Surrender!

Forgive me if I go off on a tangent for a second, but it’ll make sense. I keep thinking of that “scientific study” done last summer that said conservatives were more fearful than liberals, which got plenty of hoopla. The study was based on wiring people up to test their responses to various pictures. The pictures were of normal things like flowers and trees interspersed with images of things like a wound crawling with maggots or someone’s bloodied face.

Now someone getting up and running out of the room would be abnormally “fearful,” but wouldn’t it actually be *normal* to feel some shock or surprise at seeing pictures like that and making the little needle twitch? And conversely, isn’t it very abnormal for the liberals not to show ANY emotion to such images?

Maybe this is the whole liberal problem in a nutshell, their heads are wired wrong–they act like they care when there’s nothing? So damn the consequences, all that matters is setting things “right” to fill that big empty hole in themselves and not be guilty of anything.

So we end up with things like Obama TV and the endless apologies and the country going to hell in a basket because a bunch of liberals are trying to pretend they are well adjusted. Phony People for a Phony President.
