refusal to allow the President Article 2, Section 2 - Commander-in-Chief War Powers) - simply picking and chosing what parts of the Constitution that they ‘deem’ worth distorting and twisting to serve their purposes.
Vote Anything but Democrat in 2008 - Save America.

Hey, wait just a sec….
Ain’t that 42 counts of attempted murder?

Its one thing to say you don’t like the war and you don’t support it but you do the troops, thats fine with me because its your right to free speech. Saying you want to kill americans over there and destroy the property of others because you don’t like something is a few things; one is childish, grow up. and the second is treason. I have a couple of friends from high school over there in the marine corps getting shot so a twerp can sit at home and whine how the world isn’t following his whims. I also know people from my college that have friends over there and have family members over there and it really pissed me off. Of course my college has about 1500 students and is a profession school, being a pharmacy school, next door to us is a liberal arts college and there have nearly been some fights in our cafeteria the other school uses when their students start trying to protest and disrupt our classes and a support the troops event we had. A small group of their students tried to trash a recruiting booth for the armed services during a career faire/headhunting event for our college becuase we, as pharmacy students didn’t have the balls to protest the war and its unfair aims. Thankfully the security guards bounced them right out of there, apparently the college president recieved an apology letter from the other college for the behavior of the group, still hasn’t stopped them from realizing that we own the cafeteria building with its lecture halls so therefore we don’t like it when people try and stage protests that interupt our day, almost all our school seems to be republican in leaning or some right leaning.
