Watch An AP Reporter Heckle Mitt Romney
A little example of the high tone and objective style of an Associated Press “reporter” via a like-minded comrade at CBS News and YouTube:
Heated Exchange At Romney Press Conference
January 17, 2008
Scott Conroy
COLUMBIA, S.C. — There was an ice storm in South Carolina this morning, but it was even colder inside a Staples store where a Mitt Romney press conference suddenly went sour.
Romney was in the middle of answering a routine question when he said something that caused Associated Press reporter Glen Johnson to lose his temper.
“I don’t have lobbyists running my campaign,” Romney said. “I don’t have lobbyists that are tied to my … ”
“That’s not true, governor!” Johnson suddenly interjected. “That is not true. Ron Kaufman is a lobbyist.”
Kaufman is a well-known lobbyist, former adviser to President H.W. Bush and Romney campaign adviser who is often seen by the governor’s side while on the road.
The customer at the end sums it up nicely.
Mr. Johnson is “rude and ugly.”

Rude and ugly summed it up nicely though.

Jeez, what a moronic little prick! I wouldn’t give that little a**hat the time of day, let alone respond to his childish outburst.
What’s up with him sitting on the floor, typing away on his precious laptop? Reporters can’t be respectful enough to lend a modicum of dignity to a Q & A session?
BTW, Glen Johnson is the same AP shill who gave us this Hillary love-fest back in December;

A calm, cool and collected Shrillary, stunningly portrayed in his fantasized version of a so-called hostage crisis. Bwaahaahaahaahahaha!!!
Just another sycophantic tool of the Clintoon campaign. What a maroon!!

Yes, GM, that was beautiful:

I thnk the use of the word “Turd” to describe Glenn would also be accurate.
What an utter asshat.

Fair and Accurate?
You decide.

Romney was certainly more “Presidential” than Bill Clinton in Nevada about the lawsuit.

This is no news reporter. The AP needs to apologize and fire his a**.

I’m sure he will get an internal award for “keeping the candidates honest.”
I wonder how quickly a reporter would be fired if they tried this on Hillary or Obama.

If he had of just dropped kicked that fat SOB right under the chin I would vote for him in a heartbeat.
January 18th, 2008 at 12:26 am
All he did was make Romney look good.
Alternative responses I imagine other candidates in the same sitch giving to the sedentary lump/guardian of truthiness:
1. “Shut up, you insect!”
2. “Uuuhh, well, what we’re talking about, uuhhh, not so, because uhhh, you know…”
3. “Watch out, you overstuffed brat! (brandishes microphone) Do you want some of this?”
4. “Get a good lawyer, mister. (sotto voce) Slummy-looking floor-sitter.”
I’ll let you assign who’s who, and add a possibility from the erstwhile candidate whose mouth is still running:
K. “Blah blah blah (don’t) blah blah (me, bro!) blah blah (zaaap!) blah (aaaauggghh) blah blah blah…”

This is all you need to know about the networks and stooges like AP
Fox News, the most trusted name in television:
“Poll shows it is more trusted than the No. 2 and No. 3 combined. Sacred Heart University in Connecticut polled 800 people in the 50 states and found: “The most trusted national TV news organizations, for accurate reporting, in declining order included: Fox News (27.0%), CNN (14.6%), and NBC News (10.90%). These were followed by ABC News (7.0%), local news (6.9%), CBS News (6.8%) MSNBC (4.0%), PBS News (3.0%), CNBC (0.6%) and CBN (0.5%).” The pollsters noted that just 4 years earlier, CNN was the most trusted at 23.8% followed by Fox at 14.8%.”

Nice one, Nimblicity.

Note the headset on the little creep–prolly getting his marching orders from the dim goons directly.
On the bright side–Romney and his people handled that perfectly. I’m liking the Mitt-man more every day.

Brian Williams should commend this “reporter” for the “courage” he has shown in expressing his bias, just like the other “hero” who pretty much admitted to getting a chubby whenever Obama commences to pontificatin’. (To quote Slim Pickens in Blazing Saddles: “Y’all use yer tongue pretty’r ‘en a $20.00 whore!”).
By the end of this election cycle there will be some many unselfish acts of “courage” by these brave lads and lasses that Brian will have to drop the more mundane heroes from his book, “Profiles in Courage II”. I mean, who cares about rescuing people from a burning building or sacrificing your life for your fellow man, (boooor-ing!), when you can honor True Heroes who are bravely “giving it up” for the Cause?…

What a fat ass loser. Get up off the floor, get a decent haircut and find a real job.
January 18th, 2008 at 3:18 pm
But, 64 Dodger, no MSM type is going to believe a poll conducted by a school with the name “Sacred Heart”. Obviously their findings were skewered due to their religious beliefs.
My gosh, I thought that was Michael Moore laying on the floor at first. But then I realized Mikey couldn’t have lost that much weight.

Can’t believe this guy… I’d be embarrased if the same way I am now if A reporter did that Clinton or Obama. That guy needs to be fired. Good for Mitt for acting like a gentleman. What A typical no class liberal

I had a problem with him sitting his a** on the floor as well. He looked slovenly, unprofessional, and disinterested in what was going on.
Can anyone tell me what the last comment on the video was, the one made by the customer? I couldn’t pick it out…
January 19th, 2008 at 3:41 pm
Johnson: I am acting professionally.
Customer: No, you are not. You were very rude. I’m not with the campaign. I’m just a stand-by [sic]. But I think you’re rude and ugly.
