And then after the Congresscritters get more and more <del>abuse</del> feedback from their constituents - they will sneak parts of the Obamacare into bills. Much as they did with the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Prevention Act - which couldn't be passed on it's own - so they slipped it into a Defense Authorization Bill - which of course had to be passed.
