Nothing to do with the Constitution.
Nothing to do with freedom.

If people want to pay to listen to Fox News and liberal radio shows can’t attract a strong audience, so what? People can pay money to listen to whatever they want – it’s not the government’s place to destroy / white wash political discourse.

Unless speech involves threats of violence or it promotes terrorism, the government should not censor it – regardless of whether or not that speech is politically incorrect or inflames the sensibilities of any racial, ethnic, political, or religious group.

I thought we had a Constitution. Silly me.

But now that liberals can point to any area they wish to control and just say “the market isn’t working,” or “we must save the environment,” there is no real limit to what the government can do to increase power. It’s an easy way to circumvent the Constitution – who needs a dictator when you can just regulate people to death?
