No, it’s not your imagination.
Once it became undeniably clear to our watchdog media that the surge in Iraq was working, they decided it was time for a recession.
After all, their bosses at the DNC need something to run against.

THE Recession
A stimulus package: 26 weeks of unemployment security payments. Also 26 weeks of avoiding those wallet gouging gasoline prices.

Hmmm, food prices up as part of the issue.
Would have nothing to do with a stupid, misplaced push for corn-derived Ethanol that pushed prices for corn and anything made from or associated with corn through the roof, while doing nothing to reduce gas prices.
But it’s for the environment so it’s all OK.

Oh yah, here we go. How in the hell can the people of this country
not see the tired old crap the Dumbycrats and their lapdogs
in the “free” press are peddling? My my. Aren’t there ANY controls
over sensationalism or fear pandering with this press of ours? I used to think
the press was kind of funny, like that odd cousin that came by every summer. Now,
I am realizing, George Sorenose and George Snuffeluffagus are not going away at the end of
the summer like cousin Bobo always did.

BillK - Not only have the liberals (and RINO’s) driven up food prices by subsidizing ethanol, they have driven up our gasoline bills by preventing developement of our oil resources.
Funny how the Dumbocrat Presidential candidates are not bragging about their substantial contribution to our lighter wallets and weaker economy.
